I was thinking rather why they made one of this external add-on, then again this is gunpla build fighters which obviously the approach is to have give away custom parts. Like Build Strike and Amazing Zaku Weapon packs, the Upcoming MKII custom build also has a pack that is so and even the custom astray build shows a possible weapon pack.
I think it was made for different purpose from Build Booster's series. When the Booster act as an weapon pack like a Striker pack and has the main feature for Build Strike or other customized MS with customized pack, this one just a vehicle like SFS. It's not Fenice will need it everytime because Fenice's armaments is complete itself.
Looks like I can't do the opening shield gimmick of the original wing with the Meteor hopper. Oh well, I can live with that, still buying this and Fenice.
