DeleteHoly amazing comeback batman.
Aoz flag of the titans
ReplyDeleteYes
DeleteYeah, something with the Titans or another side-universe.
Deletesince all main character pilot in gundam is male it will be great if next series will be female as main character
ReplyDeleteActully they already kinda did tat with Gundam 0080
Delete1) female leads, and no more male leads that want to stop war while piloting a ms.
ReplyDelete2) more focus on grunts and plots (like code geass) instead of the power of gundam itself\
3) war is almost inevitable, since war -> action <- what we like to see a robot do.
suggested plot:
there is a big war between alot of faction, mainly for land and resources, in the beginning the mc is a prisoner of war, while escaping he accident get into a prototype new ms called gundam, but then get beaten up by grunt ms. then some other ms from other country kick in and steal the prototype gundam, by coincidence he get dragged along and forced to join them and become the pilot of gundam ( which isnt any much better than normal grunt). along the way he jump from faction to faction, and get to know new people, and find out why each of them want war, or forced to. near the end he found out the gundam is actually a wmd, and the rest of the world want it badly after knowing it. mc decide to destroy the gundam, but mc failed and more than 90% of the population died. with the world becoming a wasteland. the war then end...
and then the rest of the human united and decide to move to space and build space colony, which is season 2 XD
i liked the new gundam to be more realistic and futuristic what i mean not like age or seed style, and the story is about korean/japan war i like to see it
ReplyDeleteThis is an original story my friend and I were working on for a while:
ReplyDeleteGundam Depletion
The year is 2169, the US has formed with Canada and Mexico to form the Camero under financial strain since the world economy was bound to crash but once it happened the Camerians were well prepared, president Erin Fallgreen announced that Camero’s military was going to advance its borders, as it did another force across the world was doing the same.
The GFK or German Fascist Kingdom was born under the old world ideals of WW2 nazi germany under King Wulfgang Spiel, he reformed the broken europe under german ideals and forced the people of a broken spirit to be nationalistic but only to the german eagle, those who disobeyed or showed faith elsewhere were executed on the spot. the German flag was quickly raised over modern day countries like Spain, Saudi Arabia, France, Colombia, Cuba and India.
The Camerian spread by more ‘peaceful’ ways, promising money, food and water (which is now scarce) to the people of third world countries and forcefully taking countries like Russia and China, the Camerian’s have a deep hate for the Germans and their cruel Teutonic ways.
Gundam Depletion's version of the newtype/coordinator is the Delta. the Delta is simply the product of human evolution roughly one in 10,000 people is born a Delta and climbing with a notable increase being marked roughly 20 years ago. before then it was only about 1 in a million.

I've always been interested exploring expansion into the rest of the solar system. In my concept, the solar system would be connected by space gates. These gates would be expensive, energy intensive, difficult to build, and have a limited tunneling range. Furthermore, travelling through these gates would require special equipment.
ReplyDeleteThe Solar System would be under a unified government (the Federation of Sol?) centered around the Earth sphere, but many of the planets would be de facto autonomous. The farthest full settlement would be Jupiter. Saturn and beyond would have exploratory settlements. Colonies in the outer solar system would mostly depend on giant fusion reactors for power to generate the light needed for habitation and food. A terraformed and prosperous Mars would get the extra sunlight through giant solar reflectors placed in orbit. A terraformed Venus would similarly have solar dimmers. In addition to colonies around the planets, there would also be autonomous colonies around the Lagrangian points between the planets and the sun (in UC the Lagrangian points are between the Earth and the Moon). The Asteroid belt would be populated and controlled by mega-corporation industrial settlements.
The series would start in the middle of a conflict between Mars and Jupiter 500 years after the establishment of said unified government, during its state of decline. Jupiter is making a power grab to control the inner planets for their land (better agriculture and standard of living), and out of an ideology that asserts a superior Jovian race should inherit the Earth. The Earth sphere has turned a blind eye to the conflict, believing that Jupiter intends only to take Mars. Earth is willing to sacrifice Mars to sate Jupiter's appetite. While Earth does not recognize the conflict, Venus, the Moon and the colonies of the inner planets have declared neutrality, but with many sympathizers in its government and businesses providing assistance to Mars in secret. The Asteroid belt settlements would also be officially neutral, with sympathizing factions to both Mars and Jupiter.
Most mobile suits at the start of the series would resemble each other, as mobile suit development is based on centralized prototype designs distributed by the unified government, though heavily modified by the planetary governments. However, competitive 2nd or 3rd generation designs indigenous to each planet have begun emerging by the start of the series, with Jupiter leading in development. The main mobile suit of the series would be a new generation prototype Gundam that Jupiter has been secretly developing with the ability to open its own space gate. The technology is imperfect, unreliable, and has limited range. Jupiter's intention is to perfect this technology so that it can perform a surprise attack on the rest of the solar system.
The series would follow a Martian spec ops unit forward deployed into Jovian space. Their mission is to sabotage Jupiter’s supply chain, strategic asset, and un-deployed fleets to reduce the number of forces able to reach Mars’s defence perimeter. During one of these missions, the protagonist discovers the prototype Gundam and steals it. The rest of the series follows the spec ops unit as 1) they try to make it back to Martian space so that Mars can reverse engineer and perfect the Gundam’s superior technology, 2) they reintegrate into the main fleet as Mars tries to rally more support from the other planets, 3) the other planets and Earth itself slowly gets pulled into the conflict as the Jovian threat grows imminent.
In addition to all the usual tropes and themes from real robot military shows (of which a number should be obvious) such as how ideology and interests motivate wars, some of the themes that would be explored in the series are whether man is doomed to division, what is humanity under extreme conditions, and what happens to the concept of “home” as man increasingly drifts away from their place of origin.
Gundam DawnTreader The Cieldum War
ReplyDeleteStardate 9693
A oppressive religious empire by the name of the Priory of Cieldum has declared war against the United Space Government, formed by the Earthforce and the alien-formed Idolu Collective. The leader of the Cieldum, Empress Noelle Lipton, touted of the Earthforce's foolishness and incompetence in their alliance with the Idolu, and swore that both organizations, as well as their planets will be obliterated. To that end, the empire has launched an all-out ambush on Earthforce and Idolu planets with mass-produced and reconditioned Mobile Suits from past ages.
To counter this universal threat, both the Earthforce and Idolu have organized their forces to strike back at Cieldum. Among them is a rookie Earthforce science officer, Reginald Wagner and his new find, an excavated robot named the DawnTreader Gundam. While fighting to stop the Priory from destroying the universal order, Reginald will eventually find out the secrets to Cieldum's plans and why they have been eyeing for his robot.
The original concept of Gundam is the human soul in conflict with itself. Its the grace under pressure. This is what the 0079, the Zeta, the Char's Counter Attack and now the Unicorn have in common. If the ones responsible for Gundam do not forget this, then we will always have masterpieces to behold.
ReplyDeleteALL GUNDAM CROSSOVER, nuff said
ReplyDeleteA show with two protagonists would be cool, kinda like KR W. I wanna see a protagonist that has glasses (no protagonist ever had that), and a protagonist chick who is tougher than the male one.
ReplyDeleteThe older I get, the more I want to move away from teen angst and idealism. I'd like to see a series with a focal point on older characters past their 20s. Remove the Deus Ex Machina of the machines and put them on the sidelines, not able to turn the tide of any war. Vilify the image of the Gundam.
ReplyDeleteIf a main character does gain access to a machine later on, emphasize the seriousness of war and the effects it puts on those who fight through it. "Will this machine help me better protect the ones I love, or will it draw them closer towards war?" Stop making the divine right to the suit the reason for success -- rather, make it their decisions that determine the conclusion of the story. Don't force a happy ending either. Anti-war messages can never have happy endings because you decide to pick up a gun and overpower the enemy. Make it honest and make it human.
Those two Gundam Beast and Gundam Seed continity (forgot the name) from the picture above should be awesome
ReplyDeletewhy i tell korean/japan war because of business, korean export to japan like there entertainment, japan need to think about exporting this, and now japan and korea have conflict because of ww2 and island,
ReplyDeleteSetting: 50 - maybe 100 years from today. A bit more futuristic than today but nothing too drastic.
ReplyDeleteIntro:
"The citizens of the world that is not much different from today are busy living their normal lives. Without warning weird and mysterious phenomena occur all over the globe, freak explosions, disappearances and the like. These things started small but grew in scale quickly and no one seems to have any explanations. Some people think they're terrorist attacks or their country's enemies. The situation got worse and chaos swept the world; the governments did their best to calm their people but they were less than successful.
At the peak of the turmoil, the enemy finally shows itself; A scientifically advanced alien force determined to rid the Earth of life so they could claim the planet for their own (HAH! bet you didn't see that coming! XD). The attack commences, and the world, caught off-guard is ready to fall.
At this point, an ancient brotherhood/faction that has been entrusted old and forgotten arcane arts from the past took off the veils of secrecy it has worn throughout the centuries and made it their mission to protect the Earth and the human race from the invaders.
Months pass, then years; The worlds soldiers together with the supernatural members of the Brotherhood managed to prevent the total annihilation of the humans. However the world that we knew is forever gone."
Plot:
We humans now live in makeshift fortresses all around the world and we control around 55% of it, the rest is occupied by the aliens.
We have daily skirmishes with the aliens as we fight for position and resources; the only reason we can hold the attackers off is because of the support, strength and wisdom of the ArcaneFaction's fighters.
The gundam will be developed by humans by combining the alien's tech, the supernatural powers of the ArcaneFaction and the tried and tested human tech.
The story will revolve around the struggles of the human race as we adjusts to this new way of living and our desire to take back which was lost.
Final Thoughts:
What I want to see in this series is the world uniting in order to fend off a common enemy. In previous gundam shows, the world is always divided, humans are fighting humans; I want to see something different. This series will show how the human race manages to take their differences aside and fight together to drive away the alien force.
I added the ArcaneFaction thingy cause I've always wanted to see tiny humans using magic/supernatural stregnth to fight Gundams (imagine Zorro of OneP. cutting the strike freedom in half! pure awesome!)
The plot leaves alot of room for growth and twists.
As for a protagonist, I don't really mind whether it will be male/female, just as long as he/she has a strong sense of duty, friendship and loyalty.
try to watch total eclipse anime it has the same concept
Deletei really hope that the main character is more mature , no more crying... (kira...(-_-) )
ReplyDeleteMy gundam story would be about a twin boys who have a gift to communicate with all beings humans animals and even machines but not like doctor Doolittle more like they can feel what the other feels and read part of there mind both twin boys get separated by war a planet full of advanced humans on the other side of the galaxy were attacked by living machines so the Advance humans created humanoid machines called mobile suits twin boys are the only ones born during the war and thanks to the children they figured the machines thoughts and weakness so the army used them to bring the war to a End thru destruction of alien metal comes new technology that brings about a new war after the victory against the aliens a groupe of super humans thinking that after the Great War against the aliens that they are the final evolution of man and all should ether bow or parish at there feet but the rest of the advanced humans wanted peice and to just grow for the future or there race so started the final war for the race and the choice of the brothers the protagonist of the series named Zero wanted peice and still felt guilty for a destruction of a race while the other named Vero loved destroying the alien race and baths in his gifts but jealous of his brother who has more control of his gift so to see who is gods true final creation he joins the side for all to bow at his feet while zero joins the resistance to Rid the galaxy of war at any costs after years of struggle the world is taken by Angel the humans who call themselves the final evolution of man aka TheChosen and hiding In space the resistance aka the Hope after finding a perfectly preserved alien the Hopes leader started the plans for advanced mobile suits called gundam a while the plans for the machines that could lead to peice but news have come of a drone that's been scouting through the galaxy to find rather help against the aliens or to find a new planet to live on and the drone has returned with a new solar system twitch a planet of non advanced humans and the ones who recovered the drone are TheChosen and they have began preperation for a full scale attack to purge the worthless unadvanced humans while Hope is making a Space bridge to send a fleet of there own to prepare the humans for the ware for there system and with there dying planet the last hope for there species this is Mobile suit Gundam Alpha&Omega
ReplyDeleteuntil gundam serie i dont see engine of them and iwand to see gundam with diesel engine or fuel ,oil ,etc
ReplyDeleteSteam powered mobile suits.
ReplyDeleteIn the 1800s.
Poor child laborer in a coal mine falls in the cockpit of a white prototype humanoid excavation machine being developed by his boss, only to inadvertently start a medium scale war after accidentally destroying the majority of his hometown.
With no one knowing who caused the towns wonton destruction, all the neighboring countries quickly set up programs to develop steam powered mobile suits of their own, making use of even more child labor. A group of Germanic-influenced mercenaries led by a masked man in a red tuxedo and mask are hired by the coal industry to destroy the original mech, seeing as the protagonist has taken it upon himself to liberate child laborers but in the process is destroying towns and economies.
Somehow the prototype mech needs too be somehow superior to the others up until the end. The child laborers would probably need to make their own mechs too, or steal them, in turn forming their own angsty faction of children with a bad sense of social justice. All major factions need to be extremely hypocritical, vain and ridiculous. May or may not need to utilize Tomino-esque kill 'em all plot devices.
Very steam punk. I like.
DeleteThat would be awesome.
DeleteSteam-powered mechs?
DeleteI believe we have that. Sakura Wars.
I had that kind of ideas too, but do not know how to expand the plot.
Deleteyear xxxx, the earth is under attack of a mysterious alien race.. using their advanced technology, giants mechs called mobile suits, they easily overwhelm the military forces of the earth..
ReplyDeleteseveral years later, the earth has been conquered by the alien race.. the remaining human beings are either living in discrimination among the alien scoiety, or becoming small groups of guerilla resistance..
one day our protagonist (male, 24, former car mechanicn, now part of a resitance group) found what seemed to be a broken abandoned mobile suit.. he then managed to repair the ms.. nothing is known of this mysterious ms, which is strangely different from the ones the aliens use.. only one vague information when starting up the ms :
GUNDAM PERSEUS, UNDER YOUR COMMAND
the resistance then hold a meeting to decide what to do with this MS called GUNDAM.. before a conclusion could be made, their hideout is suddenly under attack of a small alien MS squad.. in the panic, our protagonist decides to pilot the gundam and fight back.. now 2 more conclusions can be made.. that the aliens are after the gundam, and that the gundam is surprisingly very powerful.. these, however, lead to another question: why?
as the story goes, more mysteries will be uncovered.. the secret behind the gundam, the secret behind the alien race, and even the secret behind mother earth herself
a guy how always want to ride a MS(in the future) but his is too old to become a soldier (let says age limit with 18-23) he's 25 or something. one day comes the militaty MS transport vehicles going past his workplace( let's says some famous rastaurang) the genaral decide to stop the transport and have lunch on his rstaurang. the general and the main character are kinda close eath other. becuase him always want to hear anything new about the MS then suddenly the group of MS come above the sky and try to steal the MS. some consumas are soldiers to. the're showing up the guns and kill the soldiers who are having lunch. the genaral is nearly death. he gives the "key" the the main character the ride the MS. "take care the kid, and save the world peace" is his last words he run through the battlefield the reach the MS that has been protect by a lagre box on the transport vehicle. the guy unlock the box and get in there. he starts the power of MS, raising it up. of cause it's a Gundam. far away in the ocean on the vary high technology battleship a man takes an order to save the gundam. there are only one MS flying from the ship. it's a Gundam too. it fly across the ocean and get in the battlefield. the terrist s are kinda scare of him. like he knows who is the one that make this attack.
ReplyDeleteafter the fight our main charlecter has been taken to the battleship. no one can use the new gundam because he is the one who have the "key". he has been accepted to the US army but everyone hates him. only the Gundam meister who don't hate him.
shit have no time to write more. must go to work. i'll continue after the work ^^

ReplyDeleteyou sure know how to convince blogger GG
fascinating
i read the novel its kinda cool but its from korean novelist dunno if its gonna take noticed by BANDAI since bandai itself is a japs corporation.i get it from the deviantart site because the novelist use that to promote the picture of the gundam design
gundam+dark soul prepare todie
ReplyDeletejust scale down the gundam, instead of 18 meters make it 8 metres tall.
ReplyDeleteand then give it more "believable" control mechanism (like the robots on avatar, where the robot's movement mimic the pilot's movement.
and please no more single ultra powerful gundam that can wipeout an entire battalion by itself, instead give the gundam more of a tactical role (like real world's Main Battle Tank).
that is all

DeleteHentai Gundam Series: Episode 1 (SFW version)
ReplyDeleteOpen with female Gundam pilot in the shower (rotating camera shot from the most revealing angle possible). Alarms blare and the girl runs out of the shower naked heading for the hanger. She arrives on the launch deck and the mechanic gets a nosebleed. "Pansy" she says and jumps into the cockpit. She moans in ecstasy as see-through plastic wraps around her body and she becomes one with the Gundam.
The Gundam launches into battle against 5 Goufs. She fights valiantly but is overwhelmed by their numbers. 4 Goufs restrain the Gundam with tentacle-shaped whips around its arms and legs. The last Gouf stomps menacingly towards the pinned down Gundam and proceeds to rips off the its breast and crotch armor. "Gundam!", shouts the enemy pilot, "you have robbed me of my friends and comrades so take my love! my anger! and all of my sorrow!" The Gouf rams its shining heat sword between the Gundam's legs. The girl screams suggestively and falls unconscious.
The girl wakes up in a prison cell with the enemy commander standing over her. The commander wears a gimp mask and is dressed head to toe in red leather. "I've always wanted a young woman who could be a mother to me", he says as he advances on her. The girl winces as he gets close so he proudly proclaims "I am already three moves ahead of you so don't try to escape!". "Oh yeah?", the girl retorts, "I guess that explains the wet patch between your legs!". The commander is confused for a moment and then collapses, spent. The girl takes his keys and escapes the cell.
To be continued...
Way better than what i can come up lol LOL
Deletecredits for imagination... lol
bring on USFW version LOL LOL
That would become very popular (among adults)..robot fetish hentai o.o
DeleteA "mature" Gundam series with a female pilot, this fits the bill! XD
DeleteI guess it ends with them having sex, then the war is over...
Deletethis feels like Rika Shiguma (BokuTomo) sharing her mechaphilistic fantasies to someone who's not into either mecha or is a pervert... thus the SFW version is released with no explicit content on it but just the good parts of the story.
DeleteI wanna see NSFW version... :3
Thanks for the comments guys! For NSFW version, there's enough gaps in the story so use your imagination!
Delete@Anon 12:13 AM
Dammit why did you have to ruin the ending lol!
gundam can absobe enymy power just like megaman
ReplyDeleteanother idea of mine is a Meiji Era Gundam series..i got this idea from the combination of the movie The Last Samurai and the Musha Gundams..i mean.this would just be totally unique and a completely different take on Gundam series..most of them or i do think all of them are set in the future or outer space..just imagine the impact that this would bring to the Gundam and Gunpla worlds..more samurai gundams!!! hahaha..
ReplyDeletei have no idea on what really happened in old Japan..i'm not sure if the movie The Last Samurai was really based of real stories..i just love the movie.i love the Musha gundam, though i don't own them.hahaha..and i would love to see a gundam series based of the time of emperors and samurais..
i honestly don't have an idea of how the story may run since again, i don't know what happened at those times..but i would love the conflict or the war part of the story to be against either of these two:
A. Samurai/Musha Gundams and Ninja Gundams!!!
now i know i don't have to explain the awesomeness of this concept.hahaha..an though i'm not sure of the story.it could be against to political powers in which one has an army of Mushas and the other of Ninjas.they're gundams of course =)
or
i could be a "rebellion war"..where the Ninja Gundams and their pilots and of course with their emperor, rules with tyranny..and Musha Gundam with their pilots formed a rebellion force against them..or vice versa..
