What kind of paint is used for the neon glow green effect under the armor?
that green part is not painted. it's psycho frame effect, you got that out of box.
*sigh* it's not Kowloon -- it's KuRyuu, as in Kenichi Kuryuu, the original modeler who painted that scheme for Model Graphix back in '90s
