They're just in different spacial positions and their leg positions are different; so, of course not both of the two kits facing forward are going to look exactly at the same height.
first announced, i thought it looked the same w/ the HG 1/144 Exia, but then final product images came up, and made me reconsider; then came along this chrome-plated GN Swords, and I'm sold :D
Man, same thing happened to me. I PRE ORDERED IMMEDIATELY after seeing these new images. Bandai's marketing just got me. And I am very excited to build this magnificent kit. >.<
Bandai could have been an asshole and make the chrome blade parts an exclusive 'upgrade' set. Glad they didn't. But I guess the trade off now is expecting pretty much everything to be exclusive in terms of the variation suits.
I suspect that in the end, we're gonna get the Exia, 00 Raiser, and 00 Qan[t] as regular releases and the Roll Out Exia, Repair 2, Repair 3, Avalanche, all the Trans Ams, 7 Sword G, Condenser Type, Full Saber, ELS... Those as all exclusives. Maybe we can get lucky and get the Astraea/Type F/Type F2 and the O Gundam (roll out and acd) as exclusives or regular releases too since they got HG releases.
