The GFT Version has: a stand as seen above, an extra figure of Amuro Ray, wire to connect him to the base connector for the Gundam to recreate the GFT pose as shown above. It also has new pieces for the feet armor on the side (the circle armor piece on the feet). It also has new decals for the GFT Version. Lastly, an updated manual with the RGs up to Justice.
In terms of color and construction, no and little change, respectively.
