  1. Ah~ Now my RG 00 collection will be complete.
Hopefully they will do the Trans Am version, Full Saber, and maybe even the ELS ver in RG.

    1. The Trans-Am version would definitely be P-Bandai exclusive, the Full Saber will probably be sold as a separate weapon add-on instead, but I don't know about the ELS version though.

      I'm happy for you. ^_^

      Good Luck with that LOL

    3. Do you actualy build these or just keep the box

  2. Please incorporate 2-tone white and blue plastics again! I'm sad Bandai stopped doing that for some of the newer RGs.

    1. They still doing "that", except for red astray, because it doesn't need to.

      Delete
    2. The rg 00 raiser didn't have the 2 tone blue because Bandai are trying to keep the price at 3000 yen range

      Delete
    3. yeah they do still do it, except in minimal fashion where you wont even realize the tone difference unless you look closely

    4. the red astray have the two tone color of red and white

    1. Gee. How did you figure out that I would be excited for the RG 00 Qan[T].
      Wow. You're such a genius.

    1. You honestly thought that Bandai would not do an RG for 00 Qan[t] ... and probably a bunch of Premium Bandai variations/add on sets when they did the RG for Exia and 00 Raiser? If you hadn't noticed, both of those came out in April 2014 and then April 2015. So it was pretty obvious Bandai was going to do the RG 00 Qan[T] in/around April 2016.

As it turns out, the RG 00 Qan[t] is coming out on May 2016.
Now what would surprise me honestly is if the RG 00 Qan[T] gets a Trans Am color variant since the HG and MG did not get it when the HG and MG versions of Exia and 00 Raiser both got Trans Am releases.

And then even more surprising would be if we get a Full Saber add on set and more so if we got the ELS ver.

Of course those would all be Premium Bandai.

And perhaps if we get a RG 00 Qan[T] Trans Am as a Premium Bandai, we might even get lucky and get it in MG as well (as Premium Bandai).

    2. First of all, suiton, don't inspire Bandai with the "Premium Bandai" garbage as not everybody want everything related to the main model kit be P-Bandai. P-Bandai exclusives are expensive worldwide as these items are meant for sale in Japan only.

Secondly, I understand that the RG 00 Qan[T]'s Full Saber weapon set can be a P-Bandai exclusive but the 00Q Trans-Am Ver. and ELS 00Q are two of the most demanded Gunpla kits that should NEVER be P-Bandai after many Gunpla collectors were disappointed that the Trans-Am Raiser kit was a P-Bandai exclusive than being a regular release like HG Trans-Am Raiser that almost nobody wanted.

  5. And finally after months of whining and bitching suiton got what they wanted.

Anyway, I think it's cool that RG 00 QanT is coming.

  6. One thing i really hope it has full GN-burst gimmick like the MG, that will be great

    1. The MG didn't do a good job with the Quantum Burst in that the chest section didn't open up.
Maybe Bandai will do a Quantum Burst ver and Trans Am ver of the MG 00 QanT later?

    1. I think with Bandai doing add on sets and whatnot, I am pretty sure that we will get a Trans Am color variant as Premium Bandai.
But maybe we will also get a Full Saber add on set, Quantum Burst Mode version, and ELS ver if we get lucky. Who knows.

    2. Yes one words "P-Bandai" and im prety sure they just give you hg full saber add on with sticker

  8. Hey
i need suggestion . I was a fan 00 quanta for a long time and i have money for rg kit and mg kit . This is the question .
Should i take mg kit or rg kit 00 quanta . Because i prefer more detail . Which one should i take ? Please comment

    1. I would suggest you go with the MG first.
The RG isn't due for a bit.
With the MG you can bring out more details and it's easier to paint because it's 1/100 scale.

We really cannot say much since the RG 00 QanT isn't out yet.

    2. I dislike the MG because of 2 reasons:

      1. the hip tilts to the left due to the weight of the shield; it can be balanced by the GN sword 4 though if you're getting the full saber

      2. the sword bits are impossible to attach and detach from the shield, the connector will break

      Delete
    3. We haven't even seen the final product of the RG, so i don't know which one is more detailed. But so far, RG tends to have more details than their MG counterparts.

      Delete
    4. Rg antenna design is better than mg

      Delete
    5. RG frame are a little bit fragile than the MG. But if you really just care about the detail, go for the RG :D

      Delete
    6. The RG from my opinion is probably your choice
      -brand new
      -save time
      -save money
And probably worth every reason to get it

      Delete
    7. U like detail then rg is a good choice
If u like customise, mg is better
If u got extra then take both

      Delete
    8. Rg takes more time and needs to be more careful when putting them together, the result is amazing if u do everything including panel lining.

      Delete
    9. If you prefer small size with great detail and articulation, choose rg. If you not mind with it'll consume some space in your display shelf, choose mg. Both of them are great imo, but personally i'll take rg because it's cheaper and save more space.

  9. Shut the fuck up suiton

  10. Will the sword bits be able to be held as stand alone blades similar to its MG variant?

    1. Get your eyes checked, it's looks nothing like the HG

  12. As it is now, I am most likely going to buy 2x for this.
One for 00 QanT and another displayed with the Buster Sword.
I might be a third if it can do Quantum Burst and then a 4th if they do a Full Saber add on set.
And of course at least 4 if they do a Trans Am version; one for the standard Trans Am, a second for Full Saber, a third for Quantum Burst, and a fourth for Full Saber.

  13. According to the latest magazine scans, the RG 00 Qan[T] will use the Advanced MS Joint 7, the very same frame that was used in RG Gundam Exia and RG 00 Raiser.

  16. everything was goin great

    until i saw the face

why is it the the 00 raiser and astray have like really weird face masks

  17. I want it so badly. IMHO the best ever good looking gundam soo far, isn't ?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Thats it? Just adding gn-drive gimmick? This is a little disappointment,

  19. Why are there no decals on the promo pics!?!

  20. The legs on no color prototype is better

  21. PG next hopefully... =)

  22. Only problem I have is that they didn't incorporate the quantum burst system in some way....like at least give us the green ring so we can mount the gn bits in to the warp gate formation or parts that for the quantum burst like another chest part for the extension and the gn condensers should get an extended version....or you know..they do a repair exia style and give us a upgrade parts kit :/

    1. Pretty much a Pbandai exclusive. Same thing happen to the gundam wing, freedom and destiny which bandai release an accessory for the ms.

  23. is it true that this kit will be release on may 28th 2016, or would it be earlier then the dates mention?

    ReplyDelete
  24. The head looks better than of the MG IMO

    ReplyDelete
  25. I guess there will be a Full Saber option set. It seems that there is a connection point on the right side of the back pack for the full saber part.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Maybe the shield can be attached on the right side as well. If so, you can customize it to a full shield version with two kits...
