Well, you win guys, I was wrong, those aren't arms on his back. I know when I'm wrong, I'll concede. Clearly your superior intelligence has bested me this time.
Considering all the super robot-esque stuff that has happened here and there in the Universal Century (Zeta, ZZ and CCA being major offenders) I don't think adding some more for the sake of crazy awesome will be a bad thing, at least IMHO.
Then again, eagerly awaiting the last episode, especially after these pics of Neo Zeong.
too much boxing action, from grunts to unicorn. Neo Zeong can also hijack suit, make all ammo explode. Banshee would like to have its claw back in this whole episode(its beam saber also does jack against unicorn's shield)
is that damaged banshee(missing 1 leg and armed armor equipments) pushing Neo Zeong(the picture with four arms), i guess the ring effect is a psychoframe resonace. hmm Neo Zeong have 6 arms, and those 2 pointy things are beam cannons. looking forward to see episode 7.
Yes, I totally feel the same way as you do. I hate the "Kung Fu" fight between Unicorn and Neo-Zeong, the flashback of the UC history, the sudden involvement of the real Char's spirit, and the abrupt end of the fight of the Neo Zeong. Honestly, they can follow more on the original novel and keep the consistency of a "serious", sci-fi mecha style of the series.
It wasn't useless. Honestly if Full Frontal (who I am now 99% sure is actually the real Char Aznable) didn't throw the fight and decided to trust in Banagher and friends in the end, he would've wrecked both Gundams.
Then the Phenex would actually have to deploy, but that's another story for another time.
I felt that the ending was pretty satisfying, if what downplayed and inconclusive.
I never stopped believing in Alberto x Marida, though, for whatever that's given me in the end.
OK, 4 Arms on the back and a "gundam god-esque" halo thing not sure what for
ReplyDeleteLast pics strongly reminds me of the Dendrobium with double bazookas and open weapon hatches
Dendrobium + Neue ziel = Neo Zeong

ReplyDeleteAre you being sarcastic? Those clearly are arms. :\
DeleteYeah he was insisting before they were arms and nobody believed him. Now he's rubbing it in that he's right.
DeleteHe's being sarcastic *and* obnoxious.
DeleteHEY EVERYONE LOOK HOW RIGHT I WAS

God Gundam ring of fire?
ReplyDeleteJust saw the entire episode. It wasn't bad but it had moments that make you say "is this a super robot series?".
ReplyDeleteMay I ask where?

ReplyDeleteIs the episode already for download?
ReplyDeleteIt is being streamed (raw) illegally on some Chinese site. That's the only place I know of that you can currently see it.
DeleteLinks please...
DeleteWeird. I don't like it.
ReplyDeleteIt's too busy and--way, way, way too big.
Didn't think it was out until tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteJust saw it...later half of the episode is...weird? felt more like super robot series than gundam
ReplyDeletelike Gunpla fighters.

DeleteThe ring have the power of destroy all kinds of ammo/beam weapons
ReplyDeleteThe back zeong with ring n 4 extra ? Is this kind god class ms / ma ? Lol
ReplyDeleteI just hope this won't end in the typical anticlimatic one shot death... It would wreak Unicorn as a series for me.
ReplyDeleteReally ?! Ring and four extra arms on the back ? Is this kind of god class ma/ ms ? Lol
ReplyDeletethe neo zeong is useless. got outfighted in the end by weaponless unicorn.
