GG INFINITE's September Lucky Draw - Announcements [Updated]

UPDATE 8/22/11:  Sorry folks, looks like we will postpone our announcement for GG Infinite's September Lucky Draw until tomorrow.  Thanks for all the comments regarding the mystery prize.  Some of you are pretty close. =)  Here is a hint, the mystery prize will be a 'prize set' to promote gunpla building.

GG INFINITE's September Lucky Draw will be announced on Tuesday (8/23).
Along with the Lucky Draw, we will be making some other announcements as well.
Here is a preview of the prizes for the upcoming contest.  There will be a mystery prize this time around, just to spice things up a bit. =)  Although the mystery prize had already been chosen, but it would be fun to know what you want to for the mystery prize (for future reference)... drop us a line in this post.
Stay tuned...

  2. Indeed, MSG parts or the new SD Wing kit.

  3. I really really want both the MG Blue and Red Frame. Or the MG unicorn.

    ReplyDelete
  4. maybe we could get lucky and it will be a complete metal build 00 Raiser set

  5. A PG would be an awesome prize :Þ

    ReplyDelete
  6. A PG would be awesome, but it doesn't look... m... logical :P I'd like a MG 00Raiser or Unicorn =D

  7. I love MGs, but honestly, HGUCs offer a LOT more mobile suit variety, so maybe like a HGUC gift set featuring MS from one show, movie or OVA :)

  8. Delta Plus is the MG instead of the HGUC, isn't it? Disappointing...but I'm sure I'm in the minority on that. =P

As for the mystery prize, something unexpected would be best, I think. Like an MG V-Dash or a Jegan set (Stark, Ecoas, normal)or something that people wouldn't likely guess. Well, it's already been decided, but that's what I would do.

  9. If that's the MG Delta Plus, some tamiya putty or superglue would be a nice toss-in for the winner to repair the feet when they build it.

As for a good choice for the next lucky draw, I suggest the titanium finish HGUC Sinanju. A sexy prize beats anything else, really.

  10. For the mystery prize id say a few sets of the hobby base hands 1/100 scale size ^_^

  11. I think the best idea for a mystery prize in the future is something that's not very standard and can be simply purchased yourself; a limited edition Gunpla or figure (for example, an awesome prize would be the RX78-02 Gundam bust that was just release from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin). It would also even be nice to release some Blu-rays, DVDs, Manga, or Novels.

  12. since the prizes are new releases maybe the mystery prize is an SD kshatriya and some extra stuff thrown in that would be nice,

  13. Even though I probably won't win since I've never actually won any contest/random draw, I always try hoping that the next time I win something...

    :: crosses fingers & hopes i win ::

  18. Mrs. Potato Head! Mrs. Potato Head! Mrs. Potato Head! Hey, I can dream, can't I?

But for reals, let's go with...an HGUC Jesta!

  19. I agree with the idea of Limited Edition items being the best for a Mystery Prize

    ReplyDelete
  20. I think it'll be Sandrock (MG) that'll make the mysterious block! ^^ OR the Limited Edition OO Raiser Trans-AM! ^^

  21. PGs are too expensive I bet for a random free giveaway, but I cheaper MG or 1/100 No Grade might not be bad. There are plenty of them that I would like for my collection :) For an idea, maybe like the No Grade Duel Assault Shroud or Buster. Or for MGs like the older MG GM 2.0 or MG Guncannon

  22. 1) I think it really depends on what you're looking at with a "Mystery Prize". If it something that's supposed to be super, awesomely cool, then I'd say it should be anywhere from a Perfect Grade to Double Master Grades to a Master Grade (largely depending on just how awesome you'd want it to be).

    2) It you were going for quirky (which I would personally like to see), I'd say random little things that most people wouldn't even consider buying. I have no idea as to what this might be because this would probably be something that's fairly random.

    3) It could be a random drawing kind of thing where not even the staff of GG know what the prize would be until the winner drew a certain number (after winning) that would correspond to a number of prizes you have set up (although since this whole thing is already like a lottery, I'd say it's not a very good idea to do this).

    4) Finally you could do sets of models. An example would be an HGUC Nu Gundam and an HGUC Sazabi (or a RG RX-78-2 and a RG Zaku II). I personally like this option as well since, as a model collector/buyer, I usually buy things in these kinds of sets.

