is it me or are those hands too big for the kit?
ReplyDeletemust be your first time seeing the RX 78 eh?..
Deleteor your gundam lore just ain't leveled enough.
He did not see the manga Kidou Senshi Gundam san Yet XD
Deletethose hands was originally meant to be used for bigger ms like the nu. i dont know why bandai didnt scaled it down to fit the rx-78. cost saving maybe
ReplyDeleteOn a positive side, he looks like a boxer with those hands! That's cool. Just sayin'.
DeleteYou've probably never built the Version 2.0 RX-78. The hands were just as big and swollen like Okawara's '79 design.
DeleteThat is true, in anime the hands are almost as big as the shoulders themselves
DeleteThese hands are rightly scaled. http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/msgundam/rx-78-2.jpg

Deletebased on that pic, the hands should've been even bigger XD
Didn't life size RX-78-2 has hands like that too?
DeleteHands are looking good in terms of proportions.
ReplyDeletehands are in proportion
Deletesee earlier posts.
At first the hands kind of bugged me, but now they've grown on me. Although, if I were to get a Master Grade of the classic RX-78-2 (and eventually I will) it would have to be of the Ver.Ka. one, this 3.0, and potentially an MG of "The Origin" RX-78-02 Gundam with its shoulder mounted cannon.
ReplyDeleteI see problematic copper decals.
ReplyDeleteI hope that this kit has waterslide decals with it.
Sorry, pal, sells separately online exclusive
Deletedid they sell the zaku too, i wanna bought the zaku as well
ReplyDeleteSoon, my friend, soon...
Delete~ Zaku 3.0
RG proportions have been brought to MG at last. And the "Grandfather" has officialize it.
