the effect parts should be found on the raiser attachent for the shoulder armor http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TOWlnQXinf4/Tc1sjYXPkDI/AAAAAAAAu9M/l8F6Vsgz41Y/s1600/34.jpg
If no decals that would suck but i guess i could order 00 qan[T] decals for him in the worst case.
