Is this an old mold or a new design?

Look at the bright side... at least it wasn't Like Beginning J's which required STICKERS. >_< eitherway this looks promising. a bit of masking oughta suffice for the swords and the shield..... those head vents though.....

I'm kind of astonished you lot are complaining. Go build the NG 1/144 if you think this one is bad. The only thing I'm disappointed by is that the skirt armor has the holes for those stupid-ass swords that the M1 never used and you can't get rid of them without putty/sanding/painting. Otherwise it's a great kit. And if you ever use stickers instead of painting, you deserve no sympathy.
