    What type of weapon is this? Is it a gun (Gatling gun notwithstanding) or a stupid drill like the one from astray?

      Well the original was a gun/sword combo weapon, this looks like a beam rifle/some type of gatling/sword and whatever the hell that thing is under the barrel
