What is that blue kit? It looks like Geaon or a mash up of various mecha kits. Can anyone tell me what it is? Is it a P-Bandai kit?

Can someone please tell me what that blue kit is? Is it a custom geaon? A kitbash/mashup kit? Is it a P-Bandai kit? I've never seen it in G no Reconguista but it looks awesome! Anyone? Mr. GG please give assistance
It says on the nametag that it's a "Proto-Gaeon" so I guess it's meant to be a Gaeon Prototype of some sort.
