    1. I think it's from the Gundam Unicorn.

    2. This is a modified version of the AMX-101 Gallus J, a mobile suite from Double Zeta. Far as I can tell, this "Schuzrum Gallus" is new to Unicorn Ep. 7.

Unicronz also featured the Gallus K, a modified design new to Ep. 5, I think it was.

  6. 2.4k yen is pretty expensive for a HG that doesn't seem to have anything out of the ordinary in terms of amount of plastic. 21 meters is above average but not by much.

Hell, the HGUC Byarlant is 2.6k yen, only 200 yen more, and it's a MONSTER!

Maybe this guy comes with a large amount of weapons?

    1. Maybe it's just a large suit... hard to tell w/out reference

    2. The suit it's based on is 21 meters which isn't huge (a bit above average). I don't think it's any larger than the Galluss (if anything it's much slimmer).

    3. I agree with ya. The fact that this guy is so expensive, coupled with the fact that it isn't promoted with any weapons, leads me to also believe this guy will be equipped with some large weapon(s). Also, it looks like its joints are VERY exposed. No shoulder or knee armor. It may include some kind of armor add ons. And another thing, bandai has yet to release the Neo Zeon version of the Shackles support unit. It may get bundled with this kit. Can't wait to see what makes it some pricey.

    4. Well yeah. This guy is basically the price of a real grade (100 yen less), yet it's pretty slender and not abnormally tall either. As a base kit, from what we are shown, ~1,800 yen would be about the normal price for such a kit as this with basic weaponry included. The ~600 yen has to come from somewhere. Guess time will tell.

    5. This guy reminds me of the All Japan "Ora-Zaku" Championship 13th Grand Prize Winner - YAMS-130B GREIFER modeled by Style-S. (http://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2010/12/gundam-uc-msv-yams-130b-greifer-by_28.html). According to the modeler, the Greifer is piloted by Ple 13. HAHA MORE PLE CLONES!!! If only right?

    6. The Galluss J and K always had grenade launchers on them along with hand held machine guns so it wouldn't be too crazy if this guy came with similar bulky weapons to boost it's cost. At the moment I'm just hoping that this isn't covered in seals for all of the red and white

  7. Where are the verniers? How does this guy move around; legs only?

    1. The official page states that it has an external propulsion system. I think the Schuzrum Galluss rides on a Shackles instead of having its own propulsion. There may be verniers in the side of the arms/shield as well as the ones on the legs. We shall see on the final model. We have yet to see until more details are revealed. That or it is a ground/colony use MS.

    2. Good to know; thanks for the info.

  8. Why is the backpack tilted to one side?

    1. There is speculation that as the backpack is not for propulsion on this Galluss the backpack is a storage rack for chain-mines, like the ones the MS-18E had. I think it is tilted so that it is easier to reach them.

    2. Thanks for the info. It looks like there is a handle at the top to possibly grab the whole thing for use.

    3. You are most welcome. Indeed it does. This MS is so mysterious and unique that I am extremely excited for it.

  9. The new picture pretty much confirms that one of the Schuzrum Galluss's weapons is the chain mine. I am excited to see the other weapons, and especially the external propulsion unit, which I think may be a Shackles. I do hope the kit comes with at least one trigger finger though because this kit would look so good with Rezin's Geara Doga's beam rifle.

    1. I don't see any trigger finger hands, but you might be able to use one from one of the zeon weapon sets. It might even be able to use the same armor piece from the gallus hand wirh a slight mod to the connector, but I. Don't know if any trigger finger grips from those sets will fit that particular rifle.

    2. True. I may just do that, or even borrow one of the HGUC Zaku IIIs trigger fingers.

  10. So... when can we get the purple efreet from like 3 episodes ago, it's at least tied in grunt suit badassery with this guy

  11. The Chain Mines! Kampfer would be proud.