B. Mushas VS. Mushas!!!
both A and B are civil wars but here it's like red vs blue mushas..MK. I vs. MK. II???.hahaha..this could also be about political powers as well..Ninja Gundams do not exist here..but they could too.but they will not be the focus of the story since it's mostly about Mushas..they could act like spies for hire in this set up.where they have no side in the Musha war..but they do take jobs from both sides..basically two potential emperors fighting for the title (which is also applicable to A)
or
a "rebellion war" between red and blue..one rules and one's the rebel..
C. Colonial or Invasion War
the US or Europe (not sure what was trying to invade Japan in The Last Samurai) is trying to invade japan with their gundams and musha gundams defend their home land..
..i again don't have a story line in my head for these set ups..but all i know is that everyone would love an old Japan Gundam series..
i mean three =)
DeleteWorking Title (codename): mobile suit gundam R project: Revolution
ReplyDeleteUniverse Settings:
Space Colony World where groups of O'Neil class space colonies were build around the earth orbits just as traditional UC Gundam universes. Human exploration has reached on Mars, Venus plus moons of Jupiter.
Back story:
It was the end of the space migration era, where 96% of human population were migrated to space, leaving the polluted earth behind to recover. To speed up the process, thousands of nuclear fusion reactors are to be build, aim to use energy to filter to convert earth back to the clean state, yet it was projected to require 300 years to finish the project even it was to run at maximum capacity.
An unexpected virus suddenly spread through the space colonies, reached pandemic level quickly. The Solar Federation was caught off guard for such an event, its heavy handed tactics in treating millions of carriers of the virus resulted three dozen colonies declare independence from the Federation. Among these colonies, Side 2 whom was the oldest of the colony groups became the strongest of the resistance forces. Its invention: a true militarised Mobile SUIT call: Gundam was so far ahead of anything Federation had in their arsenal, it quickly became symbol of Rebel resistance.
The virus crisis quickly escalated in to what was known as the 200 days war. Federation won the war by mass producing and convert colony construction MS call ZAKU and build thousands of cheap destroyers. However, during the lasts days of the war, a majority of colonies in side 2 mounted powerful booster rockets on their colonies and accelerated them away from Earth colony orbit.
The Federation then rounded up all those supported and joined the resistance as well as tens of millions of carrier of the virus, exile them on to the polluted earth and force them to work on the Earth regeneration project. Turning the whole planet a prison camp.
Season one: Rebel (brief note)
17 years has passed since the 200 days war, the location of the escaped Rebel colonies has been found: they anchored around a gigantic asteroid near the Mars orbit.
The Federation has since built up a huge military to eliminate the rebels. Just as the biggest expedition fleet ever assembled set sail towards its target, an uprising suddenly occurred on Earth.
Four new generation Gundams secretly assembled on Earth became the arrow head of the uprise movement. Caught by surprise Federation forces on earth was quickly apprehended, the orbital ring structure lost to Earth Rebels.
Colony security force found the four Gundams are each equal in power to a hundred ZAKUs. These four Gundams alone was capable of turning the tide of battle, defeating the Federation's first large scale counter attack to retake Earth.
After a costly defeat on Earth, the Federation had to divert half of the expedition fleet back to Earth in a hurry. Prompting the Rebel colonies: Anti-Federation Alliance to launch their offensive on the expedition fleet, leading the battle is Gundam MK-IX, the direct descendent of the Gundam design 17 years ago.
Outcome for this war will be unpredictable as military might clash on two very different battle fields at about the same time...
Note on character development:
This story is conceived as a Gundam Animation to be watched by first generation fans together with their children and the Seed generation fans would connect with.
The four pilots of the four Super gundams were two girls and two boys, age from 14-17. Among the four, the two girls are the key to the entire plot:
• Primary Lead girl: age 14, Drive a Close Combat Energy weapon Gundam
• Secondary Lead girl: age 17, Pilot the Ballistic weapon Gundam
• Lead boy: age 15, Use Zeta like Gundam
• Secondary Lead boy: age 16, operate Canon Gundam

DeleteThe four pilot's amazing skills to drive these machines will be properly explained and how they use their unique ability to drive these machines would be a central part of their character developments (i am very realistic on this front, so no kid that has not touch anything or training in episode one can be super pilots in my story, all of them will have a back-story.)
Since the aim is to include UC Fans who would be in their 30s and early 40s, there will be secondary adult lead characters in their late 30s, some will be the guardian to the children. Their parental / teacher relationship to the lead kids would be part of the interconnected character plot. Then there is the character conflicts from the first War, which was visioned as Char and Ray rivalry / archenemies on the battle field. A few set of characters: two MS designers, two ace hero pilots, two tacticians would continue their conflicts in a personal level.
Character growth is key to the plot, all the four kid characters will grow up in the course of the war, their views on war, world, human equality, love and life will change. For the adult characters, they face decisions that affect the kids and their own battles with their past and present demons. Many of these character plot are set to occurred in the 2nd and 3rd seasons which has lesser large scale battles and more about mysteries and personal level plot twists.
Note on Gundam Design:
At one stage, there were five gundams, later on was modified to four. It bears some similarities to the concepts in 00 by coincident.
The lead Gundam which is to be pilot by the 14 year old girl is an energy weapons centric close combat Gundam with femme features (one likely resemblance is that Evolved QuanT).
The next gundam pilot by the 17 year old girl is a projectile centric model akin to the two used by the lockon brothers in 00.
Then there is a Zeta inspired transformable delta wing gundam,
A Cannon weapon centric semi transformable ZZ like unit.
The originally planned Strike / Impulse like multi role model was lifted to appear in the second season.

ReplyDeleteGundam: The Burning Queen
ReplyDeleteThe Year is 129 EC (Exodus Calendar)Earth has been become over populatded, and mankind has moved to orbiting colonies known as Plates. Unfortunately for all the advances of technology mankind still fights thier wars. One such war known as Desolation, by one of the furthest Plates known as Vadara, is a compaign that has swept the outer Plates and invaded the small nation of Emara. Their successful campaign goes uncheck due to the powerful humanoid shaped weapons known as Chakra.
In a desperate attempt to stop Desolation the country of Rasia unleash their secret Gundam project: Burning Queen. The Burning Queen is prototype weapon that utilizes the very essence of the pilot to operate and fight. It is thought that a male pilot would be fully capable to utilize the Gundam, and for awhile it appears to be true.
However it is discovered that a strong will and female pilot is necessary to bring out the Burning Queen's true destructive power...
As the story progresses we find that the destructive Burning Queen can be used to be creative too..
the one thing about this story, is that it does not end. The Burning Queen and the Desolation continue onward...
-Empire Era-
ReplyDelete-Mobile Suit Gundam Deus-
20 years prior to the story, an alliance had been formed between space colonies to combat the conquest of Earth Absolute Empire (EAE). The alliance was known as Space Liberty Federation (SLF). Now, the alliance is broken due to one of the colonies, X1287-Aurora, being attacked and destroyed by a mysterious group piloting colonies-based mobile suit. With the colonies in critical tension with one another and EAE mass producing a new line of mobile suits which is able to outperform the colonies' ones, a survivor of the Aurora Incident must join the remnants of SLF with his newfound power, D01 Gundam Chronus, to end the conflict between the colonies so that EAE can be put to a stop once and for all.
Unbeknownst to everyone else, a select group known only as Cyclone is using the entire war as a gigantic experiment to perfect a combat AI. This group masterminds the destruction of Aurora and the creation of D0X Gundam series. The AI would gain experience via the D0X's activities (as well as the pilots'). Code named Deus, the AI will pilot Cyclone's own state-of-the-art one-man-army MS, D0E Endless Gundam.
1) Universal Century - O.Y.W. era to Victory timeline - full series or 12 episode OVA.
ReplyDelete2) Premise - R&D with Mobile suit developers - Start with AE, Zimmad, Newtype Corps, LM, etc., and their stories/the people behind technologies like the psychoframe(OYW/Newtpye Corps), why spacenoids have such a hard time with aerodynamics and "marine" MS, game changers like the beam shield(Victory-era), and the innovators of popular technology like the shot lancer(F91/Crossbone), or all the weird shit like the Victory-everything-has-giant-wheels.
3) Show how that super machines don't win wars, soldiers do, and the work that goes into making sure MS perform.
4) Field tests of everything, sometimes the super prototypes work, sometimes they get their shit pushed in.
5) Politics of companies like AE that stay out of the fight and develop tech, the decisions that lead them to go into the conflict and directly support the AEUG, the absorption of Zeon engineers, the decision to go to naked war profiteering, their stagnation and the silhouette Formula series, and in Victory-era, the shadow-support of the League Militaire.
6) Everyone would eat it up because everyone loves *MSV designations, you would see lots of MS fighting, and the behind-the-scenes aspect of R&D that goes into the decisions to mass produce certain MS vs. others.
7) It would be incredibly easy to stay away from all of the cliched stories about the OYW, because the focus isn't the war effort or winning the wars, it's about the people responsible for the technology that we all love/hate/love to hate, why it works, why it fails, etc.
8) A lot of fans already know about the broad strokes, but this would be an in-depth exploration and showcase of the whats/wheres/whys/whos of the tech of the UC era.
9) Also an excuse to produce model kits of all the random/obscure/weird shit some of us really like.
Like a fictional documentary?
DeleteYes, like a fictional documentary. I think it would satiate the appetites of a lot of the people who like UC without just being another "zeon vs. efsf" story line. Really give whoever animates/writes time to flesh out the background on a lot of UC history.
DeleteAlso, excuse for lots of mech fights and an excuse to see what we normally wouldn't have a chance to see animated. Imagine seeing suits like the Zaku/Gelgoog/Rick Dom Stutzer variations in guerrilla operations in asteroid fields, animated AoZ suits and sorties, etc etc etc.
But Zeon had no problem with marine MS, they had the best marine units on the field for all of the one year war.
DeleteMobile Suit Gundam: Virtual Battlefield.
ReplyDeleteLet your imagination run wild.
I would like to add this to my original post: I would just like to add that the war started because of several political leaders in the colonies wanted to separate from the earth alliance. Because the earth alliance taxes all trade between the colonies. In order to stop the potential of a rebellion the earth alliance invades in order to kill and destroy any potential of a rebellion.
ReplyDeleteHere is my original for reference:
• Main Character Ren-Exar-Droma
• Ren-Exar-Droma will need to battle his emotions, by deciding what is a larger priority his friendship of his country.
• Ren-Exar-Droma is a teenager from Earth who immigrated to the Colonies when he was 3 years old. Half way through high school a war breaks out between the Colonies and Earth, with his family’s pride and alliance with the Earth alliance he is pressured to fight for the Earth and joins the 51st mobile suit army. The alliance, having an upper hand, invades the colones. Ren-Exar-Droma is then sent to fight in the coloney he grew up in. While on a patrol a group of colonial freedom fighters ambush Ren-Exar-Droma’s mobile suit squad, Ren-Exar-Droma is then sent to flank and fire upon the enemy but he recognizes a familiar voice, his best friend from high school, unable to shoot at his best friend his squad is killed by the freedom fighters losing his solider friends from Earth. That is how the journey will begin, it will end by Ren-Exar-Droma having to make the decision to even fight at all, questioning the very personal and moral beliefs such as honor and pride, yet at the same time questioning war and the prospect of how to win a war. The decision he makes could even result in his own death for the greater good.
• Ren-Exar-Droma most overcome cultural and personal beliefs as well as the act of killing a best friend in the cause “for the greater good”. Ren-Exar-Droma’s emotions will have to be questioned, and his very existence will be questioned as well
• The story will end by having Ren-Exar-Droma lose his Earth best friend at the hands of his old best friend. The two friends will realize how wasteful war is after the try to kill each other in a intense mobile suit fight, they also realize that both Ren-Exar-Droma and his best friend have lost their family’s to war questing war itself and its motives. But before they can leave the battlefield their alliances (the colonies and Earth) call upon them for one final and decisive battle , the two then make the decision, independently, to fight in order to show humanity the ugliness of war. During the battle Ren-Exar-Droma and his friend meet, while they are fighting Ren-Exar-Droma’s mobile suit gets blown up and he gets ejected out tearing of his arm and leg. His best friend then exits his mobile suit and runs over to him but is gunned down by Ren-Exar-Droma’s new Earth best friend in a hail of bullets; Ren-Exar-Droma survives the battle to share his story, spreading the message of peace to all of humanity. Realizing the foolishness in fighting the world decides to totally ban war.
• Ren-Exar-Droma at first does not have a definitive reason for fighting other than protecting his family’s honor, but his real journey begins when he encounters his old best friend in combat, drawing new Conclusions about war, taking into account the toll war has on humanity questioning the reasons humans fight and other emotional and moral questions he eventual answers throughout his journey.

If its not clear Ren has 2 best friends, one from earth and one from high school in the colonies he had to invade.
Deletewell, technology has improved so much but I want the new series based on 2020.. Not like age or seed, too futuristic, but more like a man war with nowadays technology
ReplyDelete2020
World War III is happening.. crisis everywhere, lack of food, lack of resources, and lack of human resources. Army forced woman and children above 14 to join war with the gundam and mobile suit they made.
But they don't ride on the MS itself.. they control it from a virtual technology (like the one in avatar movie). they are educated to do tactic wars, operate systems, and building MS and weapons.
Even though they remote controlled the MS, they will die if the MS is broken or damaged severely
The equality of technology of both sides make the war is based on tactics because both sides have the same weaponry
they keep attacking each other until one day, they realized that the earth is damaged so bad and they need to recover the earth for them to be able to live longer.
Oxygen is decreasing because no more plants, burnt because of the war..
pollution everywhere
water is contaminated,and so on
then, they make peace, rebuild earth from zero again (hahaha.. save the earth before is too late)
Not to say that having a female protagonist is a bad thing, but there are lots of things to consider. One is not to have the main girl look at the aspects war too close to how their male counterparts would. Change is what is wanted, but stray too far however, and the story may fall. Experience and knowledge is key to handling such a change. I can mention other things, but I suddenly find myself wondering if I worded a previous sentence right. I'm wondering if a new experience really is what the audience calls for when they request for a female lead. Not for more lithe figures or a shower scene, I hope? Maybe that's what some of you are really hoping for? Let's face it; sex sells in the viewing community today. Even though I admit that, I can still say I very much am disgusted of you lot who want 'little girls' in this show simply for such an appeal.
ReplyDeleteRepost, but only a portion.
ReplyDelete- An older character for the main protagonist, civilian, but very much unlikely a messianic idealist that believes in total world peace. At the most, he wants to end up "one of the good people", but his efforts are hindered by the weakness of common man, or perhaps his very own uncouth desires, or his personality sculpted by his upbringing. Say a lonesome shut-in that pretty much thinks trash about everyone he finds loathsome/bothersome (a sentiment that's mostly unjustified), but hides his contempt through overtly awkward interactions and a passive or otherwise bashful persona. Because at the core, he is capable of good, but he's become less than refined of the idea of it from the years of abuse he's suffered for being a 'nerd', and yet a failure where he studies. This is an issue most people have either heard or experienced themselves, and would serve as helping viewers relate to the character. Basically, toss up a Gundam story that emphasizes what Gundam should have been about - a story of humanity. And put in the middle of everything, a guy, your average college student, who is less than stellar in character. Then, have him grow into a man that stands his ground not for "the fate of all of humanity" at his greatest moment, but for something much smaller in scale, perhaps. Like a girl that had shown him, for the very first time in his life, genuine love. Because humanity is petty. But that may be what makes our stories so awesome. Alternatively, in his final moments, it could be redemption that he seeks. For a betrayal that he committed. Because we all betray things sometimes. Sometimes, it's even ourselves that we betray.
- A female main protagonist. That serves a greater purpose than falling in love with the male main protagonist before dying a tragic death. Women that have carried the vulnerable, yet loving, and inspiring aspect of 'heart' into past stories have often been shown to only be objects of war for sinister men in their glorious plans for power. That needs to change. Include a female character in the future that is integral to the plot of the story not from only after she's introduced. Maybe her role isn't ascertained completely from the beginning. Regardless, she appears in the first episode. And blows up a partly-completed Gundam by pressing a trigger. In space, nonetheless. While said Gundam is being transported by a space freighter. To invoke the feeling of understanding with the male main protagonist, have her gone through a terrible, troubled past. But she's not any kind of unkind. If anything, she's quiet, and socially-awkward is all. She shows a softer side after the guy acts kindly to her. Eventually, it's shown that she's much kinder than him despite what she's gone through, and it propels character development in the guy, inspiring him to become as strong as her, but only to fall once again to his weakness, his uncertainty at the time she needs him the most. Expect her to realize he's a lost cause. Expect her to change, to hate him bitterly, and meet him on the opposite side of the battlefield not under any kind of manipulation except continuing through on her personal agendas. And, like I said before, have her survive until the end, where the main male apparently did not. In the second season, after some time has passed, we see her in a different role - maybe as an officer in the Federation, under forced servitude for her past war crimes. Shift the spotlight on to her, and watch as the roles between the male and the female is inverted. Why? Because later in the second season, it becomes revealed... that the main male character still lives. As the duo return to the stage, once more together, see them develop, after everything.
adaption of Crossbone Gundam, even if it's just a short-ass OVA. COME ON, CROSSBONE GUNDAM. IT'S THE BEST THING
ReplyDeletePerhaps not quite the most original out there, but seeing as they've done pretty much every type of war in existence... I think it would be interesting to see a Gundam series based around a World War 1 scenario. The Colonies and Lunar cities would be representative of the Central Powers (Germany, Austria, Ottoman Empire) And the allies would be Earth.
ReplyDeleteThe rapid advancement of new technology results in a bogged down siege war where each side's industry tries to gain the upper hand through new scientific creations resulting in mass casualties on all sides. Mobile Suit pilots and mobile suits being new playing similar roles to those of Tanks and early Fighter Planes and Bombers developing the tactics, legendary aces coming up in prominence on both sides.
Even parallels could be drawn that space battleships would be the equivalent of the Dreadnought's... so costly and expensive that neither side wishes to deploy them for the fear of losing them with only one real grand fleet engagement.
War breaks out with a representative of the lunar cities being assassinated by an anarchist at an international meeting on the surface regarding independence movements in the colonies. Demands are issued, disregarded by the Earth nations. Colonies formally secede and combine into a nation allied to the lunar cities with the exception of L3 which is opposite the moon and closer to Earth.
A formal "conventional" war not having been fought in nearly a hundred or so years is seen to become the possible last real war. A strong sense of nationalism pulls the nations together and ranks swell on both sides with eager men and women wanting to fight for their national pride. The opening weeks of the war see running battles between the colonies using space fighters the larger space forces of the colonies and lunar cities push the Earth forces back until a drop operation occurs. The colonial forces descend on Europe and take the northern part quickly with the deployment of what at the time had been large piloted humanoid construction robots (Mobile Suits).
Ultimately the Earth forces halt the advance in the north of France and Russia pushes back containing the colonies to their foothold in northern Europe. Scrambling to follow suit with the technological developments of the colonies, the Earth forces develop their own mobile suits, and ultimately develop a prototype combat mobile suit they call the Gundam... ect. I'll let everyone's minds run wild from there as to the possibilities of what could occur.
Summary:
ReplyDeleteNew Era XY-###
30 Years Later; while still recovering from Humanities latest and greatest war, between space and Earth.
Earth's former United Earth government is dissolved, has been taken over by 8 most powerful leaders who lead the space faction.
