I don't think so...looks to be a new manga instead, besides a new anime announcements only comes out when the ongoing series has ended. The Gundam series has stayed true in this tradition so i don't think that's a new anime.

The gundam in the pic is the full armor thunder bolt version gundam, the Superior on the front...no idea what its about since I don't know japanese but I do know its for gundam thunderbolt, it is the piliot on the front too.
