Agreed. The other P-Bandai kits from this line were mostly recolors (Galieo's Shwalbe Graze, the Graze Ares...) But this one actually has unique parts!
Of course I think the Shwalbe Graze should have been a normal release since it appeared FAR more often than the blue one...