Earth has been divided in to 8 different sectors each (totalitarian regimes with their own ideals), though heavily monitored by latest technology and strictly governed to maintain order. Chaos still erupts in various pockets around the world. Chaos caused by one man (No Name). Though there are many stories; but, to many who have heard of him; is a devil raised from ashes of war, to some who saw him; is the definition of chaos, carved by betrayal, seeking for a revenge, and to few who have known/fought him; is a war monger.
He is the sole survivor of the war (from earth faction), a genetically engineered soldier of death, feared by all the great leaders; as he is a human design to surpass gods, lead by his own desire to live under his free will. All Leaders in fear that he may cause an uprising; All 8 sectors of the world have placed a bounty on his head, (Triple if dead).
Its the story between soldier who wills to live on his own accord versus the world govern by desires.
Weapon mechanics:
In this time line in order to fight wars, various mobile suits are developed in order to increase life expectancy of a skilled soldier and deploy effective fire power. Mobile suits are treated in respect to knight's armour in renaissance era.
Mobile suits are propelled by various design from ranging from wheeled, tank tread, Space verniers, Biped and Quad ped, in regards to the sectors and geography.
All modern equipments will be powered by Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
Tanks, Battle ships and planes (refer modern technology) will act as a support for mobile suits.
Development:
Main plot will consist of;
8 World Leaders (male and females) All with rich and well developed back grounds of their own.
Various sub plot's characters governed by 8 leaders.
About the Anti-Hero: his past information will be limited to his origin (the only successful experiment for a super soldier), battle records and real-time in world statistics.
The Anti-Hero is skilled in all form of warfare, and can pilot or take down any MS, with in given resources.
Anti hero will every battle, no matter the odds.
Plot development may follow as in Cowboy Bebop.
Animation in regards to The 08Th MS team.
Character development in respect to Berserk.
Special Note*
The main character is an Anti-hero (difficult to relate with), and; shall be portrayed/depicted as a ruthless, selfish, and inhuman villain.
Thus stories will be perceived on behalf of the World's characters and environment. reflecting on main characters development.
**Anti hero will "win" every battle, no matter the odds.
Deletewhat i would personally love to see from a new gundam series is, well, less gundams. i think the best idea for a new series would be to focus on the grunt suits, the zakus and GMs. i think the coolest idea would be for the series to focus on a bunch of soldiers just trying to stay alive on the battlefield, using tactics and strategy rather than super powered ultra lasers. have the gundam as the antagonist, show the side of battle from the zaku prospective. these soldiers live in fear ever day that the gundam will come and wipe them out, as the gundam kills hundreds of their comrades every day. have the series show the gundam as a real threat, and in the end, show it get taken out by a group of pilots who are piloting woefully infirior suits. it dosent have to be the one year war, make it a new timeline. have some really realistic mobile suits, make it believable. oh and no teenage boys.
ReplyDeleteSomething that existed before our time.. (a bit like Turn A Gundam..)..and Gundams with tentacles.. where the pilot can "feel" pleasure... and stuff.....
ReplyDeleteA few Years ago Gundam Beast as shown around here. I for one feel that truly should have become a series in some way shape or form. Gundams that transform into animals. It is a great pairing, especially since we have seen similar things in the Gundam universe already. (Gaia Gundam). As far as story, it ultimately has always been the same thing; whiny kid becoming battle hardened and ends war for a small while. Why not change it up? 80th MS team gave us a bit of that by showing us an actual soldier. It was refreshing and in my own opinion better than all the Amuro Ray knock offs we have seen over the years. I think the biggest thing a new gundam series needs is to have the main character die. Not even at the end necessarily. I for one get why this hasn't happened, but at the same time it needs to. In fact I think it would be legendary if the main character did die, then someone more likeable came in to take their place and carry on their burdens. It would make all the actions seem heavier and more meaningful, not to mention making the gundam feel human for once. Or flawed for once. Just my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteGundam Seed Astray is All of G-Gundam's epicness without the siliness of many of the MS designs. It takes everything super robot about the seed universe and freaking RUNS with it, sprinkled with some Outlaw Star.
ReplyDeleteLowe is Unlike ANY other gundam protagonist. He's closer to Kamina than any of them, and Gai is awesome as well; they make great friendly rivals. The manga was so short and had a TON of spinoffs, all easily expandable into an awesome 50+ episode series.
I`m pretty sure everyone is wanting at least one aspect from this series, and it never fails to be epic. Probably the best "sidestory" to a main gundam series ever.
Lowe should have been the protagonist for the main series...
Deletealso in my experience, I think side stories tend to add elements to the main series that aren't part of the stereotypical outline of the main plot and thus for the most part, the side stories seem to shine better than the main series they came from.
*the captcha has become ridiculously impossible to read now*
Talking about Lowe, perhaps they could do the VS Astray then ? All those Librarian stuff.
DeleteI am proposing a new Gundam storyline.
ReplyDeleteIn the 22nd The national governments of the world were expelled to space by the former United Nations, now called the United Earth, for trying to curtail its power. The mobile suits are crucial in the United Earth's victory, The national governments in exile had made a vow to return to Earth with a vengeance, to reinstate the AD calendar from the After Unification calendar. Their invasion fleet is led by five powerful mobile suits, each one of them the best pilots national government had, and they are called Gundams.
The Gundams are piloted by two people, a man and a woman each.Their ages are from 16 to 26, the lead protagonist [a Japanese] would be 20 years of age. They are of Japanese, American, Chinese, British, and Russian in origin. It would ala G-Gundam Gundam Wing style of team, and it is evident at the Chinese Gundam's homage to Shenlong and Dragon Gundams, only transforming to a helicopter. The leading Gundam, is a homage to Wing Zero, but disguised as a Jet Fighter. The protagonist is rather bland-looking except for having a Saji Crossroad hairstyle-they could even hire Miyu Irino to voice him. He is a former university student who when his older sister supposedly died on a mission, try to find her, believing she's still alive.
However, the United Earth had a squad of their own, and led by a Char figure from Germany. His right hand is from Korea and that pilot hold a deadly secret. But what secret?
People keep asking that the presence of Gundam be lessened in a future show. Then what's the point of calling it Gundam? Though I can more or less understand this dissent for overpowered mobile suits after years of Gundam SEED and 00.
ReplyDeleteWhat I think a Gundam series needs to create a close enough effect to only portraying grunt suits is by having the titular Gundam and its pilot receive real, consequential damage. Not mere scratches. Like, having one or both arms cut off, upper torso hit by explosive shell, something that puts the Gundam (and maybe its pilot) out of commission for an episode or two, during which any critical situation is solved by other pilots and their own mobile suits. This leads to character development and places some emphasis on the comrades, their relations, and their abilities.
Also, tone down on the 'mid-season upgrade' thing. It was abused like heck in SEED and 00.
I too think that Gundam beast should be made into a series as it has a lot of potential and most importantly it's DIFFERENT!!!
ReplyDeletea unique take in Gundam with unique units not the reconfigured Wing Gundam units shown there with the 5 Wing Gundam units made into animals that would be LAME and unoriginal.
also a series based off a Videogame would be spectacular like the Gundam vs Extreme with the ability to cross into other timelines obtaining parts and skills to create the ultimate Machine
and bring together people from the different eras to put a stop to it before it becomes unstoppable
I would love to see alternate timeline gundam series! Imagine world war 2 with gundams. All the different countries would have their own distinct moble suits like they did with tanks and planes of the time. The american civil war with gundams. A country divided, brother against brother. One side fights against slavery, the other for what they see as their ideals and way of life being destroyed. Or maybe go even futher back to the wars of roman vs the barbarians. A corrupt ciivilization and the peak of human existance and the. Hordes of less advanced mobil suits attempting to overthrow this civilization with brute attacks
ReplyDeletehey why not make the 14th Gundam Fight a reality
ReplyDeleteDomon Kasshu is still the champion but Married to rain and there is a 2nd more powerful prototype of the God gundam (with different name)but this time around there are some changes,
the shuffle delegation has changed as Argo Gulski has passed on his title of Black Joker to someone else same with George de sand whom he passed on his title of Jack of diamonds to a successor chosen by him,
Saisaishi has grown up and matured and is piloting a newer version of his Dragon Gundam
Chibodde crocket has also become more seasoned and is piloting a newer successor unit to the Maxter.
Allenby has also grown and become a more formidable Fighter and is using a newer version of the Nobel Gundam (with no berserker system in it)but the real interesting part is the appearance of an unknown fighter that starts off by piloting a Gundam that resembles the Master Gundam with some differences and yes there is the resurrection of something that has the remains of the now destroyed Devil Gundam.
new countries enter the Fray and the mysterious re appearance of the Dark Army makes everyone wonder if the nightmare has returned.
A female lead would be a nice change of pace
ReplyDeleteIn the year 2525 EB (Empire Begins), Queen of the Zeon Empire needed a Shadow in-case the Earth Government ever decided to assassinate her, she found Futo Woods, a boy that looked almost just like her. She dies latter on by a assassin which forces Woods to take her place as the Queen of the Zeon Empire and their fight against the oppression the Earth Government has put onto their Space Conley nation. When the Earth Government attacks it is up to Woods to find the Zeon's ancient family secret, the Magic Gundam (Would look something like this: http://www.fanboy.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Puella-Magi-MS-005-Kyouko-Gundam.jpg) but how long can this crossdresser queen keep up his disguise? Side Notes: there are only a few 18+ year olds people and boys in the universe. Almost everyone in the world are females with Futo Woods being apart of the 10% Male population. But in this world a Woman's word is law, males have no rights except in the space empire of Zeon and because of that the Earth Government has declared that the Zeon Empire must enforce the Woman Dominate law. Zeon Empire being the Zeon Empire refuses to enforce that law resulting in the all out war with the Earth Government.
ReplyDeleteLets find out when this is made into an official Gundam TV show!
How about a world where gundams are the enemy faction's main mobile suits and the protagonist accidentally got hold of one, upgrades and uses it to change the tide of the war.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's already Sunday in my country, but I'd like to share my story anyway.
ReplyDeleteHere's my idea for a UC series.
I call it - MS Gundam: End the War
The story will be a trilogy divided into three post-eras of UC, the post one year war era, the post gryps conflict era, and the post laplace conflict era.
(this is in no way a Gundam AGE rip-off, the objective of this series is to show unification throughout UC)
The first arc will take place during late UC 0081 and will revolve around the first main character,Gray Seigway (17 years old), who is caught in the middle of a battle between EFSF and Zeon remnants and is obliged by his noble principles to help EFSF protect the civilians in a city by piloting the Perfect Gundam III Red Warrior. In a spae colony, he meets and falls in love with Zeon pilot Illia Pazom. Though in love, they are forced to fight each other due to their contradicting sides. In space, he receives a new MW, the Gundam Valhala, which is based on the FA Gundam 7th. The story ends with Gray getting injured after succesfully destroying the Zeon space base "Paradiso".
Continuation:
ReplyDelete4 years later, gray is now healed from his injuries and becomes a successful MS engineer, and he persuades his nephew, Shu Asume to enlist himself to the EFSF as a cadet. Shu, accepts this and on the year 0087 (he is now 16 years old), he witnesses the corruption of the titans and decides to join AEUG. There, he is assigned to pilot a Nemo Striker . At AEUG, during a ship stop, he meets the beautiful Asuna Elmaritt whom he recognizes from EFSF academy, Ecole du Ciel. He develops a crush on her, but feels that he has no chance on her. He tries to befriend her and develop their relationship, even asking his friends, Neil Garv and Leila Griffith for tips. After his Nemo is destroyed, he was authorized to be the pilot of the Gundam Mk.II temporarily. On December, 0087, he, Neil and Leila receive a transfer order to the Irish class battle ship, Zwickbau. Here, he joins Jack Bayard’s Halloween MS team and once again meets Asuna Elmarit. He often comes to misunderstandings with Jack Bayard to the point of having a fist fight, which was stopped by Neil and Asuna. At 0088, Neil and the others face the greatest battle of their lives against Neo Zeon, with an army of Quebeleys. The outcome of the battle was defeat, but everyone was able to survive. After the destruction of Shu’s Gundam Mk.II, his uncle Gray sends him a message that there is a surprise waiting for him at Von Braun, and so, Zwickbau travelled going there. Shu was surprised to find that what was waiting for him was a new MS, the Theta Gundam. What surprised him more was that it was designed after a MS drawing that he drew as a child. An unexpected Neo Zeon attack then occurred at Von Braun with 2 quebeleys and 2 Gaza-C’s. Shu had no choice but to board the new Gundam, even with no experience on it at all. Jack was able to defeat 2 Gaza-C’s. Since Shu was told that the Theta was designed as a newtype hunting weapon, he charged at the quebeleys an defeated them. After the battle, the others received new mobile suits as well. Shu’s final battle with AEUG takes place in a mission to prevent Neo Zeon’s operation to obliterate the entire earth with a new weapon they developed, the Inferno, which was designed to be able to destroy the earth’s core. Jack had to sacrifice his life to fulfil the mission and Shu swears that his sacrifice will not be in vain. In order to disable the Inferno, he and Asuna must first defeat Zeon Newtype, Azur Leadfelt. Both Shu and Asuna nearly died, but the mission was a success. Their mobile suits were unable to function and the place was about to explode. Good thing, Neil and Leila came to their rescue. At the year 0097 Shu and Asuna are now married and still in the military. Shu’s ship coincidentially was assigned to protect the colony where Gray’s 17year old son, Nick resided, during a Neo Zeon remnant attack. They discover that Neo Zeon is still running with power and is planning something big to gain the independence they were seeking for so long, and to destroy the federation at the same time.. Nick decides to pilot a spare Re-GZ they had on the ship and joins Shu on a journey to forever end the conflict between the Federation, and Zeon.
Dynasty Warrior Gundam: The Series. Based off the popular video game (available on the Xbox360 and the PS3), this series will take you beyond the game and into battle! In a different universe, a great and terrible evil is taking over not just one universe...but ALL Gundam Universes! Heroes and Villains from different universes and time periods have joined forces to combat this evil in the form of Musha Gundams Mk. 1 and 2. Their (the good and bad guys) hope for freedom lies with the pilots from ALL of your favorite Gundam series (from the Original to Gundam Age) as they fight hordes of alien Mobile Suits to reach, and defeat the evil Mushas.
ReplyDeleteSomething related to uc maybe or just a straight up soldier fighting as infantry and ends up being selected as a pilot to test a new mobile suit. While testing a mobile enemy forces attack nearby base close to test site and being a hot headed main character disobey orders and decides to leave test grounds and go save his comrades in another base. While he is able to repel to enemy attack their new secret weapon is revealed to the enemy and thus has to face more enemies before they are able to mass produce the mobile suit in testing. thats all i cna think of for now but yea soemthing more on the ground war fighting is what i like to see though
ReplyDeleteGundams in economics and business? Maybe there can be a animated gundam universe/story which explains or illustrates how gundam or mobile suits affected normal lives economically? I'm thinking of Spice and Wolf as I type this but nonetheless I'm still a gundam fan. How did the introduction of the mobile suit from side 3 gave to the rise of zeon, or politics in the federation government that might have had a hand in the development of the gundam and GMs.. And the money to do the research.. It doesn't have to be Universal Century.. I always thought that economics and war are intertwined.. So why not a Gundam story from the economics point of view? But I'm not sure as to how this story will appeal to kids though.. Hahaha
ReplyDeleteMobile Suit Gundam Archon
ReplyDeleteSynopsis: It is the end of Earth’s latest world war and no one can truly be named the victor, after 3 years of rigorous battle and unfortunate losses the nations agreed to a peace treaty. Now instead of suffering from opposing forces, Asia is now crumbling on the inside to the black market. With the wars addition of mobile suit weaponry the weapons man used in the past have been rendered useless and the black market has taken advantage of all the spoils left behind on the battlefield. This includes, broken down MS’s, weapons, ammo and enough spare parts to put them all together into almost pristine working machines. With this new power in hand anything the crime lords desires can be obtained easily with only the help of one MS. With the Government now under threat of being overthrown by the now united illegal markets under the name AETHER, Japans leaders have agreed to stake their last hopes on the very weapons they now fear. The Black Ops organization EPITAPH was created shortly after with the sole mission of destroying this threat. With the limited resources and man power at hand only one machine was created to save Japan, “Gundam Archon” was its name. Constructed from the highest quality parts and technology available “Archon” was easily the most powerful MS created to date but no ordinary soldier could be left to pilot the last hope for Japan. Enlisted to Epitaph is lieutenant Hisakawa Kohru, a veteran of the war famous for the destruction of 7 MS’s in one engagement. Kohru wishes for peace after what he’s seen in the war and is afraid of going to battle again in what most men, including his friends, considered their coffin. Under the guidance of his peers and armed with the courage of his lost friends, Kohru takes up his helm for his last war.
Gundam Archon is a Heavy armored MS due to the lack of funds for the project. With no money left for spare parts heavy platting was necessary to make sure Archon wouldn’t need any replacements after it’s battles. The only external weapons for Archon include a military grade assault rifle, reinforced large shield and heat sabre. The rest of the weaponry lies internally, this includes the vulcans on it’s head, the grenade launcher on it’s right arm and the gatling guns located on it shoulders which are all covered up by hatches initially to surprise the enemy when it looks out of ammo. The primary colors for Archon’s armor are Red and White to represent the flag of Japan, meanwhile being accented by yellow internal thrusters and a grey internal frame. If you wanted to imagine it, I’d say it’s a mix with the NT-1 Alex, Blue Destiny Unit 3 and the Duel’s AS armor for it’s extra heavy armor platting. I definitely want the early UC look to be the definite basis for it though, no need to be complicated with excess stuff like slim proportions or huge backpacks, just simple heavy armor with a lot of guns :p
For some plot twists I like the idea of a soldier under a false name, Kohru could be the name of one of our heroes friends who he was inspired by but died in the war and decided to live his life for him. I don’t want any newtype esque twist though I just want the pilot to have his own skill and morals to fall on. Other twists like enemy nations being the ones behind Aether, making Aether seem like a hitman meant to do the enemies dirty work. One thing I’m unsure of is an antagonist but it could simply be just the man who shot Kohru’s friends down in the war and became Aethers Ace pilot. Offer up some suggestions and/or criticisms :) thanks for reading
Here's another one. AU this time. I call it, MS Gundam: Paradise
ReplyDeleteThe year is NWE 0003 (new world era). It's been three years since the world was dominated by the Valavern empire. The Valavvern empire was able to defeat all it's enemies because of new weapons they created, the MSes known as the Mobile Caesar and the Mobile Hannibal. These were able to outmatch any other mobile suit and were equipped with a weapon known as the imperializer, that was capable of disintegrating any mobile suit into nothing. Raised in the city, MS engineer Niccolus Adegar has grown tired of seeing deaths everyday and moved to the cold desert with his family. Many years later, Niccolus gives his 15 year old his son, Shio, a strange key like device and tells him to use the tracker of the key in case they are attacked, and also tells him that it may have the power to change the world. One day, soldiers from the Valavern empire raid their house and Niccolus is shot right in front of Shio. With much conviction and anger, Shio decides to activate the key's tracker which led to an underground warehouse in the city. To much surprise, he found a Mobile Suit and felt a strange vibe as he entered. Once he activated the mobile Suit, his radar found two mobile suits terrorizing a nearby city, so he went there and defeated the mobile suits with the power of his Gundam, the Gundam Avalon. After this, he joins the Earth Resistance Group, and vows to end the tyrrany of the Valavern empire in behalf of his deceased father.
