A New Kit To Build - Bandai Pre-Release Mega Size 1/48 Gundam AGE-1 Normal Sample

Yesterday I had posted the image below asking if folks would like to guess what kit it was.  

It is actually the Mega Size 1/48 Gundam AGE-1 Normal!



Today I was only able to get the upper torso & head done... hope to finish the straight build by tomorrow...  Here are some image of my progress and also some size comparisons.

Received my copy of the game today.  I am very eager to check out this game, both the single player and multiplayer.  Can't wait till I get home after work.  Hope my controller has enough juice in it...

Gundam In Odaiba Project 2011 Donates to Support Japan's Earthquake Reconstruction Effort

Gundam In Odaiba Project 2011, a event held this past summer at the Central Park Plaza Promenade (Odaiba, Japan), displaying various parts of the 1/1 Gundam statue.  The purpose of this event was to raise funds for the Japan earthquake reconstruction effort.  And it was announced today via Gundam.Info that the event received a total of 1,042,327 yen in revenue.  Gunbare Japan!

The Great Battle series enters its 20th year! Great Battle Full Blast releases for the PSP on March 1st!
