Actually this has nothing to do with Eypon.This is a real-type design of a 1993 SD design/character called Mark Three Daishougun (真駆参大将軍).Its featured in the 5th Musha Gundam work, Densetsu no Daishougun Hen (伝説の大将軍編).And its based of Gundam Mk-III and Superior Dragon.