My favorite options are 2 and 4, but these are all things I wouldn't mind seeing. Otherwise the "mystery prize" just wouldn't see very special (i.e. if it's just a straight out HG or MG), but that's just my opinion.

  23. did I miss the draw again? dang it hahaha
I deleted my fb account D:

Well looking at the preview, the price seems to get better and better from right to left.....
so.... what could be a better price than the newest master grade release?
Maybe.... something like.... GFF ? or maybe a resin kit ! hahaha

  25. Best Mystery Prize would be that limited edition Trans AM 00 Raiser MG kit with four more red LEDs!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I would love expo linited stuffs. (:

    ReplyDelete
  27. I would say either a limited edition kit such as a 1/100 Heine westenfluss destiny gundam or a kit that you have personally finished, painted and professionally done up with a stand :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. I'd love a special collection of HG kits. Like, for example, a CCA set of HGs.

    ReplyDelete
  29. My guesses:

    If HGUC: Master Gundam+Fuunsaki
    If HG-Age: The Age-1 Normal

Not so much as to MGs...

    ReplyDelete
  30. An Exclusive Gunpla or a really popular kit are my guess.

    ReplyDelete
  31. a GG customized gunpla would be awesome!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Wow!!! got mystery prize.... I cant wait to know what is the mystery prize.... awesome.... maybe MG or PG model.... ^^

    ReplyDelete
  37. Maybe a resin kit or some conversion kit? i don't know a PG would be... well too expensive of a prize to give dont you think? but some resin kits are well.... expensive or maybe even as expensive as a PG... Maybe limited edition kits? Or RG kits?

    ReplyDelete
  38. hmm...maybe it'll be the limited 00-Raiser trans-am version...with 2 extra LEDs maybe(?) :D

    ReplyDelete
  39. honestly i would prefer free shipping :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. ummm.. what about another MG Epyon ? I'm not quite lucky last time.. :D

    just kidding.

I think first prize should be something that's difficult to obtain, like, hmm.. let see...
customized Master Grade built by Meister Morishita ?

now that would be awesome.. :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. uhhmmm a PG Strike Freedom would do :D

    ReplyDelete
  42. I'll go for an MG that was released last year.... :0 The-O, QanT, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  43. limited rare item would be great as a grand prize!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Option parts or a RG considering there is already a MG and a HG up there plus a PG is just understandably not going to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Working for Gundam Guy would be a great first Prize!

    ReplyDelete
  46. A starter set of hobby tools. And some guidelines published by our GG!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Oh and a facebook contest too!

    ReplyDelete
  48. How about some $50~$70 coupon? That way any winner can get what he/she wants.

    ReplyDelete
  49. A PG would be awesome as some ppl had already said, also..many ppl would love a G-system kit im sure :P

but well, those maybe get out of the lucky draw prize range, so personally what i'd love is a Banpresto SCM EX Gundam Dom 3pcs set :D

    ReplyDelete
  50. how to join this lucky draw hahaha ^^ get excited

    ReplyDelete
  51. Maybe for october the mystery prize could be the Trans-Am 00 Raiser MG? But as for this one... 00 Seven Swords MG?

    ReplyDelete
  52. I think a good prize might be maybe like a 1/144 and send an action base with it. Or a 1/100 non-grade with the same thing.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Maybe the mystery prize is a MG with those hobby base manipulators, or a MG event exclusive kit.

    ReplyDelete
  54. How about the mystery prize be a free shipping with an additional 10% off coupon.

    ReplyDelete
  55. a bunch of option up part would be pretty epic

    ReplyDelete
  56. The MG 00 Raiser Trans-Am mode would be very sweet, along with additional leds to add more flavor.

    ReplyDelete
  57. how about MG the-o??
or maybe some PG... that would be freakin awesome

    ReplyDelete
  58. i would be suggest some rare kit or limited edition kit XD

  60. any MGs that are limited editions to events would be nice or a nice PG LOL

    ReplyDelete
  61. A gundam of your choose + option parts of your choose! I'll take a MG + metal thuster please!

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think a PG or a MG Special Edition..

    ReplyDelete
  63. This might be a little far fetched but how about MG Unicorn with additional parts that allows you to turn it in to Full Armor Mode. That will be a nice surprise!

    ReplyDelete
  64. I'd say optional parts are cool. It can range from MSGs to B-clubs high detail manipulators of our choice. I mean those things spice the build up, though a bit pricey that I thought some people wont think they worth the money..
