It DOES have eyes. The standard Vagan mono eyes can change into regular Gundam type eyes. Look at the opening from Episode 39 where the Legilis is shown in color.
the chest and head reminds me of God Gundam. The Green in the center of the chest even the antena on the head remind of me God. Age said they would use insperation from other gundam series but this is the first one i saw that reminded me of anything from G Gundam. Scratch that the Age 1- Titus reminds me of the bolt gundum.
