Why do western fans have to get bitchy about everything that's trying to be different from the norm. It's actually decent if you pay attention, and standard rule of media; don't like it don't watch.
the story may be horrible and all with pretty stupid characters who's motivations for fighting i could not even begin to grasp, not to mention their piloting skills seem to swing drastically from being a joke like Patrick coulassaur from 00 to almost kira like godness, but i actually like the deigns of the mechs for the most part at the very least they aren't the basic gm/zaku rehashes that say wing, seed, 00, or age used... not that those designs wern't good, i love me some leos, but i do like seeing more than "oh look, a fairly human looking robot with a shield a gun and a sword\knife