Dragon slaying knight type gundams... naive new recruit as main character. Enemy dragons and goblins/orcs and other such types who have ms as well. Orges trolls and giants the size of ms as well. Could call it Castle Gundam...
ReplyDeleteHere is my idea...
ReplyDeleteMobile Suit Gundam Eve
213 N.C. (Neo Century)
Pandora, a mysterious organization suddenly appeared. Their leader, the masked man Ginn declared war to the world. War between E.F. (Earth Federation) and Pandora was happening everywhere. Mobile Suits belongs E.F. can not beat mobile suits belongs to Pandora. Pandora uses a different atomic technology to their mobile suits called Eve.
E.F. send Misa Harshell, a young woman as a spy to steal Pandora's proprietary technology. Finally, thanks to Misa, E.F. managed to steal the technology and use it to create a powerful mobile suit, Deus Gundam and Misa selected as the pilot. Deus Gundam can destroy an island with only 1 shot using its Omega Beam Magnum. But Pandora still has a secret weapon, Deimos Gundam. The Clash of Gods, the final battle between Deus Gundam and Deimos Gundam (piloted by Ginn) ended in a draw. Both are destroyed. But the destruction from both Gundams have created a new catastrophe. The Eve particles from Deus & Deimos Gundam mingled in the air and then creates a plague, Eve Plague.
7 years later... The spread of Eve Plague extends, until now there is no cure. The atomic structure of the particles Eve is very complicated, so scientists find it difficult to create a cure. it took many years to create the cure. Many humans and other living things dying and dead. Earth was abandoned. Human move to the space colony, but there are still some people who can not leave the Earth because of Eve Plague.
Somewhere on Earth. Nohan Klauz, a scientist, he have managed to create a time machine. He wanted to go back to the past to stop Pandora & prevent the mistake he had made, creating Deus. However, he could not live much longer because he has been infected by the Eve Plague. Therefore, He created Nero, half-human android. Nohan use the body of a young man who had died by Eve Plague to create Nero. He sent Nero to the past to carry out his wishes. Nero arrives in the past. Nero's first mission is to stop Misa Harshell before she stole Pandora's proprietary technology. So, The journey into the past begins ...
Can Nero carry out the missions?? Will fate changed??
cool, but sounds like terminator
DeleteYeah, I was inspired from terminator .. but i made it a little bit different ..
DeleteNero coming back into the past to stop Misa Harshell, not to protect her. Maybe Nero will kill Misa or Nero could be fall in love with Misa and even help Misa to steal Pandora's technology??
thx for you comment.. :)
My concept is to go with a true mobile "suit", instead of giant humanoid machines, it is now more of a powered armour. In this world, mobile suits are used for all kinds of purposes, from construction to warfare. War has been raging on around the globe. The plot kicks off with a couple who work in mobile suit development. (Insert country) attacks the development center to steal their latest creation, codenamed "Ex". Ex was not created for warfare, but due to it's ability to outfit every known tool/weapon, it is highly prized. Mobile Suits Ze and Xl are later created based off Ex, with Ze specializing in melee oriented weaponry/combat, and Xl focusing on mid range/espionage and having an advance cloaking and even solid light hologram technology.
ReplyDeleteOur main 2 characters will constantly be on the run, with mid season or s1 ending with the male's death. S2 will have the other surviving female as protagonist. The guy is later found semi resurrected, as a half organic half machine creating weapons for the "empire". It is later found the the empire's leader seeks to destroy all mobile suit technology, but the resulting Psycho EMP will completely destroy all forms of technology, and even shifting the Earth's polarity, resulting in world wide natural disasters. Our protagonist will stop him and peace will continue. A world treaty will be signed and all mobile suits are destroyed.
This is my plot.
ReplyDelete15 years ago, there was a war between 3 nations (Aerowin Nation, Bulcan Colonies, and the Zentai Alliance). It was one of the biggest war which caused a global outbreak. During that war, an unknown mobile suit changed its history by fending off all the 3 nation's attacks and bringing them until a halt of its war. 2 years later, a treaty was signed to prevent any wars from happening, and in order to maintain their friendly status, the 3 neighboring countries would decrease their military size so it wouldn't cause another outbreak.
14 years later after the war, the main character would be a 21 year old who lost his entire family during the war 16 years ago. When he was 5, he was abandoned by his own mother and father and was left at an adoption and was never came back for. He currently now lives in the Aerowin Nation as of today. He started working in the military as an engineer to repair and to modify the Mobile suits. In this world, there are 2 different kinds of mobile suits, the CSF (Combat System Fighter), the most standard mobile suit with an inner frame that uses electricity as its energy supply and its ability to transforum and the AGU (Advanced Generation Unit), a rare type of frame that needs a special source of energy to power the suit. But due to its complexity, making it transform was impossible.
The MC was transferred into a naval base, but this base top secret due to rumors that the unknown suit from 16 years ago was found abandoned out in the deep ocean. THe MC was found fond of his work with suits that he was granted to check the specs of the unknown mobile suit and was to take part in this project for the next year. Word has came out across to the Zentai alliance to intervene in this rumor by sending out a spy, in which the spy is already undercover in that operation. During the inspection, the MC found out that this unknown mobile suit was just not just a CSF but the most complex AGU that had the ability transform into flight mode. The only problem was that the other team members was unable to crack some kind of code to open its hatch. The team was spectacle about it being able to transform since the frame of the AGU to transform was far too complicated to be made.
The spy had confirmed its discoveries and the Zentai Alliance rained down an attack to seize that AGU from the Aerowin Nation. The spy within the base started to massacre everyone around leaving no witnesses around, but the MC quickly headed over to the AGU for cover. Accidentally, the MC somehow engages the lock to open the hatch on him, forcing himself inside the AGU. The screens turned on ready for launched, welcoming him with the name of the suit, Lambent. Until then, the Zentai's forces made their way into the hatch and was about to seize the AGU. The MC panicked and fired its weapons at the enemies, making an opening to escape.
This was all made up but a cool idea I had in my head for awhile. The names may be weird but I thought it was okay for me to put in. I know Gundam had the norm of transformable units, but making 2 different units with one complexity adds a bit of tension for its discoveries.
I'd actually like another Military/U.C -- (Universal Century) styled Show. For the last decade (with exception of UC) we've seen more of a Fantasy theme with Gundams, GS/GSD, Turn A, 00, AGE. Save for Gundam W, it seems like most Military themes are for UC, the main "cash-cow."
ReplyDeleteWhile I'm saving my MS and MH designs for my own stories, I wouldn't mind doing simplified versions of my MS for the Gundam shows. Ironically, I too had my own Gundam fan script, but once I saw the potential in it, I chose to keep it for myself. In the meantime, these are my designs, and I for one would love to see more Military mechs; (yes, i know of Frame Arms [they're hit or miss], Border Break, Scope Dogs, etc.)
Sorry if some of these aren't done; YES, these mech are designed my me.

Someone might've mention this already, but more normal characters would be nice. Like I've always enjoy gundam the way it was but sometimes things like new-types, trans-am, x-rounder, coordinator, etc. always give the good and bad guys a reason they always win fights, along with some luck and skills. But yeah, I just feel a normal character who develops his skills to become an ace would be nice or maybe someone who is just talented without having some special reason they are talented in the first place. I don't know, just my 2 cents.
ReplyDeleteThe next generation of the spacenoid war set 2000 years into the future where the evolution of newtypes has reached the point where mobile suits are no longer used mainly as a weapon of war, rather as a suit to contain the essence of these newtypes into pure energy. The newtypes of this generation are at a point where they believe the use of their incredible abilities without a suit will make them become unstable to the point of self-annihalation. Through the use of these special suits newtypes they are able to direct the latent energy from their abilities to form tools and power weapons to aid the user in combat and defense against the common spacenoid enemy, the Earth Federation Combine.
ReplyDeleteThe Earth Federation Combine is the ruling faction on earth who will reach towards any means necessary to control any and all human populations within their reach. Though lacking the spacenoids abilities and suits, the Combine makes up for this with sheer numbers to overcome what they do not possess.
What the spacenoids do not realize is that the Earth Federation Combine anticipated the evolution of the spacenoids humans living on their colonies; centuries ago their leaders formulated a plan to contain the rising abilities of these spacenoid humans. Their first plan was to covertly reinforce the belief that as ones power grew the human body did not have the ability to contain the energy of their abilities leading to an unstable detonation. The second was to leak technology of these special suits; while these suits have the ability to control (stabilize) and direct their skills in an amazing capacity, they actually contain and restrict their bodies natural ability to evolve into the next human evolution of pure energy. The Earth Federation Combine fears this as once a newtype spacenoid reaches this point of evolution, they no longer have the ability to control these 'humans' and thus see them as a direct threat to their rule. The suits provide a means for the Combine armies to combat and destroy them directly in a manageable way.
The story revolves around a young man who has grown up fatherless in a colony whose latent newtype abilities are beginning to rise. His father was a spacenoid researcher with average newtype skills who was trying to determine ways to increase the potential of the suits abilities. His father discovered the flaw of these suits and while traveling to a meeting of newtypes to disclose of this flaw he was assasinated by the Combine forces for discovering the secret. He discovers his fathers newtype suit in his hidden lab and upon reading his final notes decides to set out and discover what happened to his father and what secret he had discovered that proved so fatal.
** Basically the story displays his rising newtype power with his skills in upgrading the suit to the point he realizes what the secret was and evolves into pure energy!
in new series it must show piloting skill more.. more realistic like MS 08th team.. ground type is the best..
ReplyDeletei would like to see a series where it does a tri-protaganist sorta thing where the main characters are on the different sides like one could be on the zeonesque side the other could be on the earth side and the final one is part of a rebel side and it could have each one be a trope to the gundam series like the earth one is a regular kid who just happens upon the gundam the zeon one is a soilder who earned a gundam and the rebel one just has the most ridiculously over powers one
ReplyDeletei just want movie of Advanced Of Zeta or gundam Sentinal.
ReplyDeletelike they did perfectly with Unicorn
Gundam Zombie
ReplyDeleteMobile suit with ability to infect and enslave other MS. This already appeared in some previous series (00 ELS, Devil Gundam, etc). Would be nice to see a comeback.
Excellent idea! I would love to see a zombie survival Gundam series.
DeleteHere we go:
ReplyDeleteIt is the year 1337 NE (New Era), and the entire solar system is united under Space Federation. War at this point has come to a stop, but the Federation is still training soldiers in the event the need for arms would come. This story's protagonist is a young woman, whose Father is a Famous military genius. She learned how to pilot a mobile suit from her father, and to her parents surprise, had an incredible talent as a pilot *this universe does not have newtypes/x-rounders/etc.*. Things are going well until she decides to enlist in the army. She is almost immediately rejected from joining, because women at the time did not have that right. Frustrated, she talks to her father and tries to convince the higher ups to join, but only to fail. Several days later, she is walking through the park when a large army rises up against the Federation
Noticing the danger, she decides to help her nation and fight the rebels. She goes to the hangar and steals a standard military mobile suit, and goes into the fray. She is able to fend off the rebels, but when the other soldiers come to congratulate her, they find out the pilot was a woman (in this world it was illegal for a woman to be a pilot). They immediately arrest her and throw her in prison. Furious with how the nations government treats their people,in her rage, she decides to join the rebels. She then breaks out of prison to join them.
After joining, the soldiers are doubtful of her skills as a pilot, so as a test they tell her to steal the prototype mobile suit the federation had been developing this entire time. The name of course, is Gundam. She accepts, only to hurt the Federation in revenge. The mission is a success and the protagonist proves herself to be a worthy pilot to the resistance, but during her mission, she noticed something strange. The Federation was up to something, and she knew it was nothing good. Putting aside her personal issues, she continues to fight with the resistance, while searching for information about the Federations secrets.
Gundam B (Blaze) - It was war between several types of humans with different kinds of abilities. Suddenly from no where came a mobile suit with no weapon. This mobile suit disables anything it passes - from laser cannons, to warships, to mobile suits. When it approaches, soldiers hallucinate the feeling of them burning, and seeing fire everywhere, thus the name Gundam Blaze. That particular war ended with all mobile suits inoperable and all soldiers suffered temporary paralysis and hysteria, except for three people - a civilian kid, an ace pilot, and a psychopath criminal. What these 3 people saw was a bright shining mobile suit cladded in several chains of floating stars (bits or funnels). The gundam appeared for only 5 minutes, and it already disabled more than 5000 mobile suits, 300 Warships, and 50 fortresses. Military reports say that the mobile suit was not operated by a pilot nor any AI known to man. Eversince, the mobile suit never appeared again.
ReplyDelete15 years passed and the war continued. New mobile suits appeared after the design of the mysterious mobile suit. By now, the civilian kid became an engineer-astronaut, the ace pilot became a commander, and the psychopath became an ace pilot. At the height of the latest battle, the gundam appeared again. In a mysterious twist of fate, the 3 protagonists came in contact with each other, with the gundam, and a mysterious girl who shows and vanishes like a ghost. Only the 3 of them where accepted by the gundam as its pilot, and every each of them have special abilities - The engineer enables outrageously long-ranged, long range weaponry and stealth, the commander activates melee, with outrageous speed and strength, while the psycho ace pilot summons special abilities like bits activation, psycho control and the ability to transform into a phoenix like mobile armor... Who among these three protagonists would full inherit the power of the gundam? Who is the mysterious girl who seems to know the secret of the mobile suit. What would the future of the world be with the Gundam?..... pretty much that...
The following items would be in the story:
1. Only one gundam. the rest are pseudo gundam, or at least 3 gundams would be derived from the original.
2. The gundam is not immortal, we would see it being hit, unable to move, and/or damaged. thus the enemy would have the chance to acquire it, thus three protagonists would have the chance to win using it, and lose it in a battle.
3. Everything will start mysterious/fantasy-like but eventually be explained scientifically, at least.
4. Major twist would be, the 3 protagonists would have to battle the gundam itself, with each having a gundam/pseudo gundam derived from the original.
5. the main characters would be battling against netypes/innovator/coordinator type characters, so that enemies would look so puny compared to them.
This is my idea so far:
ReplyDeleteSet in an alternate universe, war has been going on and off for many years and seemly never ending. There are 2 main groups, fraction, Earth and Colonies, Earth equivalent of Earth Federation try to force nationals of Earth to joint force (something like what Earth Alliance do) against the Colonies (Zeon/ZAFT equivalent). Those who fail to comply will be attack by Earth Federation, thus now that remain are a few neutral nationals as most have either joint forces with Earth Fed or are completely invaded by them.
Due to these wars, an organisation is created a organisation with better weapons technology than both Earth and Colonies, the equivalent of Celestial Being or at least work like the Celestial Being of 00 Season 1. Seeing that the way to end the wars for good is to disable/destroy all weapons built by human. Their goal, to eradicate wars, starting by eliminating all military facilities/sites on Earth and Colonies, including terrorist groups and interfere with battles and military exercises of both Earth fed and Colonies etc. This organisation used 4 Gundam but have an army of Mass Production MS too.
The story will focus of properly a character from each Fractions but the protagonist will be from the Celestial Being equivalent, a character whose used to be from Earth, whose national joint force with Earth Fed but due to treatments by the Fed on his nation like being forced to enlist into military service of the Fed for few years, somehow make him end up joining Celestial Being equivalent (after being rescued by them after an accident) due to hate for the Fed and the war. He will have history of piloting a MS. However, rather than assigned to a Gundam, he is assigned to a Mass Produced MS.
The main antagonist fraction will be a organisation who aim is also to end wars but with a more drastic ways, which is to destroy the very basic things that start the wars - Human. They have huge technological advantage over other fractions and have agents in 2 main fractions as well. Their view is the only way to end the thousands of years of different wars and save the Earth and view Human as population/disease that infest the Earth and all other inhabitants/organism on Earth.
This organisation can be a group split from the original CB or a totally new group formed. It can even be the original goal of the Celestial Being equivalent, which is kept secret from most of the members, which when revealed made the CB split into 2 groups in which the protagonist his group choose not to follow.
Now the protagonist and the groups of he is in not only have to stop the antagonist organisation,, they also have to continue in their own quest to end the war their way or in search of better ways to end the war.

Background:
The War,as we know it, has ended and the people have all sided with the faction that fought for the Earth, GAIA. Later on, power corrupted the government GAIA had created. So then GAIA itself started to be corrupt and their ideal changed, the world can be stronger if all the countries were controlled by the GAIA Government. Thoughtfully, the people of the Earth believed the GAIA Government and they started ruling other countries. But there were some countries that did not follow the path GAIA showed. So then came a power struggle. GAIA annhilated all the rebels using mobile suits as it showed its true colors to the people. Their leader, Arson Grey, did not stop until every last rebel was destroyed. Years later, the world is in turmoil and the people realize the consequences of the decision they had made, but there was nothing they could do about it. Then, one country revolts against the GAIA but is destroyed. Little did they know that later on, the remnants of that country would later on unite once again to challenge the GAIA but this time with a whole new weapon....GUNDAM.
Story:
It all started in the country of Glades. The Country didn't like the ideal of the GAIA faction so it revolted but was later on is defeated. Some remnants survived the assault on Glades. One of them was Max Triton. His uncle, the closest thing he ever had to a father, had died saving him from the attackers of Glades and his brother had been separated from him. So now, with vengeance in his eyes, he wanted to make things right. So the remnants of Glades attacked one of the fortresses of GAIA. It turns out that fortress had a lot of mobile suits in storage. But something happened there that left a scar on GAIA. Max had encountered a mobile suit in the lab he was securing. It said on its forehead, GUNDAM. SO he takes it and brings it back to the base along with the other mobile suits captured. There, they customize the suits. And the GUNDAM is entrusted to Max because his imprint was the first print to be placed in the GUNDAM which meant it would be his permanently and only his. SO the remnants of Glades continue to fight to free the rest of the world from GAIA using these weapons. Thus, to defeat GAIA, SALVATION was created...
After the Axis episode... Amuro and Char have a little time trip to a different age: Zeon won the war and Gihren is the Leader.
ReplyDeleteNo more over sencitive teenager or kid pilots, no more pilots that have no training they get in a gundam and are good pilots and are better than veteran pilots. for a change a badass female pilot.A gundam series for mature audience with more gore, war and less childish things. They can expand the gundam universe with a non humanoid aliens or creatures invading our galaxy like Mu luv Style or Tekkaman Blade.Make the gundams scale smaller like Detonator Orgun or Tekkaman Blade or similar size. Maybe a gundam can transform nothing to drastical or unrealistic, Two Gundam can combine to make a powerful gundam im not saying like power rangers or gao gai gar just something simple yet awesome.
