GUNDAM BREAKER CUSTOM BUILDS (WHICH ONE IS YOUR FAVORITE?)
Here are five awesome Gundam Breaker custom build gunplas that had been published in various hobby magazines in recent months. Which one is your favorite? Leave us your thoughts in the comment area below.
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Gundam Insedhibalz
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Nu Gundam III: HERE
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Decader VXS: HERE
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Sinanju Vampire: HERE
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Original Gundam Close Combat Type: HERE
Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Customized Gundam Sniper Type: HERE
I don't like any of them at all, all the parts are just plainly familiar, they don't blend well with each others and these are downright cheating. It also shows that how bankrupt of ideas Bandai has really become for their Gundam franchise and so far they still haven't able to create a whole new Gundam experiences other than capitalize on eye candies and yaoi homosexual fandom.
ReplyDeleteAt least the customized Gunplas in Gunpla Builder Fighter are far more original than these franken mech knockoffs, what an epic failure...
Well this is just a promotion for the game Gundam Breaker. And yeah, you can only customize with familiar parts so there's nothing to conplain since thats how the game always been played.
DeleteDude ever heard of Gundam Breaker by any chance?
Deleteor did you just get here?
Choose nothing . Choose gundam build fighter
ReplyDeleteI like all of the designs, no matter how frankenstein-ish they are.
ReplyDeletecan we choose worst of the worst?
ReplyDelete"Gundam Breaker - 1/100 Nu Gundam III: HERE" is the answer
I agree!!
DeleteHilarious comment but has my 100% support!
DeleteThat 1/100 Nu Gundam is like a skinny guy wearing a sumo suit, terrible proportions. Such a shame since the modeller clearly has the skills.
Anyway, I vote for ZZ Gundam as the best out of this lot. The parts don't look out of place, even with that Destiny wings, due to the color scheme.
agreed...
DeleteI guess people fail to see that the Gundam Build Fighters mechs are 99% the base kit. Real epic designs guys. Talk about customization. Lawl. I like the Sinanju Vampire the most. The Decader looks too OP.
ReplyDeleteSinanju Vampire FTW!!
ReplyDeleteNone. All come with god damn watermarks.
ReplyDeleteG.G, did you forget to log in?
DeleteNothing even comes close to the first Original Gundam Close Combat Type. It's the first to debut and it is still by far the best mix-match I've seen. Sinanju Vampire comes 2nd.
ReplyDeleteDecader does not look like a fresh idea, but that's probably because so many people choose Wing Zero Custom's wings or Unicorn to kitbash for Gunpla Tournaments. And I agree with the comment above: Nu Gundam III is the worst of the lot. Fat Qubeley's body with Sinanju's legs just looks terrible.
I'm actually really happy to see a lot of people have the same position as me here.
ReplyDeleteKit bashing is absolutely uncreative, and the amount of work effort placed in kitbashes is minimal compared to actual customizations. I seriously don't think any of these should gain any form of nomination or recognition, especially in a magazine.
All it's showing is how much money the creators had to spend on different Gundams and Tamaya paint to just jig-saw around and make a some unblended piece of shit.
By far the Original Gundam Close Combat Type... soooo cool.
ReplyDeleteThe Close Combat Type! :D
ReplyDeleteGundam Insedhibalz. Pretty Boss if ya ask me
ReplyDeleteThat Destroy shoulder exposed psyco frame ruined it for me. Same with the Decader exposed Strike Freedom frame.
ReplyDeleteYou can't have exposed gold frames only in certain places with other parts having grey or white frames. It just looks half ass
I'm not sure which will win. Honestly, I can't find anything remarkable at these customs. I understand the point that this is for the promotion for Gundam Breaker, but you know... meh, too generic if you ask me. If I had to choose: 1st - Close Combat, 2nd - Vampire Sinanju, 3rd - Decader. One thing I'm sure of is that the winner will definitely not be that stupid 1/100 Hi-Nu. Butt-fucking ugly design deserves no award.
