Location: Gundam Front Tokyo (Diver City's Park Promenade)
Those visiting the 1:1 Scale RX-78-2 Gundam Statue located at the promenade area of Diver City will be given the opportunity to walk up close to view the underside of the statue. The japanese Gundam blogger Gundam Zousho took the images below.

Gundam.Info hosted the Gundam AGE Original MS Gundam Modeling Contest back in May 2013 in Japan. The contest was for participants to create an original mobile suit from an exciting Gundam AGE model kit. A total of 93 entries were received, 9 of those entries were awarded in the contest. Three types of awards were given by the judging guest. The award categories are the Ebi Kanetake Award, Ishigaki Jun Award, and the Excellence Award.

1:1 Scale RX-78-2 Gundam Statue 'Walk-Through' Attraction

Location: Gundam Front Tokyo (Diver City's Park Promenade)
Those visiting the 1:1 Scale RX-78-2 Gundam Statue located at the promenade area of Diver City will be given the opportunity to walk up close to view the underside of the statue. While the attraction is nothing new, since this type of 'walk-through' was previously allowed when the Gundam statue was on display at Shizouka back in 2010 thru 2011. But nonetheless, is quite a treat to view this beauty up close and personal. For those visiting Tokyo during this time frame should definitely make time for a visit.

This Gundam attraction starts out when you attain a handheld device to (like a treasure hunt) look for information to try to activate the 1:1 Gundam that is lying on the ground of the attraction's maintenance bay.
Inside the attraction is a look-alike Federation Ship, while employees act as characters in this attraction. At the end of the attraction, there is a gift shop full of Gundam products, including Gunpla and other Gundam products.
