If you look very closely at the top right corner of the display tag in front of it it looks like its non-scale. And judging by that 1/144 Juagg next to it, its pretty small. Dunno about for sale but it would be nice to get the Shambloo in any form available be it HG or even a robot damashii :)
What scale is that Shambloo and will it be for sale?
