Gundam/Ideon's Yoshiyuki Tomino to Launch G Reko
Director's new project revealed in 1st Newtype Ace mag issue
The inaugural issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype Ace magazine is announcing on Saturday that creator Yoshiyuki Tomino (Gundam, Ideon) is launching a new project called G Reko. The announcement does not indicate G Reko's type of media or venue. The magazine issue does feature imageboard art from the project.
Since last year, Tomino has been discussing "Hajimetai Capital G no Monogatari," a proposed new novel project which features the space-science/science-fiction concept of a space elevator. This method of ferrying objects from a planet's surface to orbit is a plot point in such anime as The Super Dimension Century Orguss, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and Tomino's own Turn A Gundam.

In Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs., you control the mobile suits of the Mobile Suit Gundam series in 2-on-2 team action battles.
The basic systems carry over from previous Gundam Vs. games, but the game features new move-cancelling Extreme Actions and suit-enhancing Extreme Bursts.
For the first time, players will be able to enjoy arcade-quality graphics and scenery, all while playing with up to three other players online.
Additional features are also planned for the console version.

The basic systems carry over from the Gundam Vs. series. Mobile suits face off 2v2, with the team which wipes out the enemy’s “War Potential gauge” first the winner.
- Deeper, fiercer fights! “EX System”
[Extreme Action]The “boost dash” which cancels all movement for a quick escape (left) and the “step” which cancels all melee attacks and throws off seeking attacks (right)
[Extreme Burst]Can be activated once the EX Gauge is half-full. It powers up your suit for a limited time and unlocks Extreme Burst Techs (right). Use it at the right moment!
- Fierce foes! “Extreme Gundam”The Extreme Gundam, final boss of the arcade version, returns here. It fights in Carnage Phase, Ignis Phase, and Tachyon Phase forms.