ReplyDeleteNew part, new post I guess. Putting a bit more details to my previous posts before this is closed :p
ReplyDeletehttp://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2013/02/what-would-you-like-to-see-in-next.html?showComment=1360254310562#c6956262271074713973
Some more details on the 4 main Gundams for this series
Neptune - Dragoon Gundam
Color scheme: Blue - since most other main Gundams are also of a primarily blue scheme, this could be considered as the flagship Gundam of the series should it be represented in crossovers
Main armaments: Beam glaive, Transformable arm cannon
Hyper attack: The arm cannon can be overcharged to unleash a blast that's at least as powerful as Gundam X's Satellite Cannon, though of course it will put a great strain on both the Gundam and pilot
Saturn - Gundam Sabertooth
Color scheme: White & Yellow - 'White' Tiger, and Saturn's yellow
Main armaments: Katar-like blade on arms and Leg claws that can be imbued with heat or beam
Hyper attack: Charging for an instant boost dash with the damage dealt from momentum of a piercing katar stab while boosting. The strain is from an extreme G-force
Uranus - Gundam Schildpad (Schildpad is Dutch for Turtle)
Color scheme: Black & Green - 'Black' Tortoise, and Uranus' green
Main armaments: Beam shield blade, Shoulder cannons, Beam absorb shield
Hyper attack: Charge up a huge back cannon with aid from absorbed beam attacks, launching a very wide blast. Being the most steady & stable Gundam, it puts the least strain to pilot, but the Gundam will be rendered totally immobile for a period of time due to most of its energy used
Jupiter - Aigle Gundam (Aigle is French for Eagle)
Color scheme: Red
Main armaments: Pair of beam saberguns (A beam weapon that can switch between beam saber and beam gun), Wing arbalest (The wing can shoot projectiles during transform mode, or can be detached to be held as sniper arbalest)
Hyper attack: After a faraway maneuver, transforms back and aiming the arbalest while moving towards the target at high speed, shooting a concentrated shot at the end. A very risky maneuver that gives strain due to sheer recoil
However, of course the pilots are not perfect either, and they have flaws that may trigger when they fall into unfavorable desperate situations.
Dragoon's pilot: Has an evil alter-ego that is actually evil, far more than 00's Hallelujah, and would even turn against allies. This pilot had a bad history with women, which is why he's been avoiding contact with females. When he attempted to build relationships with a woman but ended up getting betrayed...
Sabertooth's pilot: Has a tendency to go berserk when things don't go the way he wanted
Schildpad's pilot: Tends to suddenly turn apathetic when the situation around him is too chaotic
Aigle's pilot: The usually calm and composed lady pilot will suffer from a massive lack of focus when she's reminded of her bitter past
It is Exploration Year 0164. 164 years ago, mankind sent out its first long-distance interstellar exploration fleet on a mission of science and discovery, only to lose contact and never be heard from again. In the present day, these prodigal explorers return, adapted to the cold vastness of space through eugenics and evolution, some learned and some stolen from alien races at the far corners of the Milky Way. They have formed the Greater Union of Planets, and offer their backwards brothers in humanity a chance to ascend to the galactic stage through gifts of science and technology, including advanced mobile suit designs, faster than light travel and genetic enhancement treatments. 20 years later, in EY 184, the now-advanced Earth defense fleet disappears into GUP clutches, and they reveal their plan--they have sabotaged all Earth weapons derived from their technology with nano-viruses. The purpose of their endeavors was to create a battle fleet out of Earth's billions, and with the nano-machine infestation they have the means to control it. They disembark to continue their galaxy-wide conquest, with Earth seemingly condemned to be nothing more than their shipyard.
ReplyDeleteOnly older weapons and vessels and those in for refit were immune to the GUP takeover, including the newly minted Battlecruiser Bishop and her outdated fleet and mobile suits squadrons. As they embark to recover their missing brethren, the crew of the Bishop come across a dying race that gifts them a mysterious weapon--the Gundam Aeon. At first glance, the Aeon is nothing more than an ornate mobile suit but, as their battle progresses, the Aeon's mysterious and destructive powers being to manifest.
Only a handful of such weapons exist, most in the hands of the GUP space corps elite. The Aeon, however, falls into the hands of a young flight technician, Akari Duae. Will she be able to cope with her new role as the shining light for Earth's ragtag fleet? Will the Aeon prove too dangerous even in the face of certain enslavement? Willopther subjugated worlds flock to the Earther's open defiance of the GUP? Will anything remain of the stolen billions when the Bishop catches up to the GUP fleet? And whay was the true reason behind the abduction?
These are the conflicts. This is Gundam Aeon.
on the first page, the gundam-type mech in the picture give off an impression the gundam theme has been attempting to envision for 30 years: a warrior clad in white, with the power to extinguish armies of nations with but single swing. under the mech is the word "redemption" so i'm going to assume that the presence of the gundam means that either humanities redemption is at hand, or the pilots is being redeemed by piloting said suit (from now on I'm going to refer it as "salvātor" which is late latin for "savior")
ReplyDeleteon the second page, the golden clad mech almost reminds me of gundam epyon. but at the same time it looks like a lion (you shall now be dubbed gundam leo) it however, does not look like the suit a enemy rival would use. if these were in a series, possibly rivals on the same side? no matter, the location its in looks like a destroyed/heavily damaged dock for space fairing vessels or the remains of a space colony. (possibly hinting that humanity has left the sol system?) possibly meaning that humanity is not at war with itself, i'm guessing that we pissed off the wrong species.
i'm not going to analyze the pictures on this page, as the first picture looks like extreme gundam with gundam X's weapons. and the second pic also looks extreme gundam themed, but with more gundams.
so i'm assuming that its the "projected" late 2000 millennium (possibly going by different year counting system) by the events of this story. humanity has become capable of inter star-system travel, opening up multiple garden worlds for colonization (aka, cliche scifi background). one day one of these colonies at the edge of human controlled space is attacked by a unknown enemy. after a failed counter-attack against this enemy, humanity frantically builds these two gundam units using pieces of technology from a hyper-advanced race found on planets throughout the galaxy to answer the threat.
the enemy's drive is what they believe is humanities "sin" hence the word "redemption"
i forgot to add: this is what my response for the pictures in the blog post.
Deletewhat i really want is a OVA for one of the Crossbone gundam manga.
I want for a Gundam series to be Modern Warfare-like in setting. The enemy is a Southeast Asian country gone wild and with advanced mobile suits. While it cannot conquer the world, that nation can destroy it. The Japanese offered help in defusing the situation, and the Gundam is born.
ReplyDeleteThe protagonist Gundam should be basically a Japanese-made Gundam that is basically armed with a bomb in case of "emergency". Otherwise, it was a fairly more advanced Gundam relying on the pilot's raw skill. The pilot is very different from the norm. He is a throwback to traditional bushido culture, but in all appearance, still the stereotypical otaku. However, his education in the US and South Korea had convinced him that Japan should stand up again. With uncooperative officials and a female reporter trying to seduce him, would that pilot be able to stop the warmongering country?
It is the 80th year of the Universal Century. The biggest and bloodiest war known to mankind has officially drawn to a close. However, tensions are still high, and peace has not been obtained. The Dutchy of Zeon has lost the war for independence, but their spirit still lives on to continue the fight. The Federation Government is well aware of this, and seeks to put a preemptive end to all hostilities.
ReplyDeleteAfter the failed reconnaissance mission by the Federations Forward Fleet, the High Command has to assume that the Zeon Forces at Axis are both still very potent, and committed to war. And after intelligence confirms that Mineva Lao Zabi has now succeeded the late members of her family, there is no choice, but to strike.
Enacting "Operation Hydra", the Earth Federation hopes not to just cut off the heads of the Zeon Remnants, but to crush it's beating heart.
In the early hours of the morning, a small object makes landfall in Northeast Europe. The 24th Mobile Suit Division is dispatched to retrieve the item at any and all cost, and what they find will forever embroil them in a conflict bigger than they could ever have prepared for. Now tasked with a new mission, the 24th Mobile Suit Division heads to space for a mission that will send them to the edge of occupied territory, and test the very moral fabric of their character.
My idea for a Gundam Series involves combining the real robot genre with a bit of super robot. This is more of a story than a premise but:
ReplyDeleteBoth the space colonies and the Earth Federation are engaged in war. The conflict eventually escalates to the moon in an attempt to gain resources. To protect the citizens of the lunar cities negotiations are made with both sides. They fail, however, and a mysterious scientist builds a mech (the Gundam) with superior performance to anything either the space or earth military has.
Eps 1-10: The pilot, a young engineering student finds himself in cockpit of the Gundam and instructed by the scientist to "harmonize" Earth and Space. He is able to effortlessly fend off both sides, relying mostly on the power of the Gundam.
Eps 11-20: The Gundam is captured by the space military, who reverse engineer a few half capable copies. The pilot falls for a female soldier who shows him how to be a better fighter. Tragically, an attempt to escape results in the girl's death and the Gundam is chased to earth, surviving with only a few damages.
Eps 21-30: The pilot is taken in by a group of mechanics, who teach him a few things about maintenance. The head mechanic leaks the Gundam's tech info to the Earth Federation but they too are unable to completely replicate the Gundam. The pilot leaves Earth to visit a station near the moon.
Eps 31-35: Both the Earth and space are repelled from the moon by the Gundam which is still vastly superior to anything from either side. Realizing a common enemy, earth and space form a temporary alliance to overcome the Gundam.
Eps 36-40: The mysterious creator of the Gundam returns and reveals that the unification of Earth and Space was part of his grand plan. He desires to combine his knowledge with the resources of both Earth and Space for corrupt ends. He destroys the Gundam, but the surviving pilot is able to restore it with some help.
Eps 40-50: The scientist offers his skills to the alliance and becomes their scientific head. Mobile suits more powerful than the Gundam are developed as well as this story's equivalent of artificial newtypes though they tragically die. Exhausted of finances and resources, both sides form a truce and the scientist is executed for his intentions. A negotiation for peaceful distribution is met. The pilot remembers the people he's met and moves on with his life.
I'd like to note the pilot (who is nameless in this summary, but not in fiction) did struggle with killing enemy soldiers at first. Also, he never becomes a newtype - all of his victories are a result of his growing pilot skills and the power of the Gundam. You can think of the scientist as the "Char" of the story. I know it might be a bit cliche, but it was honest effort.
A revival of gundam wing. Use ing the ver ka endless waltz versions. Then the rest up to Imagination.
ReplyDeleteMan all these ideas suck
ReplyDeleteGundam series that focuses on two protagonists instead of one. I want to go in more, but it's hard to watermark this idea.
ReplyDeleteI'll get into detail in a few.
The series takes place in a brand new timeline, the "Galaxy Era", an era where humanity resolves in searching for a brand new planet with life after the Great Inter-space War crumbles Earth to an extremely uninhabitable state. Time passes and the first planet with life has been discovered. Things do not go as planned however as the life on this planet has intelligence near levels of humanity before they settled into space and another war was fought until both ends conceded and signed a treaty to end the war and to co-exist. Thus, the "Galaxy Era" calendar was born and rose the "Intergalactic Federation"
DeleteThe year is Galaxy Era 307 where now people start to see the Earth is recovering, however people are still settled into the Earth. Now that other planets has been terraformed, one could say that the Federation could now care less for Earth, but that Federation refused to give up the Earth to some group. The group eventually spread into a faction and then into a rebellion. That same year, the group's influence already spread from a few towns into colonies and even planets. In December 21st, GE 307 a large group of colonies, Space Nations and planets secede from the Federation, forming the Republic of Artemis. The Federation did not comply or recgonized the Republic, and instead sent over their army to subdue the Republic. In only a few hours, however the conflict ended with the prefect diplomacy of Sears Phi, the war came to an end.
Galaxy Era 312, the Republic has gained massive influence, with goals and actions beyond the focus of recovering Earth. Both the Republic and the Intergalactic Federation are at both tips to war, until the Space Nation, "Fatima" is attacked by the Republic. Caught in the middle of this, Cast Einsam loses his mentor and "brother", Poloxi Simons. (SPOILER ALERT: He's not dead, in fact he'll be very important to the two protagonists.)
Cast Einsam eventually runs upon a Gundam-type mobile suit. Cast is confused as to why the Gundam-type could fight off upcoming Mobile Suits, and the fact it had weapons, as now Gundam-types are often weaponless relics of past war or suits built by hobbyists. Nowadays a Gundam built for combat is unheard of since their flashy looks and costs are not built for any form of combat. Using the Gundam, he fends off the Republic military and thus the attack on Fatima comes to an end. Eventually we find out the cause of the war; the attempted assassination of Sears Phi by bombing the embassy in Fatima, and the group the Gundam, the Experimental All-Purpose Gundam-Type Mobile Suit; Sigma belonged to. The group turned out to be the 28th Mobile Suit Division, or the Seaside Falcons. A division that is specialized in testing out new mobile suits. Gundam-types being the group's biggest fancy and using them as a weapon rather than a machine for hobbyists.
DeleteThe year is now Galaxy Era, 317 in Earth where rumors of a brand-new mobile suit that could overpower the Republic and turn the war around is leaked. One boy, Kiryu Ashford hears the rumors and seeks to steal the moblie suit for his own personal gain in the black market. He prepares and sets forth to steal the Mobile Suit, while at the same time the Republic's 5th Special Forces team, under the command of diplomat turned into military leader, Sears Phis seeks to capture the mobile suit as well. It all begins from here as the fate of Cast and Kiryu, and the fate of the war change here, once the suit sets upon Kiryu's eyes who managed to break in successfully. As the "Agito" stand upon him, Kiryu mutters to himself, "It's a...Gundam..."
More info later maybe. I'd like things to stay discreet.
Brief overview of Mobile Suits and Characters:
DeleteCharacters:
Kiryu Ashford (Age: 18) A young man native to Earth, living most of his life under the rules of "eat or be eaten" in the run-down slums of Earth, he often focuses on doing things for his own benefit, having no empathy for others. Often thinking highly of himself, and that he should deserve that he wants because he lived in what he considers a "shitty life" that was much worse than anyone could imagine.
In fact, he joined the 28th Mobile Suit Division for the IGF because he was guaranteed free food and housing and would rather that than be arrested for stealing a top secret Mobile Suit and be given something worst than the other option. His personality, brings forth hostility towards the other members, and often meeting constant disdain from Cast Einsam, the other Gundam pilot. Will his brash, selfish attitude change? This war may just turn him into something other's wish him as.
Kiryu is the pilot of the SPG-MS 270 Agito Gundam. Because of his amazing ability to endure the G-forces caused by the Agito, he is one of the few who can competently pilot the Gundam, or in fact, pilot the Gundam at a quarter of it's speed without dying. Rumors are said this is because he is a Newtype. A special race of Spacenoids who are the next level of humanity's evolution, but since then the theory has been disregarded and Newtypes was considered extinct for thousands of years.
Cast Einsam:
Born to an ordinary, peaceful family, Cast spent his early life in peace and solitude until his only family suddenly died. With no one else to go to, Cast lived most of his life in The Fatima Foster House, who eventually formed an unbreakable bond with Poloxi Simons, to where they would consider themselves as siblings. Now after the attack on Fatima, Cast, age 21 has since changed drastically. Now he is a stoic and bitter man. Despite this, he stays as a reliable mentor especially to Kiryu where in the series he'll constantly be giving him advice through words and his fists.
Cast is the pilot of the MPR-SP 006 Gundam Sigma. Discovering the Sigma at the age of 16, Cast was one of the few allowed to join the Federation early because of his talents with the Sigma.
Well I have had this idea for a while, but it would be called "Mobile Suit Gundam - R Project"
ReplyDeleteSet in the distant future where a boy, let's call him Akira, (around 16-18) joins the Japanese Mobile Suit Force, where his father is a higher up and manages to make it so that Akira pilots a secret advanced mobiles suit code-named GXRV-04 Reverence Gundam, in order to avenge his mother who was killed during World War III.
However the Reverence is only one in the series of many R-Project units, which were created by a secret organazation who gain profits from the wars, who distrubuted other advanced mobile suits to other nations, such as the GXRP-03 Repentance to the Chinese, the GXRD-03 Radiance to the Americans..... And as World War IV slowly becomes a reality, the truth behind this organazation slowly becomes revealed....
(Ideas for Mobile Suits.....
GXRV-04 Reverence is a agile, long ranged mobile suit, equipped with a beam rifle which can be used in conjunction with it's D.I.V.I.N.E Cannon (similar to the Satellite Cannon from Gundam X or Wing Zero's Buster Rifle) and is fired under arm. It also is equipped with 2 beam sabers mounted on its elbows. It's backpack has a wing design and is used to release the extreme excess heat that comes from the D.I.V.I.N.E Cannon.
GXRVII-05 Reverence Judgement is the later season upgrade. After being almost completely destroyed by the Repentance, in a close fight, the Reverence is repaired and undergoes an upgrade involving a drastic improvement to 04's frame and D.I.V.I.N.E Cannon as well as adding many weapons.
First it's basic frame includes many melee weapons that were lacking originally, such as 2 Solid Dagger Bits, 2 Wired Blades, a new improved beam saber that can change to a sickle or boomerang and features a anti beam hilt. On it's new backpack it features the J.U.D.G.E.M.E.N.T System, replacing the D.I.V.I.N.E Cannon. The new system uses the ventillation system throughout the body as well as the wings and arms almost every limb of the unit as well as the back and chest with a beam shield to protect the unit when charging up it's Cannon. It's backpack also sports x4 Buster Blade Bits and x4 Rifle Bits and also x2 normal beam rifles!
GXRP-02 Repentance Gundam, is the rival suit, and is close combat oriented, with scythe and sickles as its weapons. It has a large beam scythe, and 2 beam scythe that generate from its forearms. It also has 2 pairs of sickles that are attached together with an extendable wire allowing it to be swung in unpredictable ways. It also has 2 beam sabers. It's scythe can change into a beam sniper incase of long range scenarios.
GXRS-01 Resonance Gundam is the unit given to the Russians that is the most versatile, being equipped with prototype versions of the other weapons of the GXR series. It can swap weapons using a system like Strike Gundams Striker packs.
DeleteGXRS-00 Rei-Zero Gundam is the prototype for the basic frame of the GXR series units. It is kept by the secret organazation and is later given 2nd Generation GXR technology such as beam manipulators (allowing the unit to "grab" beams). (The unit is modeled after Megaman Zero!)
GLXGN-01 Genocide Gundam: This series Psycho Gundam, with a massive back pack with tons of funnel like weapons and beam cannons around its body. It also features a massive version of the D.I.V.I.N.E Cannon and transforms into a dragon like mode to use it (opens its mouth which looks like a dragon mouth). It also has a long tail with each section splitting off into individual bits. The lower torso (not including the legs) that the tail is attached to is actually.....
The GXRLS-01 Relinquishment The first of the 2nd generation GXR Series which has no legs and only a massive long tail, with claws as hands and a unique looking head. It's torso it rather thin and skeleton like.
GXRS-05 Resentment The real 05 of the 1st Gen GXR series, and has many bits as weapons, and are used inconjunction with reflector bits to change the angle of beam shots, it also has two large beam cannons on both shoulders.
GXRD-04 Radiance Gundam has 2 large beam particle generators on its shoulders, and is the basis of beam manipulation technology featured in the 2nd gen GXR series, it changes the density and size of beams, and take in beam particles in the air to charge up its own weapons. This allows it to create large beam shields, or massive beam sabers and fire different beam shots. This system is extremely heavy, thus it is only used in space, and on earth it is outfitted with a special pack allowing flight and is given a more balanced array of weapons.
There are many more Mobile Suit ideas, such as grunt suits, suits that are reversed engineered from the GXR series and the 2nd Gen GXR series used by the antagonists. I've either drawn all these Mobile Suits completely or just drew ideas for them. The reason I have so many ideas for a series is cause I came up with this idea when i was a kid, and just added and changed ideas :3
Think Gundams mixed with road warrior.
ReplyDeleteIn the future after a centuries effort, Mars has become habitable. After finding vast mineral recources on the planet, various mining and port cities open up on the still relatively wasteland planet. Connecting the vast distances between these cities are the mega highways that convoys travel to carry their loads to the port cities to send to space. To protect these convoys from theives, companies hire security firms to escort their convoys with MS.
The main character is the new hire to replace a downed member in the group. His MS is bought from a second hand auction to replace the totalled one from the previous member. An odd MS with a strangely humanoid face and thick, bulky armor, the MC uses his new machine as part of a 5 man group on escort mission.
