It's a bit over done but on the right track for someone who didn't use the UV base. I might have gone with a subtler effect or fanned the source lighting out more across the surfaces. It comes down to a case of studying the anime cells and still art. If you do a quick search for images in google,
Without the post with the UV-light base to fully appreciate the psycho frame emission, this Unicorn version looks a bit ridiculous.

you'll notice the artists have given the entire suit a light pink cast to show the glow and have white to light pink accents on the psycho frame.
Sorry: visual artist nerding out on color theory again...
