Yes. The modeller said Ground type Gundam, but since they're the same, you're right.
This is beautiful. I've always liked the Wagtail II design, but this is just awesome.

Gundam heads always ruin whatever they're added to, so it is a shame to see the modeler do this to the Wagtail.
