I think it's been confirmed that Gaelio is piloting this gundam because you can see a silhouette of the Kimaris face on his character plate so this is his mid season upgrade which explains the lance and similar colors to Gaelio's other unit the schwalbe graze Gaelio custom which also uses a lance type weapon
