Hmmm. I already demolished one Nemo for a kitbash, but i enjoyed the build. It's about 85% identical to a MK II 2.0. Maybe i'll pick this one up then.
Have you actually built a Mk-II? Nemo and Mk-II not nearly that similar.
I'd say it's something more like 60% to 75%, because the Mk-II has a lot more gimmicks built into its frame than Nemo does.