Their are almost no flying MS and most of the MS have wheels, treads, or hover in order to keep up with the convoys. Most can also shift into a kind of cruise mode meant to reduce drag and cruise easier than in MS mode.
Final part: Info on the lead Mobile Suits:
ReplyDeleteSPG-MS 270 Agito Gundam PROTOTYPE:
The lead Mobile Suit. A mobile suit still in the process of testing, the Agito is an MS built for one major goal; to be the first Mobile Suit to go faster than the speed of light. Ships has long since been able to because of their mass and ability to hold more powerful verniers. The 28th division wanted to perform this project the most, and made it a Gundam type to allow the honors be done by a Gundam, and since the suit was built for speed, rather than combat. However since the conflict came forth, the Agito Project since then changed from developing the First Light-Speed MS, into the First Light-Speed MS and Weapon.
This revision of the Agito has not been tested and is the first of the Agito series to not only be heavily revised to correct past errors, but configured for war.
The Mobile Suit lives to it's name and purpose. It is the fastest Mobile Suit in recorded history, but in return to achieve this, not only must it have a pilot to endure the speed, but the armor had to be very light. And in turn, the suit is very weak to any attacks, and can lose it's arm to a simple 50mm sub-particle machine cannon.
However, the suit's fate will be sealed as it's pilot's goes into space for his first time, and since he lacked the experience in space, and the main problem in space with the suit; the demand for more verniers and more fuel, the suit was eventually destroyed.
MPR-SP 006 Gundam Sigma
DeleteThe deutergonist, Cast Einsam's Mobile Suit, and also the Mobile Suit for other side-story pilots and Kiryu Ashford after the destruction of the Agito Gundam PROTOTYPE/First Revise This is the first Gundam-type built for combat after hundreds of years. The suit's main purpose is to be able to handle any situation. There are countless wears the Gundam can equip, one being the "Cannon Pack" the other being the "Assault Pack" to name a few. These few are often the to-go choice for Einsam.
This is the first Mass-Produced Gundam Type from the Federation. As of Galaxy Era 317, there are about 30 active Sigma units. 2 of them are active under the 28th Division.
the story about full frontal bevore it's memmory implanted with char memory.
ReplyDelete"FULL FRONTAL DELETED AFFAIR"
after CCA events, neo zeon manage to regroup and retrive the sazabi and planing to another guerila war against Earth Federation.
sazabi get modified and become sazabi EVO (mc model) and piloted by Yubel Matsunaga.
on certain colony, neo zeon sent a spy to infiltrate AE to gather information about shinanju prototype. Yubel is one of those spy sent by neo zeon.
Yubel meet a certain woman named madea yogatama a former classmates of him when he is still a student back in earth. during the one year war events Yubel and Madea got separated and yubel didn't know where is madea until the two meet again in AE facility. Yubel had a crush on Madea and so she is.
several month later, neo zeon tries to capture shinanju prototype using a small group of ms lead by Yubel in sazabi EVO. the AE defense team emerged contain a 3 group of jegan and a group of mass produced nu gundam lead by FA nu gundam.
FA nu tries to open a communication channel with sazabi EVO to make it leave. Yubel refuse to leave but then he find out that the Fa nu gundam is piloted by Madea. madea is shocked too. they unable to belive they see.
Yubel loss it calm and unable to help his comrade. his other comrade got shot down by AE defense team. Yubel retreat alone.
Yubel focused it's mind. in next battle he will avenge it's comrade.
neo zeon second attempt to capture shinanju prototype resulted in a battle between Yubel in sazabi EVO and Madea in FA nu gundam. Yubel manage to destroy the fa nu gundam and Madea in it. Yubel didn't shows it's emotion but a tears flowing form it's eye shows the pain he had in his heart.
after that events, neo zeon tries to revive it's great leader by implanting CHAR memmory in one of neo zeon's soldier. to overcome his sadness, Yubel volunteered to become CHAR.
after became CHAR, Yubel lost all of his memory and live with the name of FULL FRONTAL.
several days later, a group of AE army lead by a modified nu gundam (nu gundam ver.KA) attacks neo zeon group to retrieve the shinanju prototype.
full frontal in sazabi EVO emerges. the modified nu gundam ramming it's self to sazabi EVO and push it until both leave the battle area.
the modified nu gundam tries to opening the communication channel with sazabi EVO. modified nu gundam pilot is madea. madea is somehow manage to survive. madea asks Yubel to leave the neo zeon with her and she will leave AE too so they can become a small happy family somewhere. full frontal that has lost all of yubel memory didn't recognize madea and tries to shot her down. madea still insist. she didn't shoot back. suddenly a heavy pain happened in full frontal head as tears flow down from it's eye. full frontal didn't understand it. full frontal stop shooting madea and tries to calm. several minutes later, a huge beam pass. madea manage to push Full frontal away. the beam comes from a gray FAZZ. a group of ms consist of 3 gray FAZZ (unit 01, 02, 03) and 3 gray zeta plus A1 attacks full frontal. Madea help full frontal and become a traitor to AE and earth federation.
Full frontal and Madea somehow manage to win the battle and return to neo zeon with it's crippled ms.
even yubel memory didn't return to full frontal, he insist to keep madea with him. because he know that is what the original owner of his body wants.
madea now live in Palau, waiting full frontal to marry her. full frontal become a commander of the sleeves. the modified nu gundam and sazabi EVO parts later used by neo zeon technician to upgrade shinanju prototype become SHINANJU as now.
Basic war plot, Earth Federation and some unified space empire or whatever. The Federation develops two high performance mobile suits to combat the mass numbers of the Space Empire, these are the Gundams. Two pilots are selected from all of the Federation forces. A cocky ace pilot and a weak willed fresh recruit. Both scored perfect on the aptitude test for piloting. They board a standard federation cruiser and with a small strike force of about 8 mobile suits they turn the tide of war, winning small-scale conflicts and taking out aces of the Empire. The Strike Force has repeated encounters with the ace of the Space Empire.
ReplyDeleteAbout a half of the way into the series the Space Empire unveil their new mobile suit models in a battle against the two gundams. With high performance and numbers the Federation's new Gundam strike force team is overwhelmed and they lose many soldiers. The Cocky ace's mobile suit is hit in a critical area by the ace of the Empire and he dies from his wounds later. The Strike Force barely manages to escape. Both the Gundams are damaged severely, however parts from both are salvaged to make one functioning unit. With their new mobile suits the Space Empire begins turning the tide of the war against the Federation. The Federation are pushed back to their main base in space and the Space Empire assembles all of their forces for one last battle. The Gundam is outfitted with new weaponry and the strike force gets new members and mobile suits added to their number, including the prototype unit of the Gundams.
The battle for the Federation's last stronghold is a fierce one, both sides lose many soldiers. In the midst of battle the Gundam faces off against the ace of the Empire in one final duel. After a long fought battle the Gundam emerges victorious. However right at that moment the fighting stops. The Empire has taken over the Federation's last base. The Gundam pilot stares in horror as the Space Empire makes their victory speech and him and his allies are gathered up to be taken as prisoners of the Space Empire.
Seeing as most things have been covered. I was going to post a long descriptive idea and a b.s. idea. But now, just the b.s. one: M.S. Girl + Queen's Blade.
ReplyDeleteWell, if i see, much of the gundam series refer to 2 or 3 major factions. I think it will be great if the setting uses a real world situation. No new type and now super pilot or berserk thing.
ReplyDeleteAll of the big country (not every country) is fighting each other trying to claim each country teritorial or to take one's resource as the earth begin falls down caused by the nuclear and the war. Many area can't be used as inhabitant cause of the nuclear effect and most of them became like desert or death city. Many people growing sick because of the radiation.
And the small countries are forced to join the big countries. the problem is if they stay neutral soon enough they will be annihilated by countries which have great power. So the only way to survive is join with the big ones. And thanks of the politic issues, they make the story more complicated, because they make all the main characters confused and frustated, all of them can't make right decision. They can't blame others cause their countries doesn't do the right things. And sometime all of the characters is forced make a painfull decision that affect each others point of view.
For the story, it will be enough with the battle of 2 or 3 countries and as the story goes, it will drag more countries and in the end the all of the main characters determine the fate of earth. (It's interesting enough to see characters that actually just a small people with minor power in the end can create a massive effect). And some of the countreis make decision to go to space to live there but, as we know, human is creature with jealousy, they want to take everything from the others. So, even they go to the space, the others will try to colonize.
And for the gundam, like in the real world, though a country can make a powerful weapon, soon the others can make the same or maybe even powerful. So in the universe, gundam is not a single great mobile suit that holds a great capability instead although it holds great power almost of the countries have their own gundam or some mobile suit that have same capability.
And the main characters, there are 3 main protagonists. Each of them has different nationality so we can see everything from different point of view. And they don't know each other. And when the story progresses they began to know each other, so, again, they are forced to see the reality that maybe the people from country they fight against is suffering cause of the government and of course their countries. And all of them is not a new type or some super pilot, so the battle will be humane and real, sometime they can survive the battle with great condition but sometime they almost dead, even if survived, their ms is greatly damaged or maybe they injure theirselves.
Sorry fo the bad english. :P
I want writers! JJ Abrams where are you! I want cliff hangers at every corner! Give me a series where everything has significance, everything connects and re-watch ability. I dont want 50 episodes pumped out. Give me 13 good episodes a season, have the writers top themselves and pray for no cancelations. give me something dark but not too dark. I want smart, I want the target audience to be 13+
ReplyDeleteSet: reboot of the original gundam series
Far in the future a handful of planets and moons are fully terraformed to Earth's perfection reducing the need for orbital colonies, which are mosly abandoned, while our Mother Earth recovers from it's second inevitable ice age.
ReplyDeleteOn the Moon and Earth Sphere colonies we have the Earth Guardians, people who only use "green" resources and will do anything to keep anyone from sullying their holy land. As paladins, they won't ever use weapons that leave debris in fear of polluting the Earth, thus displaying unnusual weaponry fueled by enhanced steam technology, and will do everything in their power to zealously remove enemy debris. Their leader posses strong misguided morals that may very well seek humanity's extermination for the good of nature.
Mars is humanity's new home. After a few centuries, Earth is long forgotten and Mars being custom made for humanity brings prosperity as never seen before. Martians have forgotten the meaning of war, staying outside other factions' conflicts, but the lack of an armed forces has left it vulnerable should the worst come, and it will be up to millitary and Mobile Suit enthusiats to join as Mars Defense Force with whichever resources they have, outdated as they may be. Several models from past wars are in possession of these people, and it's possible that a few salvaged famous models are fully restored by those enthusiasts such as the Gundam Rebirth Appreciation Team, GREAT, with their own Great Gundam being developed inspired on old Gundams using new technology.
Little is known about Jupiter's millitary force other than that they have been extensively experimenting on Newtypes creating fearsome human weapons who have been subjulgating colonies everywhere to a point of having Jupiter, it's moons, and many others for their own. Not being able to expand their empire further
from the sun, their eyes are set on retaking their homeland, Earth, and Mars is but a stepping stone in their path, which holds a valuable strategic position. Isolation has become a problem for Jupiter's targets, who know little to nothing about their aggressor.
Unknown to anyone, even those who surround it, Earth is doing well despite the cold, and earthnoids won't give up that easily. Remnants of various in-Earth factions, presumed dead by outsiders, now share but a rivalry, striving for underground survival and well aware of the Guardians who not only pose a threat to them, but prevents them fom any contact with outsiders. Their society and technology have progressed independently from anyone else's, and similar to space's effects, the underground has introduced a new type of newtypes. Should any force try and deprive them of their own planet, they're fully prepared to
defend their ground and underground.

ReplyDeleteEpisode 1:
Scene begins with a visual scan somehow running in auto pilot mode. As the scanner sweeps through an abandoned hangar, it suddenly stops as it detects a sheet of paper lying on the ground which turns out to be a torn piece of a calendar of the year 1942. A voice-over is heard: "Confirmed, looks like I made it through, so this is how harashima looked like...". As the camera zooms out, it slowly reveals that the visual scanner is actually a cockpit, and as it continues to zoom out, a gundam.
Voice is heard again: "Let's see, 20 seconds from now and..." - gundam activates cloaking field and shrinks to a G.U.N. Core (which is actually a Haro)
Two people, a couple, suddenly rush in, one holding a baby. "I think we're safe here, quick!"... the mother hurriedly wraps her child to suppress its cry and lays it down on the floor... tearfully, they rush out as fast as could
the G.U.N. Core - Haro starts a countdown to 10 as it approaches the child floating, it then activates a forcefield just in time to shield them from the explosion that ensues shortly afterwards...

I'd say, I'd have it set up on Alpha Centauri, like we just hauled ass to get there with generation ships and colonies. We've started setting up bases there, when suddenly, humans from another offshoot start showing up. The planet they've gone to was a rogue, just a planet in the middle of no where. Part of it would be revealing that the rogue planet is doing something to the people, and towards the end, they'd practically be a different race. Like they start off as 90% human and are less than 5% by the end. The designs for the Centaurians would be relatively familiar, and the Rogues would be sort of like the mooney suits from Turn A, and get more alien as it goes on, until they're beastly by the end. Eventually, you'd find out the planet is rogue because they actually warped it there, and the big mid-point for the show would be them warping the planet into the Alpha Centauri system. With the planet in the AC system, they both have vastly superior resources and trained pilots and their stores of weapons, but they also have conversion plants to convert more humans. The main baddie would be killed by the older pilot from the ship in a mutual kill situation as the planet came in. Either he'd be captured and converted to one of the 90%ers or the big bad would have their personality transferred.
ReplyDeleteI'd also play with some Gundam tropes. When the teen boy pilot starts to get into the Gundam during a battle, the pilot would pull him back and take it, and she'd be the main pilot and he'd be a pilot of another Gundam. I also think it'd be great to have the 'real pilot' who keeps him from originally going into the Gundam to be a lesbian, black if Japan could deal with a black lesbian MC.
I had been writing Gundam stories for years All of them were in the same Universe UCC (Under Colonial Centuries)
ReplyDeleteGundam Alpha Prime - Mobile suits were first develope to make life easy, until a small country equip them with large guns, and continued to invade all countries. In a small research facility Dr Gunnard Damasco, the inventor of Mobile Suits developed nano bots that reproduced them selves by altering matter, then he discovered that they can react with the pilots emotions. He then used the nanobots in a mobile suit and Dramatically increased its capabilities and its weapons, He then called it Gundam (Gun-from Gunnard, and Dam from Damasco). After defeating a squad of MS with enhanced weapons he decided to escape with the gundam and avoid direct contact with the enemy or his invention will be used to evil, thus he and his Gundam's journey begin.
MS Gundam Chronicles of UC
Set in the One Year War this is rather an altered universe than a Side story
Project V is not only developing MS and White Base, in a colony of Side 3, A biogenetic lab is in production of Genetically AI Cyborgs to be the next gen pilot, One of them is the top in Cryosimulation training code GAP 10092. He is in Cryogenic state and in his dream is an Endless battle that develope his piloting skills. When he wakes up, he and his "brothers and sister" were transported in a Class Salamis, with Federation Ace Pilot Kirstina Lokort "Tin-tin" for short. But on the way to earth they were ambushed by Zeon troops, 10092 manage to steal Zakus and defeated them but the Ship is destroyed along with the others, he then Hijacked the enemy Musai along with Tintin and used it to enter earth without killing them. Miraculously surviving the fall unharmed, they went to the nearest EFDF base, the promising yet unnoticed West side base. From there he help the base by hijacking more Zakus and invading small base. Because of his skill he was renamed Ace. After a few fight Ace and Tintin received a Ground type Gundam, he then enhaced it and continue to enhance other MS and recruit more ace pilots (like shiro amada, christie mackenzie, lt Agar and more) and the West side base was now called Ace Fleet

ReplyDeleteMillenniums after Alpha Prime, in a full scale war on Earth. A scientist obsess in beating the legendary Dr Gunnard Damasco invented the same nanobots but fully responded to him. Because of lack of info, the nanobots turned against him and started to infect advance machines used in Earth such as Cars Appliances and MS, the infected machines started to act independently and now hunts down other Humans and continued to expand territory. The nanobots covered the atmosphere and isolated it from the colonies for more than a decade. Years later the machines developed there own Communities and even advanced there own technologies. Last remaining Humans Struggled to survive by fighting there way and searching for answers from the past. A group of researchers met a young Farmer, Barts, and ask to guide them inside an old ruin where he live, upon reaching the center they were stumble upon a mysterious MS but before retrieving it the enemy Machine attacked and infected the Researcher's MS one by one. Barts decided to board the MS and defended the head Researcher, Alice and the discovered that the MS is unaffected by the Nanobots. Barts decided to aid Alice in there war for Earth's independence from the Machines
This is the 1st time Humans battle against Machines and the battles are more on Earth than in Space
Setting
ReplyDeleteFar in the future, man has reached the end of the colonial era, almost a thousand years since the foundation of the first colony the majority of the upper class live in the areas around earth; however, a millennia of war and development has left most of the near earth resources exhausted . Out in the outer Kuiper belt, mining operations continue to progress with growth in the core areas.
As the sources in each region are depleted, the mining operations are abandoned. Those that manage to survive are left to fend for themselves. Often becoming pirates to survive, the miners form weapons from materials scavenged from the great wars at the beginning of the colonial era.
Among the pirates is a great pirate lord who rules over the Kuiper belt like a phantom, breaking from one point to another, faster than could be imagined. Fearful the military has expanded research operations to find war technologies long abandoned in battles for the Kuiper belt.
That is not to say the core is not corrupt. It’s members are out of touch and do not understand the plight of those who live on the rim.
Characters:
Boy- Orphaned birth, forced to work for a living in the mines. He is firm but unable to cope of the loss of his only friend, the girl. For some reason he is able to pilot a mech with no training, however, it appears as he might lose sanity while piloting it.
Girl- The only friend of the boy, dies tragically.
Man- Only surviving member of a research and gathering expedition. Burns on his face disguise his true identity of noble birth. He is a capable pilot and capable of guiding the boy along the path towards life.
Pirate Lord-Mysterious figure plaguing the trade routes, an ace pilot who is capable of both leading and killing. He is a threat to all.
Mechs
GUNDAM white- a Gundam with excellent armor, it seems to have some nano-regenetive properties. It is a relic of an ancient war. It possibly has a negative effect on the conscience of the pilot
mech black- powerful, fast, hard to catch.
Plot:
DeleteOur story begins in the depths of space, far beyond the earth sphere in the frozen dark of the Kuiper belt. Among the debris of dead suns and broken planets speeds a damaged ship. The burns of lasers and dents from the artillery of recent battles marking its sides. The crew is panicked, the wail of sirens hum as the ship is berated by a stream of rockets. As the explosions fade all is quiet in the dead of space. Then with the light of a hundred suns, the lower half of the ship erupts in an explosion, engulfing the hull of the ship. Suddenly, a small craft erupts from the explosion speeding away from the explosion. As the ship speed to the distance we can see its destination, an asteroid covered in the mechanism of a mining operation.
Cut to the interior of the Asteroid, we can hear the pounding of machinery and see the heat streaming from the complex mining operations. The view pans to a young worker messing with the mechanisms of a large crane. His hands are fumbling with the machinery as two older workers approach him.
They begin to berate him, discussing how the machinery doesn't need any tampering with and how it's fine. The boy remains silent. One of the workers continues harassing him, criticizing his position in society, eventually insulting his mother.
Infuriated, the boy turns around and shouts to the man to take back his comments. The man smirks and tells the boy to take back his comments. Unphased, the boy looks the man in the eyes and succinctly says, "No". Angered by the boy’s statements the man hits the boy.
