HG 1/144 Stark Jegan - COMPLETED

Alas... my HG 1/144 Stark Jegan is completed. I've spent about 8 days working on this, mostly during the late evenings. I wanted to keep this kit simple, as I wanted to finish this kit rather quickly.... because I just wanted it so bad. After watching Gundam UC episode 1, I just fell in love with the Stark Jegan.

Is late now, so I am not gonna be wordy, and so... here is the final product:

This Week's Loots... Quite hefty this time..

Is going to be awhile until I get another kit or toy.... My poor wallet bleed out this week with the following set of loots.

Finally, I got my hands on the Mega Size 1/48 Gundam RX-78-2. I got one for myself and another for my friend (he has to pay me back of course).

I opened the box, and the first thing I saw was just how big the shield is... I have a feeling this kit is going to use a lot of my paints. Now if I can get my hands on the Dengeki Hobby magazine with the special markings for this kit, then I would be truly happy.

Other gunplas I got was the MG Unicorn HD Color + Cage, as well as the HG ReZEL Commander Type. With these two kits in my hands, I think I have everything I want from the Gundam UC series thus far.

Of course (with a nod to Dennis @ Collect'em All), for the longest time I had wanted the DX Chogokin Macross Frontier VF-25F Super Messiah Alto Custom. Now I've gotten it!!!

But I also plan to get the Ozma Custom & the Lucifer as well.... probably much much later. =(

And being a Full Metal Panic fan, this recent year has been great with many model kits & toy offering for the series. My only regret was that I didn't get the 1/60 Arbalest when I had the chance.. and now is all sold out.

But at least I can get my hands on their other products... such as this Gernback M9 (Kurtz Weber Ver) model kit. I've been waiting for this one for awhile.

I also got the Robot Damashii (Side AS) Savage(s), yup I got 2 of them. Grunt units always tend to be my favorites.

The Savages would look awesome next to these Robot Damashii (Side AS) M9 Gernsback (Kurtz & Mao Version).

And to end my list of loots, is the Cougar Type-I model kit from the Border Break series (From Kotobukiya).

If you have read this far into this post (which I suppose most people won't...LOL), then I just wanna say that I will be posting my newly finished HG Stark Jegan very soon. Either tommorrow or the day after.

PS3: Another Century's Episode: R

Another Century is a popular game series that began way back with the PS2. The game usually includes a way range of mecha from popular Japan anime series. Gameplay are mostly mission based, and in my opinion, had been known to lack depth.

With Another Century Episode R slated for a Summer 2010 release. I am willing to give some hope for this series.... since the game is being develope by the crew responsible for the Armored Core series and the screenshots look so awesome. But info on this game is kinda sparse right now, so I will update more about this as info become avaliable.
