Kinda reminds me of a gundam ish Tallgeese. The large thruster pods. The knight motif. And the the tallgeese in the Manga even had a lance.

Lance seems shorter than for the HGs
Not a good sword design... I mean they do the Swiss knive the other way round for a reason...
