This is wholly unexpected but very welcome. I thought the Hyaku Shiki variation suits would be more suitable for the RE1/100 line, but since they are building off the MG 2.0 model, it makes perfect sense. This is great.
ReplyDeleteI do find the head design a bit weird, but its a welcome release for me.
DeleteJust imagine how many MG JEGAN releases can be made with one base model frame. LOL!
It's like a flattened Qubeley.
DeleteI hope bandai will release the full armor set for this kit.
ReplyDeleteWe have to get the non mass produced Hyaku Shiki Kai first ^ w ^
DeleteOH GOD YES

ReplyDeleteAnyone who was curious about the gundam info poll that this kit stemmed from, here's a link:
ReplyDeletehttp://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2015/06/gundaminfo-poll-which-variation-from.html
and of course they will release n.9, makes sense. Even if they want to relaese add-on packs they should have choose the standard kai
DeleteWhat an odd pick, but I guess it makes sense. When we saw how good the Hyaku Shiki 2.0 was, it was obvious they'd want to get the most out of its parts.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't hold my breath. It'll be a p bandai... Like how the nataku was initially announced
ReplyDeleteThis MP kai, not kai. Kai has a different backpack double over shoulder weapons. With the price down, guess it would be in yellow or ugly gold.
ReplyDeleteChance for ZII? It reuses Rezel's frame and a direct competition to this MP.
This is P Bandai.
ReplyDeleteIf this guy get's the Full Armor Add On Set and the entire kit save for Head and Backpack was reused from the Hyakushiki Ver 2.0 then that means I can make a Full Armor Hyakushiki!!! Still, surprised at this announcement. Will wait for the Gundam All Japan event for more info
ReplyDeleteI also forgot the shoulders but since it's attached with a C-joint/clip its easy to exchange shoulders with the Hyakushiki. I'm not a huge fan of the Mass Production Type but this might be my first
ReplyDeleteI thought this kind of suits will only release for RE1/100 grade.
ReplyDeleteP-Bandai
ReplyDeleteJust you wait guys this will be P-Bandai exclusive
ReplyDeleteIts says receiving orders and shipping in December, so it is P-bandai. It lacks the gold coating but has parts to convert back into normal Hyakushiki.
ReplyDeleteP-Bandai... han sacado tanto modelo exclusivo de su tienda que he perdido el amor por loas gunplas... de verdad que Bandai va a terminar cagandola igual que Konami en los juegos de video
ReplyDeleteWhy must they make the head so alien-like? It doesn't look good whatsoever and It makes the head very immobile with the launchers on the shoulders.
ReplyDeleteThat gold explains the price drop, nothing a bit of paint can't fix though.
ReplyDeleteSo instead they'll use puke-gold color for this suit and not like the Hyaku Shiki 2.0?
ReplyDeleteI knew it...
ReplyDeleteGreat another premium there so many stupid premium release I feel like it out number all the regular release kit, 2015 is the year of the premium Bandai nonsense
ReplyDeleteHyaku Shiki Kai, FA Hyaku Shiki Kai and land battle type Hyaku Shiki Kai
ReplyDeleteYuck. Bandai injection gold instead of plating.
ReplyDeleteLooks like some cheap-ass "gold" armor pieces.
ReplyDeleteIt was "mass production" what did you expect....lol
DeleteThis is cool and all but what about the delta kai? It did place first and the Delta Plus has been around for ages...
ReplyDeleteI doubt Bandai will give us that suit then again, I said the same thing about Wing Zero TV and Tallgeese 3...Don't hold your breath on Delta Lai, basically.
DeleteNot gold-plated?
