Riddhe's commander did something similar in episode 2 against the Sinanju. Apparently you can focus the beam of a rifle to act as a saber? The Norn also has that rotating ammo attachment on its beam magnum, maybe it's a setting on that.
If you paused at the right moment when there is no electric bolts, or just look closely at the image provided, you can see blue beams in the form of jutte coming out from the revolving launcher, like GP01's beam rifle.
Ah, I understand now. I'm glad the revolving launcher is versatile, although I don't see why Riddhe didn't just use the Banshee's beam tonfas to block :P
Reasons there will be a MG Banshee Norn: 1) There's already a HG Banshee Norn so the architecture for the Armed Armor XC is ready 2) Bandai just needs to reuse the original MG Banshee runners 3) The Unicorn's "exclusive" Armed Armor DE from the Bande Dessinee manga will probably be re-released as a recolor (The "exclusive" Beam Gatling Guns after all were re-released with the FA Unicorn, much to the chagrin of Gunplars who bought a ton of Bande Dessinee mangas for the gatlings :P) 4) Profit!
Now you sound just like suiton haha! Though in all seriousness, they probably will do it. It's the last episode and Bandai's gotta strike while the iron's hot.
Man that Char Aznable (Full Frontal) looks sick!
ReplyDeleteDamn, I'm so excited with this.
ReplyDeleteGlorious Glorious Glorious Gundam Unicorn...
ReplyDeleteThat Banshee Norn Destroy reminds me of Gaogaigar for some reason.
ReplyDeleteUnicorn is boxing? never thought of that hehehe :)

Oh,the future scene of the two unicorns shooting to someone, like that old picture...
*___*
Six months...it's going to be a long winter.
ReplyDeleteHow is the Banshee Norn blocking the Kshatriya's hyper beam javelin with just a beam magnum? I don't see a beam saber...

DeleteWhy did they have to change kshatriya!! It looks like some fat ol grampa!
ReplyDeleteYou expect the federation to have spare parts for a unique neo zeon MS lying around?
DeleteGive me my Amuro cameo that's not a picture on the wall and consider me happy with episode 7
ReplyDeleteAmuro's dead mate. So's Char.
DeleteThey live forever in our hearts so Bandai can keep on milking our money.
