Gundam Funnies: ZiZi Gundam (aka Silver Gundam)
"ZiZi" is a word play on the Japanese slang term "jiji", which means "old man. Yoshiyuki Sadamoto is the character designer for Gainax's Wings of Honneamise, Nadia and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
So the designer also made the famous EVA, no wonder why this JI looks really close to a humanoid old guy.
