Nope, thats why it's so cheap even tbough its so big. The RE 100 line is going to be for models that are either too large, or too obscure to warrant getting a master grade release. They will have mastergrade level of external detail, but less gimicks, and a simple inside structure like the inner structres of the 1/100 HG models of the 90's sold at n affordable price. If the .ightingale where as complex as the Sazabi ver. Ka, it would cost well over $200.
