Disappointing to see that the Gerbera Straight appears to be made completely of seals, especially being a lazy modeler and all. At least the older hg red frame had a chrome blade :/
It's chromed but it's just solid plastic. It's not like the 1/100 version Gerbera. I essence the work is still the same. The previous katana wasn't really plated in the least and you still had to paint the handle and handguard.

ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out. I guess that means it's a choice between the chrome blade or the flight pack for out-of-box modellers. D'oh!
