  1. didn't somebody already made a customized build of exia very similar to this last year or the year before?

    1. According to the notes, it's simply based on the Gundam designs from 00, not Exia in particular. Only its forearms and the top of it's head bear any resemblance of Exia.

    2. Well it also says it might be inspired by the Exia Amazing because it was used by the Meijin

    3. definitely exia, that hole in the forearm, its weapon slot for 3rd generation cb mobile suit, qant is 5th generation, dont need that hole anymore...

      Delete
    4. oh, qant does have a hole on the forearm, sorry my mistake...

    5. Look at its chest, people. It's definitely Exia or Astraea's chest with more armors on. Actually, the whole upper body is Exia-custom

      Delete
    6. Actually it's base is the Astraea
You can tell from the head

    1. I hope not. It's too "amazing" (see what I did there? LOL) for it to come out late this year. But better late than never. But still!!! AHH But I guess if we got MGs for like Exia Roll Out, Exia Repair 3, Exia Avalanche Dash, Exia Amazing, Build Strike Cosmos, Wing Fenice, Fenice Rinascita, X Maoh, Crossbone Maoh, Build Burning, Try Burning, Winning, Star Winning, Powered GM Cardigan, Lightning Gundam, Lightning Gundam Full Bernen.... Maybe that would help distract people enough... >_<

  7. does that spear just transformed into a rock guitar?

    1. If you want a rock guitar, go buy the hg extreme gundam. It's beam rifle is literally a Gibson firebird!

      lol

  8. Eh, kinda disappointed with this one. The legs seem too bulky.

    1. I agree with you there. The legs do seem a little bit bulky, but maybe that's because it looks so much like Gundam 00 designs, and we kinda expect those designs to be sleek and streamlined.

  9. I'm 99% sure it's based on the Astrya

    ReplyDelete

    1. Not too sure. It looks like it's heavily accented with 00 Qan[t] style design aspects with some Astraea and Exia inspirations. So basically a mash up between 00 Qan[t], Exia, and Astraea...

  10. It looks to me like they're going for a new mold for this HG? Pretty cool though (of course), I'd rather have this guy in MG.

  11. Ah now all the is left for us is to wait for The End....

  12. I bet Prime92 is having a fangasm of this gunpla.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Prime92 probably has fangasms of all things Exia or "Exia-ish" all the time.

  13. What's up with this guy having thunder thighs? Looks a bit chunky; especially for a Gundam 00 inspired design...

    1. "Chobham Armor" sounds to you? No? Are you sure? Oh right,an UC-Hater

    2. Maybe you should just stick to masturbating your 00 accurate Exias. Pussies nowadays just can't seem to accept originality from influences these days...

      Delete
    3. What does that have anything to do with the Transient Gundam? Please try to stay on topic here instead of trolling.

      Delete
    4. Says the one who is trolling with his wishlist spam. Hey, you locked all your topics and deleted all your comments at GameFAQS, running away from the X-Pac heat you accumulated? Hehehe

    5. Hi, Anon 5.13am here.

You're right. I could be trolling. But it is relevant because it related to OO and Transient is derived from OO. Sorry that you didn't like this OO-inspired MS, so hence thats why I say you should go masturbate your beloved Exias.

  14. yay another exia :P

  15. I don't know about you guys, but I was really excited by this model and it's a bit of a letdown. Maybe it's the early pics, or the pose on the first pics is a bit "meh", but it doesn't click so far :-/

  16. This Gundam is like Exia... Amazing Exia... Astrea... Something2x.... Plus crazy skills..... Equals.... Transient :) definitely a must have for Exia Like Gundam Fans..... :) wait... I am LOL

    1. Only an Exia fan? I'm a huge fan of Gundam 00 anything..LOL And I think the guys doing Build Fighters and Build Fighters Try are also huge Gundam 00 fans seeing how there are so many Gundam 00 inspired references quite often.

    1. YES! A MG release of the Transient would be so badass!

  18. That unfolded partisan is just begging to be used as an electric guitar.

    ReplyDelete
  19. YES!!! I am definitely going to buy this!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I hope it doesn't have those plastic-on-plastic wrist joints like the Exias

    ReplyDelete
  21. It looks like we'll actually get some trans blue parts which is good.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey i can see a bit of the G-Portent

    ReplyDelete
  23. I havent made a gundam model since the early wing ones have they improved? as when ever i finished one it never looked like the box art and it was flimsy as hell.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They've improved a lot. Those were the old HG model kits that came out in the year 2000 that you probably built, and they aren't that great. Check out the HGAC Wing Gundam and HGAC Wing Zero that came out in 2013 and 2014 respectively, they can look like that out of the box. Though they do require a some stickers to look like that, or you can paint them instead of stickers, but they're pretty solid. The Master Grades are pretty awesome too, MG Wing Gundam and MG Proto Zero. The best thing to look online for info about the different lines, HGBF, HGUC, HGCE, HG, MG, PG etc. And maybe ask on a site like reddit's gunpla subreddit if a kit is good.

      Delete
    2. Maybe you're experience is with HGs? The old 1/100 and 1/144 HGs from Wing were crappy. But the newer 1/144 HG Wing kits (for example) are much better.

Or maybe you should "graduate" to the MG line.

      Delete
    3. The difference since then is night and day - I can't stress enough how drastically they have improved. That being said some models can still be a bit flimsy but nothing like then and it takes significantly less effort to make it look like the model shown on the side of the box.
I would deffinetly recommend trying out and new one if you have the chance !

      Delete
    4. Well none of them look exactly like the box in terms of color, unless you paint some of the parts. But in terms of overall quality, then that is a resounding YES to your question of improved quality. More detail, much better durability, they look fine without paint (though painting always recommended), etc. Like you, I also stopped building them after the Wing era, but decided to try again when I saw a Gundam 00 kit for sale a few years back. Comparatively speaking, I was blown away. Have been collecting and building again ever since, lol. I definitely recommend trying out at least one HG 1/144 kit and seeing how you like it. But be warned! You may soon find your wallet getting smaller ;) Hope this helps!

  24. They've come a long way, Dann. A very long way.

  25. Does it just have the spear as acessories?

    ReplyDelete
  26. The bulky legs look like a gn version of age2 normal. Also, the feet reminds me of the clanche with regards to how the ankle works

    ReplyDelete
  27. The more I look at the Transient, the more I get the vibe of the 00 Qan[t] ELS version.

    ReplyDelete
  28. It feels like the fins on the back serve another purpose other than just being wing like attachments

    ReplyDelete
  29. we might get exia r3 after this

    ReplyDelete
  30. Shut up, suiton!

  31. Move on guys. The second season are not like the first one where their gunpla mostly based on other gundam. In this season the gunpla just take a bit of style from an original gunpla. Its been 7 years since s1 so ppl are advanced and they could created their own gunpla. This gunpla just take the inspiration from any gundam in 00 and it dont have to be based on anything.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Wtf is this, I was so excited about the clear baby blue. Now they change it to regular blue? :c bandai why?

    ReplyDelete
  33. What a fresh Gundam to look at *_*

    ReplyDelete
  34. so...seeing the new pics...does this mean we're getting two GN Javalins with the model instead of just one?

    ReplyDelete
  35. I see a 2015/4/11 on one of these pictures, is that a release date? I thought this wasn't coming till late April

    ReplyDelete
  36. Havent got round to building it yet but it finally came today so more than chuffed :)
