Gundam Cafe - AEON MALL (Makuhari New City Center) Grand Opening

Gundam Cafe opened their fourth branch location today at the AEON MALL Makuhari New City Center. This particular Gundam Cafe will feature a life-size 1:1 scale Zaku II Mass Production Type head display.

This mall is located in the Toyosuna district of Makuhari New City, a large-scale development straddling Mihama Ward in Chiba City, and Narashino City. The area is just 1 kilometer from Kaihin-Makuhari Station on the JR Keiyo Line, and is close to Makuhari Messe convention center, Chiba Marine Stadium (QVC Marine Field), and several highly practical commercial facilities.

This is the first large-scale shopping mall in Chiba City, where AEON Mall's headquarters is located.

Event Duration: Dec. 20th, 2013 - Jan 13th, 2014

Admission: 500 yen (Elementary Student is Free)

Event Venue:

This event has on display the chronology history of all Gundam series to date. There are model kits on display, as well as merchandise for sale. Various 1/10 scale Gundam statues will on display at various location of the event hall. A new 1/10 scale Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver. will surely be a hit at this venue. Also, a huge 'One Year War' diorama will definitely please any UC era fans!

In addition to this Gundam World 2014 event, the newly opened Gundam Cafe (AEON MALL) is also located at this shopping center. So this is definitely the Gundam spot to be this winter in Japan.
