Having built the Blitz MG, while the cool factor of that clear blitz is beyond compare, it would be annoying as all get out to build i think.

ReplyDeleteI have built the clear blitz, and it is awesome :D quite fun to build. under the right lighting you see EVERY DETAIL. The fun mostly came from everything being clear and not as wasy to put together. I would build it again if i could get it for the price of a regular. But i paid around $100 or so for mine with shipping from Japan.

ReplyDeleteI have several "Special Edition" metallic kits and an HGUC Unicorn (Unicorn Mode), and I think I can safely say that the nub marks on this Banshee are gonna be pretty ugly. I can't say the same about the AGE-2, since I don't have one, but I'd assume the same applies to that one as well.
ReplyDeleteI seriously hope that Bandai either stops with these metallic/chrome "Special Edition" kits and switch exclusively to clear for their SEs, or starts anticipating the eventual metallic releases and start under-gating all future kits.
