THIRTY-SEVEN RUNNERS?! And the parts to make the Base Jabber, clear parts (that are ABS to boot) for all shields, and FOUR beam saber effect parts (YES!) six runners of gatling parts...there's enough plastic in this monstrosity for THREE Master Grades!
37 runners, estimated up to 600 parts or more. With average of 3 runner gates for each parts, that means over 1000 nub marks to clean (assuming some uncleaned nubs of inner frame). For me this may take weeks or months just for clean snapfit. If I'm going to paint and decals...
@CKai Cydek: It already contains parts for two MGs and accessories: Unicorn Gundam itself, Base Jabber, and its whole lot of awesomeness called arsenal
@Citrus Those are just the regular Ver. Ka legs sadly.
But I wouldn't be surprised if someone bought an OVA Unicorn and used the green psycoframe. But I'm kinda surprised that they gave us the Type 94 Jabber for the normal Unicorn. I only wish that you could stick that ridiculous armament count under the Jabber if you only want the regular Unicorn displayed w/the Jabber.
OVA version has head mounted vulcans, plus "better" legs in term of posability. But besides head vulcans, I really don't care much for the legs, since,.... well,.. FA Unicorn is a brick
the packaging is really bad. Are those parts really arranged vertically out of the box?
ReplyDeleteThe runners aren't arranged that way... You can see the runners come out over the top of the box. That's just how the reviewer took the picture.
ReplyDeleteThis is gonna take sooo loooooong to paint!
ReplyDeleteHoly SH!T this look freaking badass
ReplyDeleteIt goes beyond the Z plate.... AND LOOK AT THAT STICKERS SHEET
ReplyDeletewow... just wow... i must have it...

ReplyDeleteSuddenly, the 8000 Yen price tag looks justified.
