He had to scribe all those new panel lines with a plastic scriber. There's a bunch of tutorials on YouTube on to do it but it's really difficult to make it look as amazing as this.
The 1/100 plastic model kit is damn good to where you literally need to make a slot for the hand's weapon clip. What else do you want? The color is exactly the same as the MG Qant, detail is on MG level, can do everything the HG version does, has full waterslide decals and comes with the holder parts to replicate Quantum Burst Mode.
Only reason I can even fathom how Bandai could Improve on is to make those green blades child friendly. They actually draw blood.
My only question is, "Why orange?". Not that I dislike orange, it's a pretty nice color, but it just looks off somehow when everything else is blue, white, red, and green.
I like the RG-ish added details. Makes Qan[T] look less boring. Nice.
ReplyDeletehow could you add those lines? are cutting it or something?
ReplyDeleteWith special Gunpla markers :)

DeleteThe term is "Scribing" and you can get Scribing tools to create them. There's a couple of tutorials out there to get you going :)
Deleteokay...thanks all : D
DeleteThis custom paint job looks amazing. I just wished that Bandai released an official release of the Full Saber in Master Grade.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that they haven't done is Bandai's way of telling you to STFU and set your pile of untouched MG kits on fire.