As the boy falls to the ground his head strikes a rock on the wall. Blood can be seen rising in the lowered gravity. The screen fades to black as the boy the boy slowly loses conscience.
Cut to a white, our view fades into vision as a high pitched noise fades to the sounds of a girl pleading for the boy to wake up. The scene is a small medic station, the walls are pure white and the light cascades around the room. The girl scolds the boy telling him he should learn to respect the elders. He scoffs and tells here that she wouldn’t understand. She seems annoyed, and briskly walks to the other side of the room to observe the patient’s vital signs.
In this bed is a middle aged man with a series of burns covering his face. The girl continues looking over his vital signs as the boy asks who the man is. The girl responds that she doesn’t know, and that his ship was found earlier that day. He was unconscious at the time of retrieval and unable to respond to any outside response.
DeleteCut to a dark room illuminated only by control boards. In the center of the room is a single white chair illuminated by a red light sitting on the chair is a man in the attire of Kings: Gold, silver and jewels. Pan to the entrance of the room. Four men dressed in pilots gars walk into the room and kneel in front of the man in the chair. The leader of the group raises his head and begs for apology from the man he addresses as lord for not retrieving the artifact.
The lord sighs and pauses. Under his breath he questions why he has to do everything for himself these days. Then he stands from the chair and grabs his coat, requesting the pilots to follow him to the hanger.
Cut back to the infirmary, the boy is just waking up from his sleep. The man across from him his murmuring in his sleep. The boy walks over to him and shakes the man’s shoulders. Abruptly waking from his sleep the man yells, “Pirates”. The boys looks confused, and asks him what he means by pirates. The man looks at him in horror and murmurs, they’re coming. He quickly loses consciousness.
The boy looks perplexed as the girl walks in and asks him why he’s up. The boy responds about the pirates and laughs. The concept of pirates seems to her like a fantasy. The boy wonders about their existence.
Cut to the man dressed in the guise of kings. He soars above the wreckage of the ship in a mechanized suit. Cloaked in black with a large beam rifle the suit doges the rubble swiftly. The man looks at his instruments and chuckles. “looks like those fools missed a propulsion trail.” He smiles as the ship sppeds along the trail towards the mining colony.
Return to the colony. The boy is now up and about talking to the girl about affairs in the colony. The men who beat him up, his missing mother and father, etc.
Suddenly an explosion shakes the sides of the colony. The man quickly rises from his bed. Looking towards him the boy and girl are confused, the man quickly rises from his bed and collapses on the floor. The girl quickly helps him up. The man commands to be sent to the ship, mentioning that it’s the only way to stop the pirates.
The boy and girl initially ignore him, but soon more explosions wreck the ship. The man climbs from his bed and rushes down the hallway. The boy and girl follow close behind. He gets lost and eventually ends up at the edge of a hole in the colony. The boy pulls him back from being swept into space. The boy then mentions with all the holes in the colony they should probably get to an evacuation ship.
DeleteThey make it to his ship only to be confronted by the large black mech piloted by the pirate lord. A blast from the laser quickly levels the bay area quickly killing the girl the boy is swept to tears as he watches the girl fade to the blur of the laser.
The boy is distraught but the man pulls him into the ship. The man quickly runs to the control panel as the black mech pulls behind the ship. The boy continues to be distraught as he wanders away from the control room into the cargo area. In the cargo bay the boy finds a large white mech. As he remembers the girl his tears turn to rage. Clenching his fist the boy looks for a control access
He rushes into the control and glares, wiping the tears from his eyes. Suddenly he snaps and begins laughing. Grasping the control the mech is piloted breaking from the cargo bay and confronting the black mech in a battle I can scarce explain.
End of episode
I honestly feel like I should point out a few things that will make me sound like Ngee Khiong during his entire post about the end of his blog.
ReplyDeleteFirst, I watch Gundam as an a form of entertainment. Not only does it provide me a means of entertainment, there are certain times where the series is conceptually grasping in terms of what war is for us (as intelligent beings) on this planet. I simply don't understand all this fanboy/fangirl-ism that takes place for which series is best and what is and isn't appealing as a mobile suit/Gundam design. If you like it, you like it; if you don't, then you don't. That doesn't make anyone right/wrong for liking a certain series or mobile suit/Gundam.
Second, I really feel that Gundam 00 stressed the importance of what the future is; should humankind be faced with such a peril, either as an evolution or by contact with an alien race, regardless of whether we have achieved space colonies, space travel, or giant mechanical mobile suits. As sentient beings, we still kill each other for political, trivial, religious, emotional reasons; I cannot say anyone who threatens the well being of another individual, whether represent individually or as a nation as correct or not. It is all about viewpoint. Given that, the Gundam franchise is attempting to do so. I, for one, don't care who the main protagonist is. Someone who can be related to and stress the meaning of what it is for them to fight is someone who is showing you their viewpoint.
Third, I understand the frustration of those out there who complain about the same product being recycled; funnels/bits amongst all current main/lead mobile suits/Gundams or an overwhelming power/advantage simply due to technology. You must understand that this is also a viewpoint which can be related to the United States using the atom bomb in WWII. An overwhelming advantage is what lets them succeed; but it is also a stark reminder that should you let such power loose, havoc will ensue. Another part (from a fanboy/fangirl standpoint) is that it is hard to come up with new, innovative designs that will keep the franchise fresh and appealing. I personally feel that it is especially hard to do so because I believe the Gundam 00 franchise built a baseline in terms of futuristic technology/science along with radical designs; along that note, I haven't seen a lot of the older Gundam series so I am going to say that my opinion is biased and limited by the series I have seen (G Gundam, Wing, SEED/SEED Destiny, Gundam 00, AGE).
Lastly, in terms of a plot for a new series, I do believe an alternate universe model is ideal. Given what I have seen covered so far, a female protagonist may be a fresh perspective. If set in this present time, females are still viewed as the weaker gender and that is something that is physically portrayed (most female anime characters, whether in a role of strength or not are slim, provide some sort of fetish or fanservice, and are portrayed as those who walks into men's shoes) and is also directed/formed by the culture in which the female originates from. If set in the future, it is possible that females are on equal ground, if not better than men. The effects of such a role change and the turmoil emotionally, physically, and politically can be portrayed in a story where war is occurring or shall result.
Continuing on, I can't say much besides what I think should be the premise:
ReplyDeleteAU= Alternate Universe, * and ____ = can be determined by whomever,
The Year is AU* ____. An alien spaceship had made an emergency landing due to malfunctions in their spaceship due to entering out solar system. However, during entry into Earth's atmosphere, the ship shut itself down to prevent further damage and the alien aboard was forced to escape from their spaceship in an escape unit. The unit, which was found by some scientists had writing that resembled letters in the English alphabet which they referred to as "G.U.N.D.A.M." The escape unit was taken to a research facility, where after some time, it opened to reveal the alien lifeform, thus resulting in the first contact with life from another planet.
Flash forward 50* years. The alien lifeform has survived on Earth and after showing breakthrough's in communication and technological advancements for Earth, scientists, engineers, and physicists assisted the alien lifeform in repairing and equiping the escape unit for space travel within Earth's solar system. The alien lifeform left planet Earth and was said to have returned to its home, far, far away.
Flash forward another 50* years. The combination of the alien technology along with Earth's technology yielded great advancements in terms of usage in everyday life to concepts such as space colonies and space travel. However, this also resulted in factions which value political ties and profitable gain; the world is now divided between nations who are at each others' throats for supremacy and the rights and uses of resources of other nations. WWIII has already been waged and the results were disastrous; the damage done has left Earth in ruins due to the mass production of units following the alien lifeforms' escape unit as the core. However, unknowing using the alien's escape unit as the core and mass producing it, the humans have actually caused an anomaly which raised concerns with the alien's kind.
ReplyDeleteOn the home planet of ______ for the alien lifeform, their species are a peaceful one; although they wield power, wisdom and technology beyond Earth's capacity, they have always made it a case that they shall not attack without valid reason or being provoked without other options. They have been detecting the anomalies as the large number of signals coming from Earth show that there were more of its kind inhabiting it. To the aliens, either it was because the one who crashed landed had survived or it had died when it landed on the planet; the alien lifeform which landed on Earth never made it back to ______. Without knowing the circumstances, the aliens monitored the events of WWIII and so on; what they saw was carnage, bloodshed and destruction by the humans. Thinking that the humans had killed one of their own and used the technology, they prepared to bring vengeance upon planet Earth for killing their brethren and stopping the destruction that we so proudly displayed. For fears of ever bringing carnage and destruction onto their planet or any others, they set off to planet Earth.
Flash forward 25* years. With the new technology, the people on Earth have started to detect the large amounts of vessels traveling to Earth. Despite trying to make contact, their communication attempts are unanswered. As rumors and fears escalate, the only reaction is to combine the strengths of all nations to prevent an invasion if that was the case. Space colonies have been built to facilitate the production, equipping of, and enhancing of spaceships and mobile suits for combat in space. A particular space colony named "Colony Gundam" is a particularly notable one that deals with engineering and science to create very special mobile suits, one that perform much better than the mass produced ones. They ones that they churn out are deemed "Gundam" for its concepts and technological similarities to that of the aliens'. And so, begins the war for mankind's survival: as we grapple with our own frailty and fear of an invasion, humans turn to defending their world from sentient alien lifeforms intent on preventing our savagery and foolishness from spreading any further than our own planet.
I'm liking the idea of a Gundam series set in the past. I always loved the crazy fantasy/medieval designs from the SD Gundam series, like Gundlander, Knight Gundam, and Musha Gundam, so I think the time is right for a fantasy Gundam universe!
ReplyDeleteI actually did a bunch of drawings and sketches for this, which you can see at http://toysdream.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-world-of-mu-gundam.html
So anyway, I'm calling this one "Mu Gundam". It's set 10,000 years ago, on the lost continent of Lemuria. Our poor, downtrodden ancestors are ruled over by the inhabitants of the flying city Atlantis, who came from the stars with godlike super-technology. It's basically that whole "ancient astronauts/aliens built the pyramids" premise, except they're ruling over the humans with armies of mobile suits.
Naturally, if this is a Gundam story, you need to have heroic Gundams rising up to liberate the oppressed masses. The Gundams all have wings, and they're variously styled after angels, devils, dragons, etc. I figure eventually the lead Gundam would get a winged unicorn pegasus robot, which is about the only way you'd ever be able to top G Gundam's Fuunsaiki.
If we're taking the view of Gundam as a war story, then this may seem a bit out of left field. But perhaps it would play out along the lines of Turn A Gundam, with a handful of Gundams serving as inspirational figureheads for a low-tech, hardscrabble army of Lemurian peasants. That would even be a nice change from the recent Gundam trend of world affairs being decided by a handful of mecha pilots, while the bulk of humanity sits on its butt watching television. :-)
Gundam+The Big Bang Theory+Akibaranger+Revenge of the Nerds+20 minutes into the future= an anime and/or live action TV show set in Odaiba.
ReplyDeleteEnter 5 people during a special Gundam Front Tokyo event: Masato, a 30-year old male Gunpla nerd who has built every model kit in existence from day one. Kyouko a 25-year old female novelist who is a fan of the Gundam Novels, nothing more. Shinpei, a 23-year old gym owner and fitness expert who's secretly into Gundam anime and and/or hentai materials of it. Karin, a 18-year old salarywoman who works at the Gundam Cafe. And, Tomokazu, a 15-year old high school student who gave up Gundam fandom a long time ago who happened to be doing a favor for a friend. When the special event starts rolling, digital holograms of several Universal Century Gundam villains appear, they destroy the 1/1 Odaiba Gundam. Amidst the chaos, a scientist from the Bandai Factory by the name of Kawaguchi saves the 5 people and chooses them as the new heroes to defend Japan and save the world from General Kaufman and the UC villains. Kawaguchi gives the 5 chosen men and women special-built limited 1/144 HG Gunpla models that can summon their 1/1 iterations to fight the Kaufman army!! And these models CAN transform into other Gundams from the all timelines!!
Add in the science (INVOLVING MINOVSKY PARTICLES) and comedy of TBBT+Revenge of the Nerds alongside Akibaranger's idea to unveil the tropes of the Gundam franchise to become...
Model Suit Squad: Gundam Lambda3
Rather than walls of text with potential story lines, I'd prefer to outline a few things instead:
ReplyDelete1) Protagonist being "just another regular person". I think it will be nice to take a break from Newtypes, (Ultimate) Coordinators, Chosen Ones, or that special person who get that special power. Tragic backstory is fine. After all, I still want the character to have .... character. To have some motivation and drive.
2) Main character's Gundam not being THAT overpowered before/after upgrade/replacement. Sure, be able to beat up grunt suits. That's what they were made for. But "Press this to roflstomp win" should be avoided.
3) Multiple (or even just 2) endings. Which ending you watch will be determined by a decision the protagonist (or viewers) make.
Eg: If you choose to do report XYZ for helping the enemy ABC, then watch ep 52A.
If you choose to help XYZ, watch 52B.
Or
Eg: Protagonist saw/received something which affects his decisions(1 of 2 things which is made obvious in earlier episodes).
For example, if viewers think he saw his best friend stealing his curry and rice, watch 52A.
If he saw that his mother is still alive, watch 52B.
If none of the above, 52C.
Yes, it'll be more effort than it's worth but hey, it will be interesting to see someone actually pull it off :)
Once upon a time, when the world is no longer at war. Peace has long been achieved. War has long ended with a peace treaty between countries around the world. Now, problems no longer resolved by harms, but in a much more peaceful ways. Mobile Suit and weapons that were once used to fight now were being functioned for something else.
ReplyDeleteIn a new era, with new technology, Mobile Suit is a friend that was very helpful for the country development. MS were mass produced with different uses. Such as MS used for construction work, MS used for the goods delivery service, and many other work that requires MS technology. One was owned by the father of our main character, an old MS that still can operate properly. His father worked as a construction worker and always uses his MS to work.
While MS now has been turned for helping human work, these machines were also used for entertainment. Lots of games and competitions using MS were held. Our own protagonist silently followed one of the games with his father's MS. He knew that his father would not like what he'll do. The game itself is always started the evening, when his father were getting some rest from the heavy work in the afternoon. He himself always follow the race with his 4 friends who also each have their own MS. This games requires only speed and precision maneuvers, because of that our main character believed in the power of his MS and his own capability.
Until then there are tournaments for the game, of course our main protagonist are interested to participate. Moreover, there was a great gift and he wanted to use it to change his family's fortune, that his father no longer have to constantly tired because working hard. Secretly (of course) he signed up with his four friends and got a long process to get in on the Semi Final.
Suddenly there was a change in the game regulations that makes the participants had to survive from the game, even risking their lives. The weapon once not to be used, becomes vital. During the Semi Final, the protagonist can only install a weapon to one of his friend' MS, which is richer than the rest of them. With all their efforts to survive, they eventually reach the finals and have to deal with a group that known 'mad' during the game. It turns out that's the founder of the antagonist group who bought the game and change the rules.
Will they survive the madness? Will his father know all about what his son do? Especially when our main protagonist's know that his MS were a former GUNDAM, the victorious MS in the past?
it's all my idea ~
sorry for my bad english >.<
thank you~
I need a new gundam show that should have a unique team of pilots with female members and thus drama, not the all boys team we get used to nor the nearly there thing we got in seed and destiny with just secondary characters as pilots, actual good pilots both male and female, sent to war against other humans they are led to believe are evil or even an alien lifeform (like at the beginning of age). Best members of the squad should have stolen the best gundams/ms as a third force/group. The remaining have to do with what's left and grow as pilots. MS should be short but taller than those in the wing universe.
ReplyDeleteA sequel to Beltorchika's children and Hathaway's flash. The children of Char and Amuro grown up. Char's son "C" leads a neo zeon like group and Amuro's Daughter Allison as a Federation pilot who is also a spcaenoid sympathiser.
ReplyDeleteThey begin as bitter rivals just as their fathers do and slowly develop a relationship like Shiro and Aina. The story climaxes with Char's son going rogue and trying to drop axis to earth just as Char did and Allison leads an AEUG-like group(whom she had been spying for all along) consisting of former Londo bell members and funded by Anaheim(who are trying to oust SNRI) to stop 'C' while also trying to overthrow the corrupt Federation.
The lead gundam shall be an RX-78-2 like gundam with up-to-date technology and an AI similar to ALICE and Stargazer but much more aggressive than either of them. part of the character development shall come from Allison learning to control the AI, relying less on her inherited Newtype abilities and, finding out more about her father

ReplyDeletea female main character and a full melee gundam
ReplyDeleteMy idea for a future gundam series - The era is set in an AU called After Migration or AM for short. The series past is about how the Earth has become a desolate wasteland for the most part, and how humanity has moved to colonies to continue living. However there are remaining people on earth, desperate for materials. Angry that they've been left behind, the lowly earth federation starts a losing war against the much more powerful colonies. As the federation forgets more and more about the people it needs to feed and puts it's remaining funds into weaponry, more and more people start dying on earth. In the now desert of Europe, a strong level headed girl creates a rebel movement, to defy the earth federation but try and gain as many resources as possible. However, her efforts are futile as her team has no weaponry or materials. As they do one final last attack on an federation base, the base shoots down a colony warship that was transporting goods. As her team goes to salvage the remains, they find the colony's newest mobile weapon, a new solar powered Radiant Gundam. As the earth federation closes in on the ship, the young girl pilots the Gundam and protects her friends. She manages to push back her attackers, and her team repairs the ship. They continue attacking the earth fed and trying to communicate with the colonies, and the girl realizes that she marvels in combat, having a true potential mode where she is more in tune with her surroundings. She is brought to the colonies, where she is commended for efforts and her team is allowed to stay and live in the colonies. However she discovers that the colonies planned on using a weapon to eliminate all the remaining survivors on the earth. She rallies her team and tries heading back to the ship and her Gundam, when she discovers her ship was dismantled and her Gundam stolen while they were away. Her team returns to it's commando roots and invades a base inside a colony. They steal the newest warship meant to protect the genocidal weapon, and discover a new Eternal Gundam, powered by the same technology the weapon uses. They attack the weapon before it fires, and in it's explosion, the weapon knocks a colony out of the sky into the earth. The colony and the earth however survive the downfall, and both sides realize that they have to live together in order to continue living.
ReplyDeleteThe story is set in a world where natural resources have been used without foresight. Gundanium alloy has grown scarce and the resources to produce mobile suits have almost disappeared after years of use. The government has monopolized all the available resources of energy as well as necessities like crops and clean water. Imagine a Road Warrior environment with a Brave New World government.
ReplyDeleteMain character (MC) is an archaelogist studying in a remote village who finds a gundam from the past. He starts to use it to scare off the armed federation soldiers in the town he is working in to defend the people that have taken him in. Then, a batallion of mobile suits arrive to take out the MC and his town. He fights back in futility with his archaic mobile suit as he sees his friends and neighbors slaughtered. With ammo and fuel depleted, the MC accepts his faith when a group of rebels comes in and saves him. With no home and his research destroyed, he reluctantly joins their group. The MC starts out as a grunt soldier in the rebel forces and is thrust into team operations. The MC continues to pilot his outdated mobile suit, as it is a rare and valuable commodity for the rebel forces despite its age. The MC, initially a naïve and sheltered person, has his views and opinions of the federation government changed as he learns about the dark history of mass slaughter, civil war and propaganda of the world he lives in. Through his skirmishes and encounters with federation and rebel soldiers, he pieces together a series of events from the past that led to the creation of a powerful federal government as well as the outcasting of the rebels and the poor from modern society. The MC faces a turning point where he must decide for what ideals he will fight for: the order and stability of the federation or the freedom and liberty of the rebels.
