Saw the works up close and i must say alot of the works are nicely done but im quite saddened when i see not as much detail as i would hope to expect. Some works even though they looked impressive had problems like damages done due to sanding down too much, internal frames not as well done up as the outer, and seam lines not taken care of
Also, as the prizes are not big, I believe the top tier modelers did not participate. Yes the models are nice for some but those signature skills that the top tier modellers are not there thus my theory is they skipped mid year event and aiming for end year event. Just my thoughts.
As a Singaporean, I felt that most of the entries are well made models but none of them genuinely piqued my interest.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I like the Build Fighter F91 and Zeon amphibious assault submissions.
ditto on what this guy said...
Deletewell made, but none genuinely piqued my interest too...
