The verniers on the Genoace had to be stuck on with putty.

Deleteis the effect part's color plain transparent ? or pink transparent ? @_@

DeleteAnd ja - it is called "builders parts" - so of course they have to be painted and modified to look good on your "build".
More interesting is what color he used - I know no manufacturer that sells transparent neon pink. His page does not reveal that info.
Wave sells some basic colored effect parts (visors/beam sabers)...
