Ah, the infamous "sword crash of doom" moment finally arrives lol. Good ep overall and probably the last time Destiny's battle choreography had me on the edge of my seat. Kinda a shame where the series goes from here.
Ah, that second battle, Kira ore or less had the upper hand against Shinn until he was called back by Rey. And there on, Shinn had help from Rey for rest of the battle until Athrun came. By the way, this battle tactic, strategy, and intelligence all belonged to Rey. Just to let you know, I'm not trying to start an arguement.
Kira had the superior mobile suit. Shinn was creative in the use of his machine's abilities to overcome a stronger opponent. It may have been Rey's strategy, but Shinn still needed the skill to make it work.
but kira did not use freedom's full capacity while shin uses two force silhouette plus sword silhouette in order to defeat the freedom, not to mention kira destroyed the two force silhouette even though he is confused.
just casually throwing this out there. people forget that Kira's piloting style is most of the reason why he has trouble against shin. the pilots in endless waltz explain how if they were aiming to kill they wouldn't be having any problem. but trying to keep enemy pilots alive makes things a lot harder.
it's so horrid, that the series is reaching seed levels as expected.
ReplyDeleteAnd so ends gundam seed destiny. After this they antagonize Shinn because of the kira fans.
ReplyDeleteSad. Realy sad.
this is a constructive opinion, there is no insults or anything.
LOL. SCOD episode (finally)
ReplyDelete*Sigh* Fukuda and Morosawa never learned their lessons.
ReplyDeleteThat's the reason why the couple did not have anime projects until the SEED & Destiny Remasters.
DeleteTake that you mary sue!
ReplyDeleteWhy when i look this episode always make me hate the episode and the stupid pilot shin?
ReplyDeleteKira fanboyism?
DeleteNot really, but the fight is so forced.
Deleteokay, so this is where shinn's Sword Crash of Doom happens.
ReplyDeleteso, any new scenes?
Great episode. I've waited for this episode for a long time...
ReplyDeleteIt's a bad episode

ReplyDeleteFor some people, this is the last episode of GSD...
ReplyDeleteI hate that shin gets two sets of new bodies in this episode it's bull shit that he beat Kira
ReplyDeleteThat's called battle tactic, strategy, intelligence.
DeleteAnd oh yeah, he beats Kira, and it could have been twice if Athrun haven't intervened.
and also for the ones that analyze comments, this is another constructive, free-of-insults reply
