The promo pics looked nice but *BARF*
ReplyDeleteWHY DID THEY USE SEE THRU GOLD, EEEWWW
BANDAI Y U BE CHEAP!?
liking the blue psycho-frame but that's about it....
ReplyDeleteSeriously, it's not "that" bad
ReplyDeleteMaybe for the ugly gold. Only if Bandai would use the same gold as the HG Delta. That shit was bling
im not sure if i am looking at a bandai or bootleg product. quality of plastic looks lame. much much lamer gold than those found on strike freedom kits.
ReplyDeletethis happens when you randomize the color scheme...
ReplyDeletei'm not suiton,but...
WTH THIS GOLD AND ROZEN ZULU SHITTY BROWN!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
SRL BANDAI!?!?!??!?!
look so plastic.. that gold make it look like cheap plastic
ReplyDeleteWow, the "gold" looks like total shit
ReplyDeleteThe gold...its disgusting... You'll really need a can of gold spray paint to make it look decent.
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about this kit is that I can use the blue psycho frame to replace the yellow one of Banshee to resemble the novel version Banshee?
ReplyDeleteis the DA Armor is still separable like the one in MG?
ReplyDeleteThe whole concept of this mobile suit is horrendous, like a very poor custom job modeled by an amateur. Add this kit in and you have a whole bunch of ugly
ReplyDeleteThe color scheme is debatable but that plastic looks terrible
ReplyDeleteIf I were a betting man they're gonna use one of the opened armed armor DE runners for the upcoming Banshee Norn in destroy mode
ReplyDeleteThe lazy modelers are the ones to complain.
ReplyDeleteIf it was plated, the price would be higher and of course people would be complaining about that instead.
and it would be more difficult to paint in another colour instead of this horrible gold/blue colour scheme so people would complain about that too. personally, I prefer it this way.
DeleteIt's not difficult to paint this kit another color. The only thing that would make it "difficult" would be the amount of time or effort one would put into it.
DeleteAnyone who has the nerve to call himself/herself a modeler and not put any effort into his/her kits should be looking for another hobby.
^^
Deletelol, an idiot proclaimed himself a modeler just because he can paint :D
what a joke.
still a good joke though xD
@2:28
DeleteYes, because I specifically said I only paint kits... *sarcasm*
I cement, sand, putty, and mod joints on my kits. Of course you don't know that because I was having a conversation about paint.
"Anyone who has the nerve to call himself/herself a modeler and not put any effort into his/her kits should be looking for another hobby."
That last line didn't say anything about paint being the only thing you have to or can do to your kits.
You should try reading more carefully before you try boosting your self-esteem.
BTW, painting your kits makes you more of a modeler than anyone who simply snaps and panel lines their kits. To those of you who have started painting their kits, congrats.
Your attempt at being a smartass is soooo cute! Let me give you a pinch! >-(^_^v)
That's it, I will have to paint it gold.
ReplyDeleteUrgh, I know this is gonna be ugly, but not this ugly. -_-
ReplyDeleteUnless you have extremely poor taste and are planning to actually paint this kit according to its original color scheme, the only reason to pick up this kit is for the double DE armor and blue psychoframe.
ReplyDeletewhoa, butthurt much Unicorn fans ? XD
ReplyDeleteI like this kit as it is, yellow-ish "gold" not a nuisance at all.
but I plan to paint it in black & white after all.
^don't mind my non contributing post that not only belittles anyone who has an opinion on this kit but also establishes my hipster douchbag stance on this subject.
DeleteThe idea of this kit is a limited edition kit. Why would you repaint a limited ed. kit?
ReplyDeleteTherefore it should come looking like a limited edition kit, in gold plate and keep the clear blue psychoframe.
Does anyone know why this is branded ver GFT? Normally that just means they've given them different colours or decals. But this is the normal colour of the upcoming suit, isn't it? So surely this would get a retail release when the final OVA comes out...? Bit confused...
ReplyDeleteI get what you mean but I sure hope that's not going to appear in the OVA.
DeleteFA version and now this?
this... must be the most half arsed HG gunpla bandai ever released... the yellow/gold part looks like bootleg quality (even worse) the only good thing here are it has 2 armor DEs and the blue part. you can repaint the armor DE's (maybe) for other use.
ReplyDeleteIf the gold parts were like the Hyakushiki's finish, I'd be down with this one, but the drabness unsettles me.
DeleteAfter reading all these comments about the v-fin, i gave it a closer look and i don't see why y'all bitching about it, its not even that bad i quite like it actually, on the completed model with the semi-translucent frosty gold the clear blue works. its not like bandai's forcing you to buy it, let people who like it buy it and keep your money to yourself if you dont like it JHEEZE
ReplyDeleteI am pretty fond of the color scheme and idea too though what the other had said makes sense. I will say the others are kinda disgusted by how desperate Bandai wants to make money.
