It's HGUC, not RG, what did you expect? A least the internal details look to be mostly there, like the back of the thrusters. This is the only thing we're getting out of this suit. By The time the MG comes out we'll be old...
Out of the 120 or so kits, I have 40. Most of them tend to not have hollow feet. This thing looks like it was designed 8 years ago, and didn't get updated; just like the Hambrabi, though not as bad. Bandai knows this shit will sell so they don't even bother doing anything to it. You guys have some pretty shitty standards for HGUC if you seriously think they can't do better.
Wow, you're a one arrogant bastard. Check out the 00 gundam HG priced at 1000 yen, check old HG with the same price and check out 1000 yen kit made by other manufacturer. Money value aren't getting cheaper yet they capable of making better kit that are affordable by anyone.
May I ask then what "better" means? I also primarily build HGs, and as someone mentioned above they've got a "standard". HGs have a potential to be great but a majority of them are like this. Great examples include Hi-nu, Nu, Unicorn era suits. Your complaint seems to be centered on the feet and rifle, but given the suit's color scheme, it makes sense to have that design.
Looks like Bandai cheaped out again. Two-piece beam rifle, and First Grade Feet

DeleteI'm fine with the rifle being made up of 2 piece, although god forbids that hideous seamlines but I agree with the feet.
DeleteThere's gonna be that slight "slant" when you try to pose it in ground poses.
At the very least, it wasn't another Hambraby
DeleteWell, you got wrong for several point.
DeleteFirst, it's not two-piece beam rifle, it's three-piece (the muzzle is other part).
Second, it's not First-Grade feet, it's two part, not just one.
May i ask how many HGUC you have? because having more than one is enough to know, that's the standard quality for HGUC.
