    5. Well, I do have MG Gundam RX 78-2 v 1.5, 2.0. Zeta 2.0, Hyaku Shiki, GP03S, V Gundam and Core Booster, Crossbone Ver.Ka and Full Cloth, Hi-nu,Nu, Nu ver Ka. V Gundam and Crossbone are the most sloppy out of them

  6. Damn, Bandai's minovsky particle is off the charts. We never saw this coming...

  7. Gonna buy this!!!! I hope X-3 gonna roll out soon

  8. Any of you read Japanese? Anon was saying the red box says it's going to be a web exclusive. I'd like confirmation if possible.

    1. It says that this thing will have a whole new frame, so it wont be using the old f91/ crossbone frames

      Delete
    2. Wrong. It'll reuse the X1 parts with some new pieces for V fins, weapons, effect parts, etc. I see nowhere in that red picture mentioning an all new frame. In fact, it says "other than the color changes, the kit features some different parts with additional new weapons".

      Delete
  9. Nice and all but where are the parts to make it the kai

    1. agree with u...too stupid for bandai if selling MG X2 with same quality as X1 fullcloth / verka...at least make it more detailed and fix that knees inner frame part, it's easy to break

    2. being that this is an online exclusive, I can almost guarantee that this kit will share a lot with the X-1 MG. it's a way to cut costs for them, really.

      Delete
  10. Well its about bloody time Bandai, geez It better not be an online exclusive though >_<

  11. ...just now I was reading on Gundam Wiki that the June MG release will be another AGE kit (AGE-2 Double Bullet). So, either this will be an online exclusive (go to hell Bandai), or they'll do the right thing and release it as a normal kit, hopefully without all the lack of details from the previous Crossbone ver. Ka.

    1. It's a web shop exclusive sadly

    2. Hope it'll be regural mg. I want dat lance!!! not AGE's crappy mini lance. Age can go to fuken hell.

  12. Awww yeah, the real pirate gundam makes a return.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Since I can only read Katakana. I just read the right box mentions "blah blah Hobby Shop". So, I presume this Kit will indeed be a P-Bandai Hobby Shop release.

    1. i can read "hobby online shop item". yeah, guess it will be some sort of online exclusive

      Delete
    2. Seriously that just figures, so naturally hard to get a hold of and overly priced, stupid bandai whats with all of these hobby shop exclusives lately -.-

  14. Doesn't matter if they give us the same shitty frame as the first Crossbone and the F91 MGs...

    Replies
    1. Sounds like someone cant build a model kit very well.

      Delete
    2. Well, F91 has a great frame, but Crossbone doesnt

      Delete
    3. It's the exact same frame, with a few pieces changed on the Crossbone. The major frame runners are the exact same from the F91 to the Crossbone, with a few pieces on the sprues not used.

  15. Whoaa, Dark Hound ...

    1. No just no...The darkhound was based on this not the other way around.

    2. Someone above appears relatively new to Gundam...

    3. Or he's baiting people

      Delete
    4. please DO NOT mention or compare age to UC. Specially when you're new to gunpla/ gundam

      Delete
    5. age's lance is pure shit. this one is the real badass.

  16. I said "woo, about f'ing time!" then started reading the comments. Screw Bandai and their online exclusives. At least I already have a resin conversion of this, waiting for me to get started on it...

    ReplyDelete
  17. It's an exclusive alright, just look at the price, pricier than Tallgeese 2 HARHARHARHAR!

    ReplyDelete
  18. That's something bandai would do to mislead buyers from speculated trends.

    ReplyDelete
  19. HELL YES
one of the few MG i am willing to buy

  20. Okay checked one of my Hobby japan mags, i saw a few online exclusives. And all of them have a P-bandai hobby site link, but this one doesn't.
so calm down, it's not a online exclusive, bandai wouldn't make a really famous kit that will sell like pancakes as a online exclusive. they'd just lose a lot of money.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Tallgeese 2 thats all i need to say on that.

      Delete
    2. It says Bandai Online Hobby Shop in the text. Just because you can't read Japanese doesn't mean others cannot.

Also this isn't a famous design at all, they'll make more money off it this way.

      Delete
    3. @menroko It's an online exclusive. There's already a regular kit that will be released the same time as this. What's more, like what anon 1:07 said, the X-2 isn't really a famous design. So no, they won't sell like pancakes and Bandai will probably just lose a lot more money if they make this a regular release.

  21. Finally. I'd almost given up hope that they'd release this.

  22. Good move, now 2 done 1 to go ( X-3 ) XD

  23. Quick question about the crossbone gundams: whenever I see the art for them, they have the feather-looking antenna on the side of the head. Yet they put that antenna on the full cloth model instead of the actual version katoki Models. Anyone know why?

Not a big deal or anything. Just curious...

    ReplyDelete
  24. meehh.... I wait its X2 Kai release.

    ReplyDelete
  25. ummm aren't the thrusters on the core fighter supposed to be different on the X2? I only see the different v-fin and the shot lance

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The X-2 was just a repaint of the X-1 with the shot lance added; the X-2 Kai is the one you're thinking of, with the different thrusters. I personally would rather have the Kai, but hey, at least we're getting an official shot lance now. I have a feeling the Kai isn't going to be too far off of a release; they're more than likely doing the normal X-2 first to gauge interest.

      Delete
    2. The Kai does not have the core fighter system like the other crossbones. So to be accurate the model would have to be modified to reflect this.

  26. An exclusive? That's disappointing. Bandai does not really want my money, it seems.

    ReplyDelete
  27. well the yen exchange rate is good. why complain anyway??
if you want it then then this kinda times are good for it

    ReplyDelete
  28. Its refreshing that the Crossbone X2 is finally on the horizon but I definitely hope that MG is NOT the size of a blasted 144/RG scale because both Crossbone X1 and F-91 MG Kits are basically just "prototypes" of RG kits in my opinion if you do a size Comparrison between other MGs they are much smaller than any other kits and as big as RG they are about the same size

    ReplyDelete

    1. Well during UC93 the lotto was the start of smaller sized ms i think?
Smaller sized ms became more main stream during the UC123 i think compared to the original gundam they are 5metres shorter than the original gundam so it was actually just made to scale. And the crossbone being f97 it makes sense

      Delete
    2. @ Anon5:55
Late UC designs are small so obviously thhe kits would be small too or else they would not be in the correct scale.

      Delete
  29. I`m guessing late UC = Wing size?
It's a shame. I love the big, bulky look of Zeta - Unicorn UC. This thing looks awesomely sleek though. Hopefully the start of more crossbone/F91.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. MS from Wing series are still larger. In late UC, MS size is about 15M.

  30. Screw the watermarks. Hope gginfinite folds up.

  31. Should I wait for X2 Kai...?

Bandai probably heard all the qqing when it released Dark Hound last year. Then just when they announced X2, people cry for a Gundam X ==
