See i totally think it can, they just haven't leaked any images of it, the shoulder armor can just be positioned the same way the AGE-2's wing binders were, and the shot lancer becomes the nose of the fighter mode, which would look... well, effing awesome
Too bad Dark Hound can't transform. I guess a pirate transforming Gundam would be to awesome to handle.
