Staff considering plans for presenting more of Asemu, Zeheart's story
The official Twitter account for the Mobile Suit Gundam
AGE anime posted a rough sketch of the characters Asemu and Zeheart by designer
Michinori Chiba on Wednesday. According to producer Masakazu Ogawa, the staff
is considering plans for presenting more of the two characters' story in some
form. The staff did not say that more anime has been green-lit. Chiba drew this
sketch for these tentative plans, which Ogawa previously mentioned in
September.
Asemu was the main character of the second generation in
Mobile Suit Gundam AGE anime, and Zeheart was a major antagonist of his. The
television series premiered in October of 2011, and it ended on September 23,
2012, shortly before Ogawa mentioned the tentative plans.

They should've just provided more story on them in the first place. I hated how AGE (at least the first two seasons) was just a haphazard dash through recycled ideas.
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if it doesn't turn out to be a new anime project and we could move move on to a new series.
UGHHH plz no more AGE.When we will learn more about Origin? It's been one year and a half since the announcement without update.....
ReplyDeleteThe story for the first 2 parts of Age are solid for the most part, it just fell off rails in the third part.
ReplyDeleteIf there's one area I would like them to expand on its the story about the EXA-DB which was hyped up as this ultra advanced database of weapons that can turn the tide of war but this plot point was pretty much dropped and we never learned anything about the history of the Age universe or the significance of the Gundam in that painting Flit saw as a kid. Its a virtual goldmine of story that's better than what we ended up getting.
