I have to say, this is the first Gundam Metal Build series that does not look like what is shown on the box. If I had seen this pics earlier I would not have bought one.
My issue is his white is very plastic feel as the box shows a more tone down grey white which is excellent. The fingers, waist and arms are missing Metallic maroon paint as shown on the box but not on the toy. If you compare to the Golden Frame you can see why that piece stands out a lot more. Bandai just used red for these pieces but on the box is so nice. Lastly the sword holder is also not painted correctly. In honestly it was such a bit of turn off that it made me want to quit buying Metal Builds altogether as we pay a lot for these pieces.
I am sure I am not the only one who felt a bit cheated here. All the other Metal Builds have an exact representation of the toy. This one doesn't cut it. The toy is actually good, but the finishing was poorly executed.
