With the launching of this remaster project, a 'renewed' line of HG SEED gunplas will be release beginning this November 2011. What can we expect from these remaster gunpla? Here are some details:
- Redesigned packaging
- Include parts to be attached to Action Base 2 (Action Base sold seperately) to allow the gunpla to display in various action poses
- Colors will be molded to match the color from this animated HD remastered series
- Additional markings (stickers) will come with the gunpla kit, such as affiliation insignia, numbers and identification markings.

ReplyDeleteso what...no redesign of the actual model kits? Just a slightly different shade of moldings, more stickers and effect parts. Feels like a rip-off to me.

Buster and Ginn would go well in a fight scene because of their effect parts. I might be even tempted to get the Aegis.

The GAT Gundams are always my favourite from Seed series. Yeah, including Calamity, Raider and Forbidden.

ReplyDeleteActually the Ginn as a 1/100 scale kit same as the Cgue and Guaiz would be awesome additions to the 1/100 non mastergrade scale

They sadly neglected to give other units proper attention in the mean while they gave them the 144 scale treatment which to me is a bit too small to admire properly no matter what gimmicks they give them.