The story follows similar gundam series in showcasing the tragedies of war. Aspects of human nature such as greed, deceit and manipulation are experienced by the viewers through the eyes of the MC. The gundams return to the real robot genre as the MC must learn military tactics and teamwork to survive. The story is dark and bleak to reflect the state of the world, both environmentally and progressively. The plot is mainly character and event driven as the MC tries to form a coherent vision of his past and his government. It also has some device driven elements because of the limited availability of mobile suits and the possibility of some latent super robot abilities in the archaic gundam. The theme of discovery and new perspectives will be prevalent through out. It also has the theme of autonomy and self-determination, both in the political and individualistic sense as the rebels fight for independence from the federation and the MC develops his own opinion and ideals based on the situation he finds himself in.
Mobile Suit: Underworld
ReplyDeleteI would like to see a different setting other than the ongoing ground earth and/or space. What about underwater, earth’s oceans. Deep space frontier is nothing compare to the mysteries of the ocean.
The year is 2015 and natural disaster strikes the earth unexpectedly, and the planet is engulfed by the earth’s ocean. Humanity takes refuge underwater as humanity has found resources within the ocean to survival as the surface becomes unlivable. Most of the planet population and technology has been lost. Humanity attempts to life underwater and develops technology. Many decades pass and resource are depleting and war begins breaks out among ocean’s colonies. War weapons are developed among colonies and eventually Mobile Suit Gundam becomes the evolution ultimate machine for combat and defense. The ocean’s depths landscape becomes Gundam next setting for the survival of mankind if humanity can’t come together. Will gundam become the deciding factor for humanity faith?
Mobile Suit: Underworld
I think the underwater setting would give a new twist on the Gundam Suit designs as design would have to be base of underwater environment/ technology (water resistant, dissenting pressure, etc.)……..and not atmospheric air or non- gravity space.
I hope to see something set in the cosmic era again!

DeleteMOBILE SUIT GUNDAM EXE
ReplyDeleteThe world where Gundam is not exist until the elves race attack the earth.
Sorry, I made a mistakes, can't edit the comment, so I remove my last comments.
First, my English is sucked. I have a lot of ideas regarding Gundam Story since I was in High School, yet I'm to lazy to write one due. I think today's the right time to write it.
My idea is a Gundam story that's not only viewed from one perspective. You could say that generally the main character is a young man, and then something happened (like war) and he ended up in Mobile Suit. Isn't that "too mainstream". Yeah, I know, and I think that I’d use the classic style in one of the viewpoint.
Setting:
The storyline isn't only viewed in one view point but from different view point. The first PART start and ended in EARTH, yes only earth. The second PART is the war after the end of war. Though the story actually revolved around a man and the girl he met. The third PART resolved in the "other world" (elves).
Elves, one of the famous race in story like LOTR, Elder scroll. In the past, a very very long time ago, earth isn't only inhabited by human kind but also elves. The elves is advance in magic. There's a said that there's what so-called mana, some kind of energy that only accessible by the elves kind. The elves is able to transform this energy into some kind of different form.
Yet unavoidable great war change the world. The war ended up in separation of the earth of both races into 2 different world. The earth where only human live and the one where only elves live.
In current timeline, there's a man who want to change the world, change the laws, and united it. This man met a girl once, an elves, but he didn't know that. In the future, where human has advance in technology, this man somehow survived to live in this timeline.
In the future, man kind has succeed in making what so called an advance fighter, that able to transform into bipedal robot form. Equipped with advance AI and made from new composite carbon making it formidable unit in both air and land.
Since then, new prototypes were made. The story start when the elves somehow open a portal to human world. The elves want to conquer the earth as their own.
With the new transformable fighter, the government launch an attack to the elves warship that came through the portal. It seems that the new fighter could show its potential, unfortunately the elves's unit, a kind of bipedal robot floating in the sky, equipped with beam energy weapon wipes those prototype.
It seems that human is less advanced from the elves and human will lose to the elves this time. But fate made the man, who want to change the world, met the girl. It seems that the she opened the portal into different timeline last time because the young girl he met isn't an old woman in this timeline, but a fine young woman. With the help of the girl, as a contributor of the largest defense contractor, the corporation able to make a new prototype unit, that able to use mana as its energy and a beam energy weaponry. He also make the new prototype has a gundam like face but more modern.
Plot
DeleteVIEWPOINT 1: The Otaku
Since there’s not only one viewpoint, I’ll start from the “other man”. In this timeline, there’s a young man who’s an otaku and wearing glasses. He just entered a medical school few months ago, then he read in the Net, about the elves invasion. Since he watch Gundam anime, he think, that mankind should have a Gundam. But there’s no Gundam in this timeline, but a 1/1 replica of RX 78-2 that was made a long time ago in Tokyo.
Soom, the war erupted near the young man’s area. Like classic Gundam story, the newly transported unit is attacked by the elves. Unable to escape, the places, he managed to get into the new unit. Unlike, other Gundam main character, he know nothing about controlling a fighter. Thanks to the advance AI, he managed to control it. A few moment later, after defeating the attacking elves’ unit, a group of rescue team with advance (old) transformable fighter came.
Unwillingly, to return the prototype, the young man managed to escape and told those men that this unit should be called Gundam, not just a “UNIT”. This is where the young man’s adventure start.
…
Viewpoint 2: The man
It start in current timeline, where the man is just regular physician, who met a girl because of an event happened in this timeline. Obtaining some sort of alien thing, a kind of biological weapon merge into his body making this man has enhanced physical abilities, able to regenerate, and showing no aging. Having such abilities, this man change his course, and start his dream to conquer the world for better world.
In the future, he’s able to reach a good position. Planned to change the world with his best friend, they planned to make an advance unit that are good for war. But everything’s changed when the elves open the portal.
Having met the girl, he like in the past and the blueprint of the elves technology make he and the corporation able to make the “New Unit”. Even though, he make the face resemble Gundam, he hasn’t officially called the unit a Gundam.
At first, there’re three different prototype Gundam unit. But everything goes wrong when one of the Unit is lost (stolen). This where it start, how the man change the world, conquer it, and defeat the elves.
…
Viewpoint 3: The (elf) girl
PART 1
In the past, an untold events have made the girl met the man. They work together until they part away. Willing to fulfilled the promise they made, the girl stole the copy of blueprint of the new elves’s unit and met the man.
…
In other timeline (PART 2), Even though the war has ended, the world still “suck” according to the man' believes. The man sacrifice himself to end the war. That make the girl fall into sadness. Unable to accept the truth and to fulfill her promises. She's able to return to the elves homeworld. But she didn’t come in the same timeline as before but few years backward. Having a nobles status in that world, she become one of the most powerful woman. She tried to fulfill the man’s dream of having a united world and the right laws. So she start the war against human kind to unite the world, not just for their own.
So, the war that happened in the PART one, is the one led by the girl. The human think that the elves want to conquer the earth for themselves. While the man not knowing that the enemy's leader is the girl.
Actually there's the fourth viewpoint, the man's best friend viewpoint in which he ended up become the enemies, but I think this should be enough to show the general storyline.
The ending is the man met the girl, both of them trying to shape the world according to the man’s believes.
In the end the girl who led the war somehow met the man, survived thanks to his special abilities while the girl (the same girl, who helped the man in the beginning of PART 1 didn't know about her other self who led the war, so she came back to the past to change the world.
The PART 1 viewpoint mainly is from the man' viewpoint, and sometime from the other character' viewpoint (the man's best friend and The Otaku)
DeletePART 2 mainly from the girl' viewpoint
PART 3 resolved around both of lover trying to unite both world. But I think PART 1 and PART 2 is enough.
Mech:
In whole story, there're more than one Gundam
> Three different prototype Gundam, at first.
- Humanoid only
- Transformable
- The last is the one, which able to use funnel weaponary, humanoid, and able to transform into flight mode.
Not produced until the end of PART 1.
> Custom unit
- The Man's Gundam -> Lighting Gundam: Fastest Gundam (made according to the third blueprint), able to transform to flight mode. Able to use any weapon. Specialize in beam saber (with longest beam saber) making it the best for close combat but also for general purpose
- The Girl's Gundam -> Equalizer Gundam: She don't use any Gundam till the ended of PART 1 and the start ofPART 2. The almost same Gundam with the man's Gundam but more advance (perfection) and able to use funnel-like weaponry.
> etc
Why not a Gundam series set in the present-day, not counting Gunpla Builders. I will call it Gundam Ikusa.
ReplyDeleteThe premise that mobile suits and Gundams are developed secretly by the superpowers, and in they are actually revealed "accidentally" by Japan. Japan in turn suffered from a terror incident with unmanned Mobile Suits running amok, nanomachines, nukes, and the like, and a special squadron of Gundams was dispatched to stop them.
The protagonist guy is in his middle twenties and a member of the Japanese army. While eager and competent in his job, he is still a child at heart. A full-blown otaku. The only reason he got to pilot the Gundam is that his superiors thought him as too hotheaded. He is not bishonen, but not terribly ugly either. He being a collateral descendant of Date Masamune did not help, but at least the fact that he is a descendant of a famous Samurai did make good press in the Japanese military.
The Gundam he pilots is a fighter-jet-transforming Gundam, combining some of the previous aspects of the previous protagonist Gundam series without being overpowered: in fact, that pilot cannot activate for example, the Shining Finger at will, and at only limited time. This Gundam is called Ikusa Gundam. It's main weapon is a beam-coated nodachi.
The pilot called Raitou Date is not alone; he is assisted by four other male pilots, with Gundams provided by Japan. The American pilot is a homage in previous American pilots in Gundam [e.g. Duo and Chibodee], but a Southerner. His Gundam transforms into a heavily armored tank. The Chinese pilot is an aspiring 16-year old cook that is not above having a secret h-game stash, but brutal in martial arts. His Gundam transforms into an attack helicopter, but had retractable dragon-claws in each arm. The British pilot, is a bishonen, uppity one, a disgraced son of a minor British noble. His Gundam is a sniper Gundam, but can transform into an attack boat. The Russian pilot is their leader, wears shades, a failed cosmonaut, and ex-Spetsnaz. He pilots a Gundam that can transform into a satellite.
What they didn't know is that the UN had deployed Gundams of their own, not to dispose the terrorist attacks, but to guard the five, or if necessary, exterminate them. Their leader is from the Ukraine is the older brother of the Russian Gundam pilot. Yes, he had a personal grudge.
As the UN Gundam team deal with the vanilla Gundam team, they must set aside their differences to combat a conspiracy built long ago. But it seems they are more interested in fighting each other.
I suggest a Gladiator themed Gundam show, with more mechanical approach and realistic resource management; with political backdrop and fights for food oil & glory.
ReplyDeleteThey can also have Zoids themed Gundam and Bucue face-off.
Gundam based gladiator could also be used to portray social-economic structure of communities. Like in Hunger games but more mecha oriented (imagine Hidden Shadow Gundam vs Gyan).
Watch the movie Robot Jox. It has the same if not similar idea.
DeleteWouldn't really suggest a "realistic" series since, for me, UC is the most realistic Gundam timeline/ series there is and nothing that would beat that, so if they'll make another Gundam series, I suggest probably, something with "Extra terrestrials" similar to what Gundam 00's movie had or what Vandread had. there should still be a little touch of "Realistic-ness" on this, i dunno what word to use.
ReplyDeleteAnother thought is, Modern themed. with what we have to day just with gundams.
Not much of an Idea, but, it wouldn't hurt to share.
like mass effect?
DeleteA mass effect style Gundam series would be kind of interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing some interracial relations with hot alien women, would you?
DeleteHonestly, I don't mind seeing another alien theme gundam series despite some rage over 00's movie.
DeleteIf given a full series with aliens, I hope they don't do rubber faced humanoids like in star trek. The 00 movie had a very realistic depiction of alien life but I don't think that can carry a 50 episode series.
DeleteI guess the biggest problem with doing aliens is they lose their mystery if you humanize them. On the other hand if you don't humanize them, the audience will be lost so yeah it's a dilemma.
I'd like to see anime version for Sentinel Gundam and Z Gundam Flag of Titan. I think they worth enough to have their anime version since they have amazing mecha design. :D
ReplyDeleteI hope to see a new series that revolves around the rise and downfall of a legendary gundam pilot. Essentially it is about the compelling transition of a primary protagonist to a villain who schemes and kills with control, but without remorse.
ReplyDeleteThe backdrop of the story should ideally be rooted upon a series of tragedies that radically shatters the positive principles and mindset of this legendary pilot, from hero to zero. Multiple betrayals, a conflict of loyalties, tragic loss, etc.
Finally, this story deviates from most series in the sense that it lacks a happy ending. The newly created villain moves on to perhaps serve as the main antagonist for a sequel series.
I really like this idea
DeleteBreaking Bad with Gundam, excellent!
DeleteWhat about a series still based on war the distant future. The countries of Earth are fighting for the last resources to supply their colonies orbiting the planet. The story tells of 4 regular soldiers fighting for their geopolitical power groups. The AFA - The America's Freedom Alliance, consisting of the countries of North and South America. The EC - European Conglomerate, consisting of the counties of Europe. ACA - Asia Coalition Alliance - Consisting of China, Japan, Russia, and South East Asia. Finally the AIP - African Islamic Pact, consisting of the countries of Africa and the Middle East. Some background story: After world war III, a cooperation effort between the countires of Earth to create better more efficient energy, to help the desolate planet. Unbeknownst to China and the other nations, the top US and Japanese scientists were contacted to create a new weapon, a mobile suit, able to harness the newly create energy source. The name of the project was G.U.N.D.A.M. General Utilization Nuclear Defense Attack Mobile Suit. The Chinese fearing of a possible weapon, hacked into the US networks and found the plans for the suit and took it for their own. After making modifications to the original plans, the Chinese sold the modified plans the the EU and AIP. Thus creating their own versions of GUNDAM. After political backlash and constant failed negotiations, World War IV had ignited. Then the story shows how the pilots got their suits and how they all ended up at the final battle between the 4 super powers in space. Who wins? I haven't thought that through yet.
ReplyDeleteMale protagonist, female antagonist.
ReplyDeleteDarker, more realistic/life-related plot.
MORE Human vs. human combat lol. Karate vs. Swords
Ultra-old forbidden Secrets.
Encounters with people from the past (Amuro, Char?? Kira, Athrun, Cagalli, Lacus, Shinn?? - Distant ancestors of main characters) Time travelling to past and future.
Teenagers who age in time and become commanders.
Legendary gundam which absorbs energy, Alien overheating gundam which can self-destruct as last resort.
Really screwed up supporting character intervenings to screw up plot XDD

ReplyDeleteI think a more gritty, mature series like Cowboy Bebop or Hellsing but one that keep the heart Nd soul of Gundam is in order. I think it should be set in our modern world or one very much like it where the idea of mutually assured destructions have driven countries away from developing more powerful WMDs toward versatile weapon systems that are more accurate at targeting only enemy combatants and does not leave the land uninhabitable in the aftermath.
ReplyDeleteThe series begin with a United Nation Security Force squad investigating a disappearnt of an UN Weapon Inspector in a unstable dictatorship nation. They find clues about a 'project Gundam' that the inspector was looking into before the disappearance. While pursuing leads into the project they come across atrocities of war committed by all sides involved and became disillusioned with their inability to help. When they find out the project involved building two bi-pedal all tarrian state of the art war machines called Gundams, they raid the compound. The whole squad except the protagonist was seemingly wiped out in the ensuing battle and he had to board one of the Gundams to escape with his life. Believing the power of the Gundam could end armed conlifcts once and for all, he join an 'terrorist' group funded by a few wealthy radical visionaries which aim to use force to ensure world peace. Unbeknownst to him one of his squad number and friend also survived in the other gundam. After studying the gundam, he decided that proliferation of the technology will limit casualties of war, which he consider unavoidable, to just combatants, whom he consider to have forfeited their lifes by taking up arms. So he don that familiar red uniform and mask and join the PMC/international arms dealer Anaheim and start selling mobile suit technology based on Gundams as well as selling out his services to weaker nations. Of course these diverging paths with similar goals bring the two former friends head to head.
So this is the set up and I think it appropriate Gundam for the 21st century whilst maintaining it's usual tropes. As you can see it have traces of UC, OO and Seed!. We have the anti war message, the paradox of taking up arms for peace, the old samurai concept that those who arm themself is entering a unspoken agreement that their life's are also at steak, tragadies caused by good intentions, and even a char clone. The show should cover a period of 15-25 years rather then the usual couple of years so we can follow the rise of a first space colony and unification of earth federation against it. I think it will please old fans as well as bring new ones. :)
Hathaway's Flash a New Translation
ReplyDeleteUC
A Federation HQ similar to the USA's own Pentagon gets blown up thanks to an underground nuke bomb. Said bomb was planted by the terrorist organization Mafty. The ringleader, Navilles Erin AKA Hathaway Noah, declares in Anonymous-like fashion that the Federation has men and women who dirty their name and their creed through corruption. Mafty swears death upon these corrupt officials. The Mafty Organization will be deemed the Al-Qaida and majority of the movie will display their terror raids against the Feddies.
Essentially, the movie will go through important events of the novel while putting in new events on how and why Mafty's infamous. After these, a new string of events that will guarantee Hathaway's survival but fashioned with one of two bittersweet endings similar to either endings of The Dark Knight and/or Rises.
This movie duology or trilogy would also be a great opportunity to actually release 1/144 HG's and/or 1/100 MG's of the Xi Gundam and the Penelope, as well as other mook robots from the novel.
a serious story + new mobile suits + male or female pilots fine with me + and to make it different from the rest its in 3D animation series to make it a bit realistic, its ok if they put it like the series of Gundam Unicorn (thinking like the Final Fantasy Advent Children VII)hope you get what i mean.
ReplyDeleteMy idea for a series would be to to do a time line where the war leads to (zeon or a different space faction) to dropping a nuke on earth so the earth forces have no choice but to abandon they home a strategic point in the war. Leaving the earths atmosphere all screwed up by having weather going overboard like when it snows its a blizzard and so on. The show could take place from many points of view by the earth forces who are now dealing with what has happened by trying to show the people of earth they still care about it and them. Also showing how they will fight back and that they cant be beaten. Or by the space forces who have to live with what they did and are now trying to send aid to the people of the now ruined earth and trying to make some peace with the earth force what happened showing they are trying to turn over a new leaf. And lastly but the victims of the war showing how the people don't want to leave their homes on earth how they country's left they behind during the evacuation, and how they don't want the help of either arm on the planet and fight back as a unified army of rebels and mercenary. The things i would leave out of the old gundam series is the fact that KIDS where piloting the suits that just dose not happen and the new type thing just always got out of hand and didn't make any sense half way down the line and keep it realistic. Also showing it from all angles from earth forces space forces and rebels forces and the people not fighting.
ReplyDelete5 aliens come to earth as invaders but during their entrance into the atmosphere they got separated.
ReplyDeletethe leader of the platoon took shelter in a house where two siblings and their mother lives. the leader wanted to take these human as hostages but the older sister is too strong for him so he ended up working as a cleaner at the house.
Later, he received words from his home planet that their army is heading to earth as reinforcement. However he fell in love with earth as he live here and to repay the kindness of the siblings for taking care of him, he decided to gather his platoon member and defend earth from the invading army. Using their alien weapon tech NANOLA, they build a mobile suit based on the Master Grade RX-78-2 Ver. 2.0 and call it GUNDAM!!
